Abstract

本发明涉及一种无水箱太阳能热水器集热模块,主要包括玻璃真空管,玻璃真空管经密封管塞密封,密封管塞上穿插有进水管、出水管和电加热管,所述玻璃真空管的管口外壁和尾部外壁均胶接支撑板,所述支撑板的两对边折边成上、下支撑面,上、下支撑面上均设有两只安装孔,至少两个集热模块由各自支撑板相互支撑,并由串接杆穿过支撑板上安装孔串接固定成一体,整体结构紧凑美观,组装稳定牢固,不易偏移、错位,并可将串接杆外接于墙体外壁、阳台,或固定于屋顶,满足不同场合的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种热水器组装部件,具体地说是一种组装无水箱太阳能热水器用的集热模块。 
背景技术
现有的无水箱太阳能热水器,采用大口径玻璃真空管组成既集热又储热的集热器,闷晒集热效果较好,较传统有水箱的热水器其体积相对较小,可以多方式与建筑物配套安装,但其玻璃真空管是经“U”型或“L”型管依次串接成整体结构的集热器,给运输和安装带来诸多不便,或在安装现场进行组装,组装复杂繁琐,密封效果不佳,维护不方便,存在安全隐患。 
目前采用模块式组装的热水器,如专利号为200810196126.5公开的模块式无水箱太阳能热水器,采用单独密封组装的玻璃真空管为一模块,将多个模块相互接插即可组装成集热器,解决了传统无水箱太阳能热水器运输、安装、维护不便等不足,其不足之处是:相互插接的模块仅靠固定螺丝固定在定位板上锁紧,相邻模块间无稳定的支撑,结构不牢固,存在安全隐患,一旦受到大风、大雨等外力作用,模块易偏位、脱离,造成漏水、漏电,甚至导致热水器损坏,严重影响使用寿命。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中多个模块无法稳定、牢固地组装成一体,存在水路、电路使用安全隐患,易损坏,安全性能低等不足,提供一种结构简单,可便捷、稳定地连接成一体,水、电连接安全、牢靠,安全性能高,使用寿命长的无水箱太阳能热水器集热模块。 
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技水方案是:一种无水箱太阳能热水器集热模块,主要包括玻璃真空管,玻璃真空管经密封管塞密封,密封管塞上穿插有进水管、出水管和电加热管,其特征是所述玻璃真空管的管口外壁和尾部外壁均胶接支撑板,所述支撑板上设有带法兰边的套接孔,法兰边的内圈胶接在玻璃真空管外壁上;所述支撑板的两对边折边成上、下支撑面,上、下支撑面上均设有两只安装孔。 
进一步地,所述玻璃真空管的管口上设有保温块,玻璃真空管的尾部设有 固定块或保温块,保温块或固定块采用聚胺脂或树脂将管口的支撑板、进水管、出水管、接插头、电连接器均浇注为一体,保温块或固定块的横剖面呈多边形或圆形或椭圆形,保温块或固定块上下端面设有止口。 
再进一步地,至少两集热模块经串接杆穿过支撑板上的安装孔串接成一体;所述出水管和进水管分别经弯头连接接插头,相邻两集热模块的接插头经接插管串接实现水路连接;所述电加热管连接电连接器,相邻两集热模块的电连接器经活动插棒串接实现电连接。 
采用以上技术方案后,本发明达到的有益效果是: 
1、组装方便、结构牢固,只需在施工现场直接通过串接杆将各集热模块支撑板串接成一体,整体结构稳定牢靠,可将串接杆外接于墙体外壁、阳台,或固定于屋顶,满足不同场合的需求;同时利用接插管、电连接器完成水路、电路连接,水路和电路连接便捷、安全,即插即拔,组装、维护的劳动强度低,提高了工作效率。 
2、安全性能高、密封性能好,集热模块的左、右两端均设有保温块或固定块,相邻保温块或固定块之间采用止口连接,保障了集热模块的使用安全,能有效的阻止雨水、沙尘进入,密封保温,极大地提高了热水器的功效。 
本发明在独立集热模块的玻璃真空管上胶接一支撑板,两个集热模块由各自支撑板相互支撑,并由串接杆穿过支撑板上安装孔串接固定成一体,整体组装稳定牢固,不易偏移、错位,并可将串接杆外接于墙体外壁、阳台,或固定于屋顶,满足不同场合的需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。 
图1所示集热模块主要包括玻璃真空管1、密封管塞2、支撑板3、电连接器10、101、出水管5、电加热管6、进水管7、接插头8、81。玻璃真空管1 管口塞有密封管塞2,密封管塞2上穿插有进水管7、出水管5和电加热管6,出水管5和进水管7分别经弯头连接接插头8、81,电加热管6上连接有电连接器10、101;玻璃真空管1口部和尾部外壁均设有支撑板3,支撑板3上设有带法兰边31的套接孔,法兰边31内圈胶接玻璃真空管1外壁,支撑板3的上、下支撑面上均设有定位孔4,玻璃真空管1口部和尾部均设于保温盒13内。 
图2所示两集热模块组装时,一集热模块的出水管5上的接插头8与置于其上的集热模块进水管7上的接插头81经接插管9串接,该集热模块电加热管6连接的电连接器10与置于其上的集热模块电加热管6连接的电连接器101经导电插棒11串接,两集热模块两端的支撑板3由定位孔4经串接杆12串接。组装时,水、电连接一次到位,且连接快捷、牢靠,整体结构稳定,密封性能高,使用安全。 
图3、4所示的电连接器,采用设有三簧片插孔14的连接插头配合三根导电插棒11组成,组装时相邻集热模块的电连接器10、101经导电插棒11与簧片插孔14插合实现电连接,相邻电连接器间设有穿套在导电插棒11上的密封圈15。 

Claims (4)

1.一种无水箱太阳能热水器集热模块,主要包括玻璃真空管(1),玻璃真空管经密封管塞(2)密封,密封管塞上穿插有进水管(7)、出水管(5)和电加热管(6),其特征是:所述玻璃真空管(1)的管口外壁和尾部外壁均胶接支撑板(3),所述支撑板(3)的两对边折边成上、下支撑面,上、下支撑面上均设有两只安装孔(4),所述支撑板(3)上设有带法兰边(31)的套接孔,法兰边(31)的内圈胶接在玻璃真空管(1)外壁上,至少两集热模块经串接杆(12)穿过支撑板(3)上的安装孔(4)串接成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无水箱太阳能热水器集热模块,其特征是:所述玻璃真空管(1)的管口上设有保温块(13),玻璃真空管的尾部设有固定块或保温块(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无水箱太阳能热水器集热模块,其特征是:所述出水管(5)和进水管(7)分别经弯头连接接插头(8,81),相邻两集热模块的接插头(8,81)经接插管(9)串接实现水路连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无水箱太阳能热水器集热模块,其特征是:所述电加热管(6)连接电连接器(10,101),相邻两集热模块的电连接器(10,101)经活动插棒(11)串接实现电连接。
