本发明公开了一种电力系统接地网故障诊断定位系统,包括主机工作站、数据测量与采集装置、通信服务器、网络设备、语音报警装置和显示设备,主机工作站包括数据库管理,对数据测量与采集装置传送来的数据进行处理,并得到所需的各种信息;数据测量与采集装置对可测节点的电压进行测量;通信服务器完成与上机调度和其它计算机系统的通讯;网络设备通过网络交换机联接成快速以太网络;语音报警装置对电站故障和事故进行语音报警;显示设备将需要信息进行输出显示。本发明作为一个独立运行的工作站,可以与多种设备组合构成变电站综合自动化系统。本发明具有工作量小、速度快、设备便携等优点,而且不影响电力系统的正常运行。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电力系统接地网故障诊断定位系统,具体地说是一种不受运行条件限制,不停电,不开挖情况下,对地网腐蚀故障进行诊断定位的接地网故障诊断定位系统。
背景技术
电力工业作为国民经济中的基础产业,其基本任务是为国民经济和人民生活提供"充足、可靠、合格、廉价"的电能。接地网是维护电力系统安全可靠运行、保障运行人员和电气设备安全的重要设施。接地网是否良好是安全生产的关键之一, 对其进行故障诊断可以能够预见接地网络中潜在的故障和隐患问题,这将逐渐成为一项具有战略意义的工作,是电力工业实现快速、稳定、持续发展的重要保障。
构成接地网的均压导体常因施工时焊接不良或漏焊,土壤的腐蚀,接地短路电流的电动力作用等原因,使均压导体之间或接地引线与均压导体之间存在电气连接不良的故障点。若遇电力系统发生接地短路故障,将造成地网本身局部电位差和地网电位异常升高,除给运行人员带来威胁外,还可能造成二次设备的绝缘破坏,高压窜入控制室,使监测或控制设备发生误动或拒动而扩大事故,带来巨大的经济损失和不良的社会影响。在我国,因地网腐蚀或发生断裂而引起的事故时有发生,每次事故都给社会带来了巨大的经济损失。由此可见,接地网故障问题已是电力系统安全运行的心腹大患,诊断接地网的断点及地网的腐蚀情况已经成为电力部门的一项重大反事故措施。
过去, 一般是在发现接地电阻不合格或出现事故后,通过开挖、査找地网的电气连接故障点,这种方法带有很大的盲目性、工作量大、速度慢,受运行条件的限制。因此,市场迫切需要研制开发一种准确、有效、不受运行条件限制、不停电情况对地网进行诊断定位的系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电力系统接地网故障诊断定位系统,该故障诊断定位系统不受运行条件限制,在不停电,不开挖情况下,对地网腐蚀故障进行诊断定位。 且该接地网故障诊断定位系统作为一个独立运行的工作站,可以与实时数据库服务器、历史数据库服务器、保护工作站、调度工作站、WEB服务器、数据采集工作站以及卫星时钟接收装置等多种组合构成变电站综合自动化系统。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种电力系统接地网故障诊断定位系统,其特征在于:该故障诊断定位系统包括主机工作站、数据测量与采集装置、通信服务器、网络设备、语音报警装置和显示设备,所述主机工作站包括数据库管理,对数据测量与采集装置传送来的数据进行处理,并得到所需的各种信息;数据测量与采集装置对可测节点的电压进行测量, 并将数据传送给主机工作站;通信服务器完成与上机调度和其它计算机系统的通讯, 并在线査询当前电站设备的运行情况,在需要时自动进行报警;网络设备通过网络交换机联接成快速以太网络;语音报警装置对电站故障和事故进行语音报警;显示设备将需要信息进行输出显示。
本发明中,主机工作站采用Windows NT/2000操作系统,主机功能包括数据库管理,在线或离线计算功能,各种图表、曲线的生成等。所有的操作控制都可以通过鼠标器及键盘而实现,通过液晶显示器可以对设备运行作实时监视,并取得所需的各种信息。
测量与数据采集系统对可测节点的电压进行测量,为后面的故障诊断做准备。
通信服务器可以完成与上机调度和其它计算机系统比如MIS等系统的通讯。设有0N CALL(在线呼叫)系统,可以自动启动无线数据传输系统进行报警;系统还提供网络查询功能,可通过电话查询当前电站设备的运行情况。
本发明系统各主要设备通过网络交换机联接成快速以太网络,网络介质主要为光纤电缆和超五类线。
语音报警装置作为电站监控系统的一部分,对电站故障和事故发语音报警,提醒运行人员。具有语音报警、测试等功能。
显示设备中设置打印机,完成各种信息及报表打印,完成计算机监控系统的打印服务功能,打印方式以召唤打印为主,定时打印为辅。
本发明可以与上级部门进行信息传递,具有可视化的人机界面,还可以进行报表管理、数据库管理等。
采用本发明可以提前发现接地网的腐蚀故障及故障的发展情况,对接地网腐蚀故障做出预警和安全评估,相对于传统的大面积停电开挖査找接地网断点和腐蚀段的方法,该系统提供的方法具有工作量小、速度快、设备便携等优点,而且不影响电力系统的正常运行,从而保证了电力系统的安全运行和供电可靠性,直接和间接经济效益显著。

具体实施方式
一种电力系统接地网故障诊断定位系统,见图1,该故障诊断定位系统包括主机工作站、数据测量与采集装置、通信服务器、网络设备、语音报警装置和显示设备。主机工作站包括数据库管理,对数据测量与采集装置传送来的数据进行处理, 并得到所需的各种信息;数据测量与采集装置对可测节点的电压进行测量,并将数据传送给主机工作站;通信服务器完成与上机调度和其它计算机系统的通讯,并在线査询当前电站设备的运行情况,在需要时自动进行报警;网络设备通过网络交换机联接成快速以太网络;语音报警装置对电站故障和事故进行语音报警;显示设备将需要信息进行输出显示。
本发明主要由人机界面、后台处理器和数据测量与采集单元组成。人机界面主要包括原始数据输入界面、诊断结果界面和帮助界面组成。其中在原始数据输入界面中只要点击打开响应的文件即可输入接地网的原始数据。帮助界面可以指导用户如何使用该软件。在原始数据和测量数据输入系统后,主机工作站将具体执行该接地网的故障诊断,并将结果传到前台。
本发明作为一个独立运行的工作站,可以与实时数据库服务器、历史数据库服务器、保护工作站、调度工作站、WEB服务器、数据采集工作站以及卫星时钟接收装置等多种组合构成变电站综合自动化系统。图2是本发明和外围设备连接图。
变电站综合自动化系统采用基于事件方式的自适应分布式网络服务中间件技术,实现了数据的快速传递。电力系统接地网故障的监测可以通过它而及时地获得数据,保证了系统的响应速度。
本发明通过高速通信网络传输间隔层各装置采集电力系统接地网各测点电压、 电流信号。利用系统参数识别法建立故障方程。经过仿真计算,准确定位故障点, 将所有故障支路找出。采用模糊数学方法综合处理多组数据,最终输出综合诊断结果。
使用本发明可以提前发现接地网的腐蚀故障及故障的发展情况,对接地网腐蚀故障做出预警和安全评估,从而保证了电力系统的安全运行和供电可靠性,直接和间接经济效益显著。

1. 一种电力系统接地网故障诊断定位系统,其特征在于:该故障诊断定位系统
包括主机工作站、数据测量与采集装置、通信服务器、网络设备、语音报警装置和
