Abstract

制成的玻璃容器厚度的鉴定是通过沿着其圆周侧壁进行有选择地电压数据采样来实现的。利用一编码器使圆周边移动经过一个传感器并与该编码器的脉冲同步地进行采样。当检验到接缝时,对在接缝前和接缝后所选定的脉冲数的采样数据进行舍弃;而脉冲数的设定是由容器的直径大小确定的。

Description

本发明涉及一种用于测定圆瓶瓶壁厚度的设备,该设备能确保不会由于瓶接缝所造成的干扰而测出不正确的厚度值。
圆瓶通常沿着一个长形电容式传感器滚动以便检测其电容值从而检测出瓶壁厚度。用一个振荡器以测定此电容值并产生出可以转换成代表瓶壁厚度尺寸数据的电压值。每当瓶接缝滚过电容式传感器时,接缝-接近就会产生一个虚假的“厚的部位”信号。当接缝位于检测器前头处和刚滚过检测器后就会产生一个“薄的部位”信号。这种数据必须舍弃。已有技术水平的检测装置是通过测定周期性厚度样值的变化率或差值率对接缝进行检测的。每当这种差值超过所选定的阈值,即检测到一个接缝而且一个具有固定周期的计时器开始起动。在此计时器的窗口期间所接受的随后的样值将被舍弃。
当前已有技术水平的检测装置所存在的问题是,该设备在工作过程中设定在某一定速度下进行工作。当设备的速度变化时,这些设定值便不正确。当前已有技术水平的检测装置也不能将趋近接缝所造成的不正确的读数舍弃。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于限定一窗口的改进设备,在该窗口期间,在接缝附近所得样值数据将被舍弃。本发明能够将接缝前和接缝后所检测到的不正确的采样数据舍弃,并与设备的工作速度大小无关。
本发明的其它目的和优点通过本说明书的下面部分和以下附图按照专利法规授权一个本发明的工作原理所结合的最佳实施例的说明将会一目了然,其中:
图1是用于在玻璃容器检测设备内检验一个制成的瓶子以便查明是否存在不合格的薄的部位的检验站的斜视图;

图3是说明用于限定窗口的算法的流程图,在该窗口期间,接近接缝的采样数据将被舍弃;

玻璃容器检验设备具有一个用于检验圆瓶10的检验站,瓶10是由支撑板12支持着并通过瓶载运器14(或皮带)沿着支撑板12向前推进。在瓶子移动经过检验站时,载运器14将瓶逼向多个(三个)水平方向平行伸展的而在垂直方向具有一定间隔的电容传感片带16,而这些电容传感片带则固定在安装于相应的托架20上的弹性泡沫塑料片带18上。该托架是通过柱体22连接在相应的前置振荡器壳体24上。每个前置振荡器25通过经校准的电缆26接受电容信号并产生一个输送至计算机36的电压信号。
图2是用于推动瓶子到并经过检验台的系统的示意图。此系统包括一个以恒定转动速度转动的长形凸轮30。该凸轮在适宜的传感器32进行检测的一个起始位置上与载运器14相啮合。该凸轮的转动位置通过一个编码器34进行监控,而且该编码器在载运器处于此起始位置的读数由计算机36确 定为起始脉冲,当凸轮连续地向前推进载运器14时,一个被抓住的瓶10就朝着右边移动,直到瓶子与电容片带16相啮合并到达一个由所选定的编码器计数(L)确定的所要求的起始采样位置。然后由计算机36在随后每一次计数时进行带有一个数据样值鉴定的采样,一直到计数达到一个能够保证整个瓶子圆周边已经采样(结束采样位置)的选定的数字(N)为止。对于较小的瓶子,这种圆周环的一部分会被分析两次。操作者利用一个手握终端38或类似装置输入瓶子的直径;而计算机则为瓶子设定一个正确的N值。
如由图3可以看出,先前的“S”(例如四个)数据样值都是存储在一个“S”样值存储器机箱中而每次将一个新的数据样值置入存储器中,则最早的数据样值就通过一个样值-S处理器进行处理。于是在每个脉冲就测定一个数据样值,一直到瓶壁接缝已被规范的接缝检测器36检测过为止。这时,在“S”样值存储器内的所有数据样值如同将来“W”脉冲计数的数据样值一样都将被舍弃。“S”和“W”是可调的以覆盖选定的窗口,在窗口期间,对接缝的数据进行正常的测定。“W”脉冲计数之后,在每个脉冲再次进行测定样值数据一直到达结束采样位置为止。

Claims (3)

1、一种用于检验带垂直接缝的圆瓶壁厚的玻璃容器检验设备,其特征在于,它包括:
一个检验站,用于产生一个连续的电压信号,该电压信号代表位于该检验站上的圆瓶的一部分的厚度值,
一个机械载运装置,用于将圆瓶瓶壁的一部分移动通过所述检验站,
其特征在于,该玻璃容器检验设备还包括:
一个编码装置,用于当所述容器经过所述检验站时,发出相对于表面位移的脉冲,
一种用于在一预定的采样周期期间所述编码器发出一个脉冲时对电压信号采样的装置。
一种用于在所述检验站上检测有无瓶壁接缝出现的装置,
一个用于在接缝检测之前,将第一选定的脉冲数内的采样电压值舍弃的装置,和
另一种用于在接缝检测之后将第二选定的脉冲数内的采样电压值舍弃的装置。
2、如权利要求1所述的玻璃容器检验设备,其特征在于,它进一步包括:
一种用于选择对应于被检验瓶子直径的第一和第二选定的脉冲数的装置。
3、如权利要求2所述的玻璃容器检验设备,其特征在于,其中所述选择装置包括用于输入被检验瓶子直径的装置。
