一种二甲醚柴油,主要特点在于:所述的二甲醚柴油包括(1)二甲醚、(2)脱硫重烷、(3)重油、(4)助溶剂、(5)柴油机油;上述各组分的重量百分比分别为:(1)二甲醚50-70%、(2)脱硫重烷15-35%、(3)重油7-12%、(4)助溶剂0.3-0.8%、(5)柴油机油0.3-0.8%;上述各组分在常温常压下搅拌即得本二甲醚柴油。在一个实施例中,上述各组分的重量百分比分别为:(1)二甲醚60%、(2)脱硫重烷30%、(3)重油9%、(4)助溶剂0.5%、(5)柴油机油0.5%。所述的助溶剂包括乙酰化羊毛醇,所述的重油为10号重油。本发明的组分相对简单,工艺相当稳定,已经通过检测,内部使用深受用户欢迎和接受。

二甲醚柴油
技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃料,尤其是指一种替代现有技术的一种动力燃料,更为具体地讲本发明为二甲醚柴油。在国际专利分类表中本发明应该分为C10大类。
背景技术
随着世界经济的发展和人类进步与生活的提高,对于燃料的需求逐渐增加,传统的石油、天然气资源日渐匮乏,特别是地球剩余可开采储量的石油仅可使用40年左右,所以寻求替代能源将成为未来世界经济发展的关键。然而由于投资太大,目前收效甚微,从而造成燃料供应的紧张,甚而导致战争,给一些地区的人们造成灾难。另外,由于现有燃料所固有的缺陷和制备技术的不足,也使地球的环境越来越差,明显影响地球的生态环境,物种在加速灭绝,人类生活环境变坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对现有技术的不足,提供一种可以替代现有柴汽油的污染也相对小的一种二甲醚柴油。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案实现的:
所述的二甲醚柴油包括(1)二甲醚、(2)脱硫重烷、(3)重油、(4)助溶剂、(5)柴油机油;
上述各组分的重量百分比分别为:
(1)二甲醚50-70%、(2)脱硫重烷15-35%、(3)重油7-12%、(4)助溶剂0.3-0.8%、(5)柴油机油0.3-0.8%;
上述各组分在常温常压下搅拌即得本二甲醚柴油,至于搅拌的方式则是多种多样,不再赘述。
上述各组分的重量百分比分别为:(1)二甲醚60%、(2)脱硫重烷30%、(3)重油9%、(4)助溶剂0.5%、(5)柴油机油0.5%。
所述的重油为10号重油。
所述的助溶剂包括乙酰化羊毛醇。
由于本发明采用了上述的技术方案,因为选用了来源丰富,稳定又可以再生,节能环保的原材料,加之工艺相当简单,所以生产成本相当低,而且有利于保护环境。本发明对于现有的动力体系如发动机、车辆等的兼容性相当好,而且实验证明汽车使用本发明后,其动力性、冷启动、腐蚀性、溶胀性、油耗与经济性、尾气排放、溶解性、抗相分离和气阻等指标都优于同类标号的普通汽油。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明,如前所述,二甲醚柴油包括(1)二甲醚、(2)脱硫重烷、(3)重油、(4)助溶剂、(5)柴油机油;上述各组分的重量百分比分别为:(1)二甲醚50-70%、(2)脱硫重烷15-35%、(3)10号重油7-12%、(4)助溶剂0.3-0.8%、(5)柴油机油0.3-0.8%;上述各组分在常温常压下搅拌即得本二甲醚柴油。
本发明一个最佳的实施例是:上述各组分的重量百分比分别为:
二甲醚60%、(2)脱硫重烷30%、(3)重油9%、(4)助溶剂0.5%、(5)柴油机油0.5%。
所述的重油为10号重油。所述的助溶剂包括乙酰化羊毛醇。
需要说明的是:上述各组分的等同物或替代物均在本发明的保护范围之内,此处不再赘述。
本发明的组分相对简单,工艺相当稳定,已经通过检测,内部使用深受用户欢迎和接受。

1.一种二甲醚柴油,其特征在于:所述的二甲醚柴油包括(1)二甲醚、(2)脱硫重烷、(3)重油、(4)助溶剂、(5)柴油机油;
上述各组分的重量百分比分别为:
(1)二甲醚50-70%、(2)脱硫重烷15-35%、(3)重油7-12%、(4)助溶剂0.3-0.8%、(5)柴油机油0.3-0.8%;
上述各组分在常温常压下搅拌即得本二甲醚柴油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的二甲醚柴油,其特征在于:

(1)二甲醚60%、(2)脱硫重烷30%、(3)重油9%、(4)助溶剂0.5%、(5)柴油机油0.5%。
