本发明公开了一种基于筒型基础负压技术的地基加固方法,包括以下步骤:(一)在筒型基础的筒顶盖板上开设预留负压孔,在筒型基础的筒顶盖板下面铺设土工布;(二)按照设定的贯入负压值,将筒型基础负压下沉就位;(三)抽水/气泵通过预留负压孔抽水和/或气,按照设定的地基土预压值进行负压地基加固处理,实现地基土超固结。本发明通过抽水/气泵施加的吸力利用基础本身对地基土进行超固结处理,进行地基加固;通过铺设在筒顶和地基土之间的土工布等透水气材料有效均衡地加固浅基础地基,提高筒型基础的承载力和稳定性,地基加固效果突出,使用设备简单,施工简便、工期短,经济效益明显,综合工程造价低。

基于筒型基础负压技术的地基加固方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种港口、海洋、水利和桥梁工程中的地基加固处理方法,特别涉及一种基于筒型基础负压技术的地基加固方法。
背景技术
目前,在港口、海洋、水利和桥梁工程中,尤其在淤泥质土质上,作为浅基础的筒型基础的沉降问题是筒型基础应用的主要困扰。在这种地质条件不利的区域,筒型基础很难满足承载力和稳定性的要求。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种基于筒型基础负压技术的地基加固方法,该方法可以提高筒型基础的承载力和稳定性,加强筒型基础使用中的安全性。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种基于筒型基础负压技术的地基加固方法,包括以下步骤:(一)在筒型基础的筒顶盖板上开设预留负压孔,在筒型基础的筒顶盖板下面铺设土工布;(二)按照设定的贯入负压值,将筒型基础负压下沉就位;(三)抽水/气泵通过预留负压孔抽水和/或气,按照设定的地基土预压值进行负压地基加固处理,实现地基土超固结。
所述地基土预压值为(0,-0.6)Mpa,负压地基加固处理时间为:至少7天。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:通过抽水/气泵施加的吸力利用基础本身对地基土进行超固结处理,进行地基加固;通过铺设在筒顶和地基土之间的土工布等透水/气材料有效均衡地加固浅基础地基,提高筒型基础的承载力和稳定性,地基加固效果突出,使用设备简单,施工简便、工期短,经济效益明显,综合工程造价低。

为能进一步了解本发明的发明内容、特点及功效,兹例举以下实施例,并配合附图详细说明如下:
请参阅图1,本发明一种基于筒型基础负压技术的地基加固方法,包括以下步骤:
(一)在筒型基础的筒顶盖板上开设预留负压孔,在筒型基础的筒顶盖板下面铺设土工布等透水/气材料;
(二)按照设定的贯入负压值,将筒型基础负压下沉就位;
(三)抽水/气泵通过预留负压孔抽水和/或气,按照设定的地基土预压值进行负压地基加固处理,以实现地基土超固结。地基土预压值,即筒型基础的筒内外压力差值为0~-0.6Mpa,下表中示出了在不同水深条件下采用的参数:

在筒型基础的筒顶盖板下面铺设土工布等透水/气材料,保证了地基土超固结的均衡有效处理。
本发明采用抽水/气泵(例如:潜水泵、排水泵和真空泵等)等负压设备通过筒型基础筒顶盖板上的负压预留孔进行抽水和/或气工作,通过筒顶和地基土之间的土工布等透水/气材料,均匀地进行地基土的预压,地基土预压值,即筒型基础的筒内外压力差值为0~-0.6Mpa,负压地基加固处理即预压至少7天,实现地基土的超固结后,其强度和稳定性提高,从而保证筒型基础使用安全。
本发明是通过抽水/气泵施加的吸力利用基础本身进行地基加固,仅需抽水/气泵等简单设备和相应的供电系统,设备简单,施工方便,综合施工费用低,能够有效地保证筒型基础的稳定性和安全性。
尽管上面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,并不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可以做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (2)

1.一种基于筒型基础负压技术的地基加固方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(一)在筒型基础的筒顶盖板上开设预留负压孔,在筒型基础的筒顶盖板下面铺设土工布;
(二)按照设定的贯入负压值,将筒型基础负压下沉就位;
(三)抽水/气泵通过预留负压孔抽水和/或气,按照设定的地基土预压值进行负压地基加固处理,实现地基土超固结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于筒型基础负压技术的地基加固方法,其特征在于,所述地基土预压值为(0,-0.6)Mpa,负压地基加固处理时间为:至少7天。
