Abstract
本发明涉及一种利用基本脉冲方法从海浪中产生电能的装置,其中海浪作用在浮体(1)上,然后浮体(1)沿着圆柱(4)滑动,该圆柱(4)在底端利用波纹状挠性的圆筒(3)并且在顶端利用矩形构件(8)和铰接构件(10)固定在浮体(1)上。该矩形构件(8)支撑发电机(6)和相连的惯性盘(7),并且铰接构件(10)包括弹簧(11),该弹簧设置于梁(12)之上,该弹簧调节浮体(1)的运动。该浮体(1)具有呈阶梯状的梁(9),该梁固定于浮体(1)并且利用导致惯性盘旋转的脉冲,通过惯性盘上的挂钩致动,此运动被传送到发电机(6)上,在此被转换为电能。
Description
发明目的
本发明的目的在于发展和操作一种利用在海浪上升和下降时它们的水平移动和它们的垂直振荡运动,从海浪脉冲中产生电能的装置。
技术领域
本发明涉及电能产生领域,并且包括在从可再生能源中产生电能的专门领域,如在1998年12月23日的皇家法令2818,9月27日的欧盟指令2001/77/CE,皇家法令436/2004和皇家法令7/2006所提及的。本发明的装置是一个创新的装置模型,体现在它的多个必要部件上,并且不仅在所采用的系统以及在提供的产率,都与国内和国际上此类型的其它系统不同。
发明内容
此装置或者系统将被用来利用海浪的能量来产生电能,利用了海浪上升和下降两个方位的水平移动以及垂直振荡运动(图1、图2、图3),并且采用了下面部件:1)系统支撑单元,其采用透镜状的浮体(0)组成,该浮体利用四对缆绳(13)固定到海底上,该缆绳依次锚定到它们相应的底座(14)上;2)波能捕获系统,其包括:a)可以具有任意形状的浮体(1),在此情况下浮体是采用两个截顶的棱锥在它们较大的基底上结合,该浮体在海浪的作用下沿着圆柱(4)滑动,该圆柱通过球和套筒的万向接头(2)固定到浮体(0)上并且通过波纹状(concertinered)挠性的圆筒(3)固定到浮体(1)上;b)多个铰接构件(10),在此情况下是两个,它们的一端固定到浮体(1)的上表面上并且它们的相对端固定到支撑发电机(6)的矩形构件(8)上;c)铰接构件(10)中的每一个带有设置于水平梁(12)之上的弹性弹簧(11),该水平梁作为引导,该弹簧利于浮体(1)的向上和向下的运动;d)一系列的水平梁(9),在此情况下是四个,从顶部到浮体(1)的底部采用阶梯的形式,这些水平梁利用脉冲作用在惯性盘(7)的挂钩上;e)另一方面,圆柱(4)利用挠性材料制成的波纹状的圆筒(3)连接到浮体(1)的底部上,以便允许浮体(1)沿着所述圆柱(4)移动;3)电能发电机单元,其包括:a)偶数数目的发电机(6),在此情况下是两个或四个,根据波浪结构,发电机被设置在浮体(1)的内部并且通过矩形构件(8)固定到圆柱(4)上;b)与发电机(6)相连的惯性盘(7),惯性盘具有挂钩,多个水平梁(9)作用在挂钩上并且固定到浮体(1)上,从顶部到底部锚定在浮体(1)内部,这些梁的动作用于将运动传送到发电机(6)上。
具体实施方式
1)由透镜状的浮体(0)构成的系统支撑单元,由塑料或者金属材料制成,能够抵抗机械作用和环境因素,如图1、图2和图3所示。2)组件的锚定装置,由支撑缆绳(13)和底座(14)构成,对于前者,将由钢或者塑料绳索制成;对于后者,将由大块的加固的混凝土和/或铸铁制成,并且设置在海底上,如图1、图2和图3所示。3)由以上描述的元件构成的波能捕获装置,由塑料和/或金属材料制成,能够抵抗机械作用和环境因素,如图1、图2和图3所示。4)由连接到其相应的发电机(6)上的惯性盘(7)构成的电能发电机单元,由塑料和/或金属材料制成并安装于塑料和/或金属材料上,能够抵御机械作用和环境因素,如图1、图2和图3所示。5)该系统可安装在海中的任何地方,可有如下选择:a)如所述的离岸处;b)在较浅和中间深度的水中,固定系统可采用金属塔替换;c)在海岸上,固定系统将采用固定结构替换;6)电能到海岸的传送将采用海上电缆,根据到海岸线的距离,并且在所需的电压下实现。
Claims (1)
- 声称本发明利用基本脉冲方法从海浪中产生电能的装置的所有权和专有操作为新的且独创的,包括:1、一种利用海浪运动产生电能的装置,其特征在于:a)该装置利用海浪的运动产生电能,利用海浪的向上和向下运动,水平或者平移运动以及垂直或者振荡运动;b)该装置具有系统支撑单元,该系统支撑单元包括浮体(0),该浮体利用缆绳(13)将该系统支撑单元保持在离海底固定的距离处,该缆绳固定在设置于所述海底上的重混凝土和/或铸铁块(14)上;c)该装置具有波能捕获系统,该系统包括浮体(1),该浮体包括组成发电单元的元件并且在圆柱(4)上滑动,此圆柱通过万向节(2)连接到浮体(0)上,通过波纹状挠性的圆筒(3)连接到浮体(1)上并且通过矩形构件(8)连接到发电机上;d)该装置具有多个铰接构件(10),在此情况下是两个,每个包括由引导梁(12)支撑的弹簧(11);e)该装置具有多个发电机单元,根据海浪结构在此情况下是两个或者四个,该单元包括连接到发电机(6)上的惯性盘(7),该惯性盘具有挂钩,这些挂钩使得惯性盘旋转以从水平梁(9)对所述挂钩的作用中产生电能,该水平梁从自身的顶部到底部连接到浮体(1)上(见图1、图2、图3)。2、如权利要求1所述的系统,其包括系统支撑单元,该系统支撑单元包括浮体(0)、固定缆绳(13)、底座(14)并且其特征在于:a)该系统支撑单元支撑整个系统组件,通过保持该系统组件在由固定缆绳的作用所确定的一个深度,该固定缆绳反作用于海水由于阿基米德定律产生的向上力;b)它的尺寸和体积根据它必须支撑的系统的剩余部分的尺寸而变化;c)浮体(0)可以具有任何形状,在此情况下是六边形透镜状;d)浮体(0)通过固定缆绳(13)和它们相应的底座(14)被固定到海底上。3、如权利要求1至2所述的系统,其包括波能捕获系统,其包括浮体(1)和它的组件,其特征在于:a)它的尺寸、容积或者体积会根据波浪的结构发生变化;b)它的形状可以为圆柱体或者棱柱,在为棱柱的情况下,两个截顶的六棱锥在它们较大的基底上结合;c)浮体(1)沿着圆柱(4)纵向滑动并且通过波纹状挠性的圆筒(3)在底部与圆柱结合,以允许该浮体在所述圆柱上滑动;d)浮体(1)在内部包括发电机(6),该发电机通过两个铰接构件(10)在顶部固定到浮体(1),并且在底部,利用矩形构件(8),圆柱(4)和波纹状挠性的圆筒(3)固定到浮体(1)上;e)前述铰接构件(10)在它的水平轴线上包括弹簧(11),该弹簧在梁(12)上滑动,并且当延伸或者压缩时,其根据海浪的作用,通过前述构件的对角线长度的增加或者减少,调节浮体(1)的向上和向下运动。4、如权利要求1至3所述的系统,其包括电能产生单元,该电能产生单元包括发电机(6)和相连于该发电机的惯性盘(7),其特征在于:a)该发电机由它们的惯性盘(7)致动,当所述惯性盘(7)的挂钩由因连接到浮体上而如同浮体(1)一样线性移动的梁驱动时,该惯性盘依次由水平梁(9)致动;b)当浮体(1)由于海浪的作用而向上和向下移动时,增加或者降低铰接构件的对角线长度,当铰接构件(10)作用在弹簧上面时,所述梁(9)因弹簧(11)的延伸或压缩而向上和向下移动;c)发电机和该相连的惯性盘的数目必须是偶数,根据波浪的结构在此情况下数目为两个或者四个。
