Abstract
一种灯具,其包括至少一LED发光元件、一导光体及一与所述导光体相对设置的反射体,所述导光体包括一入光面、一与所述入光面相邻的出光面及一与所述出光面相对的底面,所述导光体的底面贯穿开设有一凹槽,所述反射体包括一反射面,所述反射面与所述导光体的底面相对,所述反射面设有一与所述导光体底面的凹槽形状相配合的凸起,所述至少一LED发光元件与所述导光体的入光面相对。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯具,尤其涉及一种LED灯具。
背景技术
传统的日光灯管因含有汞金属在强调环保设计的时代下已不符合社会期望,LED不含污染元素的特性及逐年提高亮度的优势下可望取代传统的荧光灯管。具体请参阅Daniel A.Steigerwald等人在IEEE Journal on Selected Topics in Quantum Electronics,Vol.8,No.2,March/April 2002上发表的文献Illumination With Solid State LightingTechnology。
然而目前LED取代荧光灯管的速度并不如预期,除了LED灯组模块与原用的灯组不同无法直接替代之外,更重要的是LED价格偏高。虽然市面上已开始出现可直接与荧光灯组替换的LED灯具模块,但这些灯组为了达到与荧光灯管相当的亮度,通常会采用多颗的LED。举例来说,一般取代20W荧光灯管的LED灯具会使用至少16颗并排的LED,LED的使用数目造成LED灯组价格居高不下。
因此,如何设计灯具使其在使用尽可能少的LED的同时,其发光亮度可以达到要求从而降低灯具的成本,便成为业界的一个研究重点。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可直接替代现有技术中的荧光灯管且可降低LED的使用数量从而降低成本的灯具。
一种灯具,其包括至少一LED发光元件、一导光体及一与所述导光体相对设置的反射体,所述导光体包括一入光面、一与所述入光面相邻的出光面及一与所述出光面相对的底面,所述导光体的底面贯穿开设有一凹槽,所述反射体包括一反射面,所述反射面与所述导光体的底面相对,所述反射面设有一与所述导光体底面的凹槽形状相配合的凸起,所述至少一LED发光元件与所述导光体的入光面相对。
相较于现有技术,所述灯具由于具有一导光体及一反射体,所述导光体可将设置于其侧面的LED发光元件的光导出至出光面,反射体可进一步将从导光体底面出射的光反射回去,从出光面发散出去,所述导光体的底面贯穿开设有一凹槽,所述反射体对应设有一与所述导光体底面的凹槽形状相配合的凸起,所述凸起可将所述凹槽表面发出的光全部反射回导光体,从而提高导光体的出光率,从而使得所述灯具在仅使用较少LED发光元件的情况下,实现发光亮度高的优点,从而可节省灯具的制造成本。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
请参见图1至图3,本发明实施例提供的一种灯具100,其包括一导光体11、一与所述导光体11相对设置的反射体12及多个LED发光元件30。
所述导光体11包括一入光面111、一与所述入光面111相邻的出光面112及一与所述出光面112相对的底面113。所述导光体11用于引导发光元件30出射光束的传输方向,将其转换为面光源出射。所述导光体11的形状为半圆柱体,所述导光体11包括一贯穿开设于所述底面113中心的凹槽115。所述凹槽115的横截面为半圆形。所述导光体11可采用压克力、玻璃或聚碳酸酯等透明材质制成。所述多个LED发光元件30相对设置在所述导光体11的入光面111一侧。所述凹槽115的内侧面上还可以设置有网点114,以破坏光线的全反射路径,以提高导光体11出射光束的辉度和均匀性。所述网点114可以设置为以一定规律呈疏密分布。
所述反射体12包括一半圆柱形的本体120。所述反射体12包括一反射面121,所述反射体12的反射面121与所述导光体11的底面113相对。所述反射体12还包括一位于本体120中心且凸出于本体的半圆形凸起122。所述凸起122与所述凹槽115的形状相互配合,使得所述导光体11与所述反射体12相互结合形成一圆柱体10。进一步地,所述反射体12的反射面121上可设置反射膜,以使经导光体11底面113透射出来的光反射到导光体11内经出光面112发散出去,以提高导光体11的发光辉度。
所述灯具100还包括两个电路板20,所述两个电路板20分别设置于所述反射体12的两端,所述每个电路板20的内侧固定有三个LED发光元件30。所述三个LED发光元件30围成三角形排布于所述电路板20上
所述电路板20的外侧即与所述LED发光元件30相对的侧面上设置有插头21,以使所述灯具100可以直接替换所述现有技术的荧光灯管。
可以理解,所述灯具100的电路板20也可以仅为一个,而设置在所述反射体12的一端,所述多个发光元件30仅设置于所述导光体11的一侧即仅设置于一个电路板20上。所述发光元件30的个数可以为一个或者一个以上。
值得注意的是,所述导光体11及反射体12的形状不应局限于本实施例提供的这种情况,例如,所述导光体11的形状还可以为半圆台体、长方体、三棱柱体或其他形状等。所述反射体12的形状也可以为半圆台体、长方体、三棱柱体或其他形状等,只要其反射面121与所述导光体11的底面113相对且可以反射光线即可。
相较于现有技术,所述灯具由于具有一导光体及一反射体,所述导光体可将设置于其侧面的LED发光元件的光导出至出光面,反射体可进一步将从导光体底面出射的光反射回去,从出光面发散出去,所述导光体的底面贯穿开设有一凹槽,所述反射体对应设有一与所述导光体底面的凹槽形状相配合的凸起,所述凸起可将所述凹槽表面发出的光全部反射回导光体,从而提高导光体的出光率,从而使得所述灯具在仅使用较少LED发光元件的情况下,实现发光亮度高的优点,从而可节省灯具的制造成本。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形,而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种灯具,其包括至少一LED发光元件、一导光体及一与所述导光体相对设置的反射体,所述导光体包括一入光面、一与所述入光面相邻的出光面及一与所述出光面相对的底面,所述导光体的底面贯穿开设有一凹槽,所述反射体包括一反射面,所述反射面与所述导光体的底面相对,所述反射面设有一与所述导光体底面的凹槽形状相配合的凸起,所述至少一LED发光元件与所述导光体的入光面相对。
2.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述导光体的形状为半圆柱体、长方体或三棱柱体。
3.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述反射体的形状为半圆柱形、长方体或三棱柱体。
4.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述凹槽的横截面为半圆形。
5.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述凹槽内壁面上设置网点。
6.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述反射体的反射面上设置反射膜。
7.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,还包括至少一电路板,所述至少一LED发光元件设置于所述电路板上。
8.如权利要求7所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述至少一LED发光元件的数量为三个,所述三个LED发光元件围成三角形排布于所述电路板上。
9.如权利要求7所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述电路板的与所述LED发光元件相对的面上设置插头。
10.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述导光体采用压克力、玻璃或聚碳酸酯透明材料制成。
