(一)技术领域
本发明涉及食品工厂面点烘焙及商用面点烘焙用具领域,具体为节能环保烤盘。
(二)背景技术
传统烤盘因为底部是平的,在烘焙过程中受热面积较小,烘烤时间较长,能源浪费严重。底部平的烤盘与面点接触面积较大,会造成脱模困难。同时平底烤盘自身强度不足,容易变形。
(三)发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种节能环保烤盘,其烘烤时间相对较短,节省能源,且烤盘的刚性大,不易变形。
其技术方案是这样的:其包括考盘本体,其特征在于:所述烤盘本体的底为凹凸面。
其进一步特征在于:所述凹凸面为菱形凹凸槽面。
本发明的上述结构中,菱形凹凸槽的设置使烤盘的受热面积较传统烤盘增加,缩短了烘焙时间,凹凸槽相当于加强筋,提高了考盘的刚度,烤盘不易变形。

(五)具体实施方式
见图1、图2、图3,本发明包括考盘本体1,烤盘本体1的底为凹凸面,凹凸面为菱形凹凸槽面2。菱形凹凸槽较传统的平底更均匀的分布了材料,在压制过程中具有应力,因而使烤盘更不易变形。受热面积的增加,有效的提高了能量使用率,缩短了烘焙时间,一般来说可以节约15%左右,有效的节省了能源,且面点底部更易受热,不产生死角,不易烤焦,又大大加强了烤盘的强度,同时解决了传统烤盘面点脱模困难的问题,且外形美观大方,极具推广价值。

1、节能环保烤盘,其包括考盘本体,其特征在于:所述烤盘本体的底为凹凸面。
2、根据权利要求1所述节能环保烤盘,其特征在于:所述凹凸面为菱形凹凸槽面。
