技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,特别是涉及一种环压心电图胸导连接头。
背景技术
专利号为200820025684.0的发明“导电液自涂式心电图胸导联电极”公开了一种将导电液储存管中的液体通过环形涂液管来实施导电液涂抹的方案,此方案存在以下缺陷:
1.由于导电液储存管的一端开口而另一端封闭,空气难以进入管内,在没有其它压力施加的情况下,导电液难以在其重力作用下流出。
2.由于导电液流入导管的下端与环形涂液管的圆周上某一点相通,这就使导电液在完全充满环形涂液管之前,无法以相同的流速从环形涂液管圆周上的多个孔中流出,这样就难以达到均匀涂抹的目的。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术的不足,提供一种能够在人为施加的压力下将导电液均匀分布于
电极连接处的环压心电图胸导连接头。
解决本发明技术问题的方案是:环压心电图胸导连接头由负压囊、电极杯、手压筒、环槽筒、橡胶环和出液孔构成。环槽筒是具有开口向上的环形槽的圆筒体,环槽筒的底部有沿圆周均匀分布的出液孔。出液孔的直径在0.3mm-0.8mm之间。手压筒是纵截面为T形的圆筒体,手压筒的下端处于环槽筒的环形槽中并与环槽筒成动配合关系。手压筒的底端粘接有一圈橡胶环。电极杯为倒漏斗形,电极杯的底部与环槽筒的内壁为一个整体,电极杯的上端处于负压囊内。使用时,先将电极液注入环槽筒的环形槽内,再将手压筒下端插入环形槽内,通过负压囊将电极杯固定于人体上后将手压筒向下推,在橡胶环的推压下,电极液均匀地从环槽筒底部的出液孔中流出。
采用上述方案,能达到以下效果:
1.由于本发明采用了环形活塞的推压,确保有足够的压力使电极液流出。
2.由于电极液均匀分布于环形槽中,在推压过程中,每个出液孔的液体压强相等,这就保证了电极液以相同的速度从每个孔中流出,达到了均匀涂抹的目的。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
环压心电图胸导连接头由负压囊1、电极杯2、手压筒3、环槽筒4、橡胶环5和出液孔6构成。环槽筒4是具有开口向上的环形槽的圆筒体,环槽筒4的底部有沿圆周均匀分布的出液孔6。出液孔6的直径在0.3mm-0.8mm之间。手压筒3是纵截面为T形的圆筒体,手压筒3的下端处于环槽筒4的环形槽中并与环槽筒4成动配合关系。手压筒3的底端粘接有一圈橡胶环5。电极杯2为倒漏斗形,电极杯2的底部与环槽筒4的内壁为一个整体,电极杯2的上端处于负压囊1内。使用时,先将电极液注入环槽筒4的环形槽内,再将手压筒3下端插入环形槽内,通过负压囊1将电极杯2固定于人体上后将手压筒3向下推,在橡胶环5的推压下,电极液均匀地从环槽筒4底部的出液孔6中流出。

1.一种环压心电图胸导连接头,由负压囊、电极杯、手压筒、环槽筒、橡胶环和出液孔构成,其特征是:环槽筒是具有开口向上的环形槽的圆筒体,环槽筒的底部有沿圆周均匀分布的出液孔,出液孔的直径在0.3mm-0.8mm之间,手压筒是纵截面为T形的圆筒体,手压筒的下端处于环槽筒的环形槽中并与环槽筒成动配合关系,手压筒的底端粘接有一圈橡胶环,电极杯为倒漏斗形,电极杯的底部与环槽筒的内壁为一个整体,电极杯的上端处于负压囊内。
