本发明提供一种屏蔽结构,其包括一电路板及一屏蔽框,所述电路板上设置若干接地点,所述屏蔽框设置于所述电路板上,所述屏蔽结构还包括一接地件,所述接地件设置于所述电路板及所述屏蔽框之间,所述接地件上设置若干引脚,所述引脚与所述接地点相对应地连接于一体。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种屏蔽结构,尤其涉及一种应用于便携式电子装置的屏蔽结构。
背景技术
随着信息科技的进步与发展,电子产品已经与我们的生活密不可分,例如计算机、通讯产品或影音产品等。这类电子产品为了提高品质及功能,不断地提高操作频率。然而,高频率所产生的电磁辐射污染也同样严重地威胁着如飞行器的飞行安全、通讯安全及人体的健康。鉴于上述问题,通常于电路板上的电子元件周围设置一屏蔽结构,同时于该屏蔽结构与该电路板上的接地点之间焊接若干导线,从而通过该导线的连接将该电子元件产生的电磁波导出。
然而,随着现如今电子产品向轻、薄及小方向发展,因此该屏蔽结构与该接地点之间空间一般较小,因而难以实现于该屏蔽结构与该接地点之间焊接导线,即该屏蔽结构与该电路板之间难以实现接地连接。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种易于接地连接的屏蔽结构。
一种屏蔽结构,其包括一电路板及一屏蔽框,所述电路板上设置若干接地点,所述屏蔽框设置于所述电路板上,所述屏蔽结构还包括一接地件,所述接地件设置于所述电路板及所述屏蔽框之间,所述接地件上设置若干引脚,所述引脚与所述接地点相对应地连接于一体。
相较于现有技术,所述屏蔽结构的屏蔽框通过该接地件的引脚与该电路板的接地点连通导电,而不需另行焊接导线实现该屏蔽框与该接地点之间的电连接,即可实现该屏蔽结构与该电路板之间的接地连接。

具体实施方式
本发明屏蔽结构适用于移动电话、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置,在本实施方式中,以应用于移动电话的屏蔽结构为例加以说明。
请参阅图1及图2所示,该屏蔽结构100包括一电路板10、一屏蔽框20、一接地件30及一屏蔽罩40。该接地件30设置于该屏蔽框20与该电路板10间,该屏蔽罩40卡合于该屏蔽框20上。
该电路板10大致为一方形板状体,其包括一朝向该屏蔽框20的表面12。该表面12上设置若干电子元件14及若干接地点16。该电子元件14可以为电容或电阻等。该接地点16与该接地件30连接。
该屏蔽框20包括一周壁22,该周壁22围成一将该电路板10上的电子元件14包容的容室24。该屏蔽框20由金属材料制成,如铁、铝等。
该接地件30的形状与该屏蔽框20的形状对应,其包括一内侧32及一外侧34。该接地件30的内侧32及外侧34分别延伸有若干引脚36。该引脚36用来于该电路板10的接地点16实现电连接。该引脚36的可以通过冲裁等方式形成。该接地件30由具有弹性的金属材料制成,如铍青铜、铜合金、镍合金等。
该屏蔽罩40包括一上板42及一卡持壁44。该上板42与该屏蔽框20的形状与该周壁22围成的容室24的形状相当,且略大于该容室24。该卡持壁44由该上板42的侧缘弯折形成,且与该周壁22对应设置。该屏蔽罩40由金属材料制成,如铁、铝等。
请一并参阅图3-5,组装该屏蔽结构100时,首先将该接地件30组设于该电路板10上,此时,该引脚36与该电路板10的接地点16紧密接触,即使该引脚36发生弹性变形,从而该引脚36通过其自身的弹力与该接地点16实现电连接。然后,将该屏蔽框20自该接地件30的上方组设到该接地件30上,并通过螺钉(图未示)螺接于该电路板10上。接着,将该屏蔽罩40自该屏蔽框20的上方组设到该屏蔽框20上,从而完成该屏蔽结构100的组装。
所述屏蔽结构100,该屏蔽框20通过该接地件30的引脚36与该电路板10的接地点16连通导电,而不需另行焊接导线实现该屏蔽框20与该接地点16之间的电连接。此外,该引脚36可通过简单的冲裁工艺形成,如此,可大大降低该屏蔽结构100的制造难度。

Claims (9)

1.一种屏蔽结构,其包括一电路板及一屏蔽框,所述电路板上设置若干接地点,所述屏蔽框设置于所述电路板上,其特征于于:所述屏蔽结构还包括一接地件,所述接地件设置于所述电路板及所述屏蔽框之间,所述接地件上设置若干引脚,所述引脚与所述接地点相对应地连接于一体。
2.如权利要求1所述的屏蔽结构,其特征在于:所述屏蔽框包括一周壁,所述周壁围成一将所述电子元件包容的容室。
3.如权利要求2所述的屏蔽结构,其特征在于:所述接地件的形状与所述屏蔽框对应,其包括一内侧及一外侧,所述引脚由所述内侧及所述外侧延伸。
4.如权利要求3所述的屏蔽结构,其特征在于:所述引脚通过冲裁的方式形成。
5.如权利要求1所述的屏蔽结构,其特征在于:所述屏蔽结构还包括一屏蔽罩,所述屏蔽罩罩设于所述屏蔽框上。
6.如权利要求5所述的屏蔽结构,其特征在于:所述屏蔽罩包括一上板及一卡持壁,所述卡持壁由所述上板的侧缘弯折形成,所述卡持壁与所述周壁卡合。
7.如权利要求1所述的屏蔽结构,其特征在于:所述接地件由具有弹性的金属材料制成。
8.如权利要求7所述的屏蔽结构,其特征在于:所述金属材料为铍青铜、铜合金或镍合金。
9.如权利要求7所述的屏蔽结构,其特征在于:所述引脚与所述接地点连接时,所述引脚发生弹性变形,从而通过其自身的弹力与该接地点实现电连接。
