Description

User access method and device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of mobile communications technologies, and in particular, to a user access method and apparatus in a high-speed environment.
Background
With the rapid development of magnetic levitation, high-speed railways and highways, mobile communication in a high-speed environment becomes a crucial problem. In a high-speed environment, because the moving speed of the user is high and the coverage radius of a common antenna cell is limited, the residence time of the user in each cell is very short, and is probably only ten seconds to tens of seconds.
For example, the highest speed is 430 km/h, namely the movement is about 120 m/s, of the magnetic levitation railway in business at Shanghai; according to the results of the external field test, the time for one MOC (Mobile organic Call)/MTC (Mobile Terminal Call) is about 5-6 seconds. In this period of time, the user has moved out of the distance of about 600-800 meters, and is likely to have left the original access cell, and if the user still accesses the original cell at this time, the call will fail; if the situation is the same in each cell along the high-speed environment, the user can not start and end calls all the time in the whole high-speed environment, and the high-speed line becomes a blind area.
The main solution to the above problem is to enlarge the coverage area of the cell and increase the movement time of the user in the cell. In order to increase the coverage area of a cell, methods such as increasing the transmitting power of an antenna, increasing physical equipment such as a repeater station and a remote antenna, adjusting the direction of the antenna and the like can be adopted; the adoption of the distributed remote antenna is a main method adopted at present, and as shown in fig. 1, the distributed remote antenna technology expands the radius of a cell, so that the residence time of the UE in each cell is longer, and the access is easier; however, although this method can expand the coverage of the cell to some extent, there are some other problems: the PCCPCH RSCP (primary common Control physical channel received signal chip power) value cannot be used to determine whether the cell edge is reached, and at the same time, the AOA (Angle of Arrival direction) measurement result cannot reflect the location of the UE, and the like, which may cause RRC (Radio Resource Control) Access failure, RAB (Radio Access Bearer) setup failure, handover failure, and the like, not only increase call loss, but also cause call delay and decrease of Radio Resource utilization. That is, it cannot be determined whether the cell change access and the handover trigger are possible according to the PCCPCH RSCP value, and it cannot be determined whether the cell change access and the handover trigger are possible according to the AOA value.

Detailed Description
The basic idea of the invention is to obtain the position information of the antenna of the user terminal in the cell, then determine the cell of the user terminal access wireless resource control connection according to the different positions of the antenna in the cell, to realize the user access in the high speed environment; then, according to the position information of the antenna and the movement direction of the user terminal, the cell for establishing the wireless access bearer is determined.
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the present invention, the method of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples.
The method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to the networking condition of the existing high-speed environment such as magnetic suspension, high-speed railway, highway and the like (but is not limited to the networking condition); under the networking condition, each high-speed along-line cell is only configured with two adjacent cells, and the cells are serially networked according to a certain sequence, wherein the attribute of each adjacent cell indicates that the adjacent cell is a forward adjacent cell or a backward adjacent cell; meanwhile, under the networking requirement, the Node B (base station) adopts distributed antennas, each antenna has a channel number, and the antennas are sequentially arranged along a high-speed line from small to large or from large to small according to the channel numbers.
Based on the networking situation, as shown in fig. 2, embodiment 1 of the present invention provides a user access method, including:
step 201: acquiring the position information of an antenna of a user terminal in a cell;
it should be noted that, the embodiment of the present invention proposes to obtain channel number information from a Frame Protocol (FP) Frame carrying an RRC Connection Request message, so as to determine a location of an antenna in a cell, but is not limited to this, and the location information of the antenna in the cell may also be obtained by other manners in the prior art, and is not described herein again;
under the condition of adopting distributed antennas, each antenna has a coverage range, and the coverage range of the antenna in which the UE is positioned can be easily judged according to the signal intensity of the user terminal received by each antenna, namely the specific information of the antenna to which the user terminal belongs can be easily determined; however, in the prior art, there is no standard message that can notify the RNC of the channel number of the antenna (hereinafter, referred to as a main control antenna) covering the UE, that is, the antenna channel number information cannot be obtained; therefore, in this embodiment, corresponding information is added to an FP frame of an RACH (Random Access Channel) Channel, and a main control antenna Channel number when the UE accesses from the RACH is brought to the RNC, that is, antenna Channel number information is obtained through the FP frame; two ways can also be used here:
(1) the first mode proposed by the embodiment of the present invention is to obtain the antenna channel number information by using the bits of the AOA in the FP frame, because the distributed antenna is adopted, but the distributed antenna cannot measure the AOA (angle of arrival); fig. 3 shows a part of a frame structure of a FP frame in the prior art, where the AOA value of the AOA parameter area (i.e. AOA and AOA (cont) fields in the figure) in the frame structure part schematic diagram must be an invalid value, so that the present embodiment fills in antenna channel number information at the AOA parameter bit position, as shown in fig. 4, and the network side acquires the channel number information of the antenna from the FP frame carrying the antenna channel number information; the value of the antenna channel number can be 0-17 (usually 6), so that only 5 bits are occupied, and the AOA parameter area in the original FP frame occupies 10 bits (0-1024 values can be stored), so that reporting (network side acquires) the antenna channel number information is completely feasible; in addition, the specific FP frame reporting scheme can be implemented by other methods in the prior art, and is not described herein again;
(2) as shown in fig. 5, the AOA and AOA (cont) fields in the existing standard protocol frame structure are kept unchanged, but antenna channel number information is filled in the idle fields (including the Sapre Bits and Spare Extension fields), and the antenna channel number information may also be taken as 0 to 17 (or other values, of course) in the above manner, that is, only 5 Bits need to be occupied, and the idle fields are 14 Bits (Sapre Bits are 6 Bits and Spare Extension is 8 Bits), so that it is completely feasible to report (acquire) the antenna channel number information by using 5 Bits (the remaining Bits are Sapre Bits and/or Spare Extension fields) in the idle fields;
the position of the antenna in the cell can be easily determined by the acquired channel number of the antenna and the characteristics of the distributed antenna.
Step 202: judging whether the position of the antenna is in the edge area of the cell, if not, accessing the user terminal in the current cell; otherwise, accessing the user terminal in a cell adjacent to the antenna to which the user terminal belongs;
the cell is a reporting cell of an RRC Connection Request message, and the position information of the antenna in the cell can be determined according to the antenna channel number information; if the antenna is located in the non-edge area of the cell, the user radio resource control connection is directly accessed in the cell; if the antenna is positioned in the non-edge area of the cell, returning an access refusing response, and indicating to request access again after delaying for a period of time; when access is requested again, if the cell identification changes, the user terminal is indicated to move into a new cell range, and the cell corresponding to the new cell identification is accessed to the user radio resource control connection; if the cell identification is not changed and the antenna channel number is changed, indicating that the current antenna is not in the edge area of the cell, accessing the user radio resource control connection in the cell; the following is illustrated by example 2:
a cell formed by distributed antennas can be divided into a plurality of small areas according to the channel number of the antennas, and the small areas are called single antenna areas; the single antenna areas on both sides of the cell may be referred to as edge areas; as shown in fig. 6, the 0 single antenna area and the 17 single antenna area of Cell 2(Cell2) are edge areas, and the 17 single antenna area of Cell1 and the 0 single antenna area of Cell 3 are also edge cells; a specific method for determining an access cell is shown in fig. 7, and includes the following steps:
step 701: receiving an RRC Connection Request message, determining whether a channel number carried therein is equal to an antenna channel number (channels 0 and 17) of a cell edge area, if so, performing step 703; otherwise, go to step 702:
step 702: directly accessing RRC in the cell and establishing the RRC in a DCH state;
step 703: refusing to access to the radio resource control connection, and recording Cell ID (Cell identification) and the antenna channel number; then returning an RRC Connection Reject message, wherein the message carries a parameter Wait time (delay time), the parameter indicates a pre-configured time value, and indicates the user terminal to reinitiate an RRC establishment process after the pre-configured time;
step 704: after the Wait Time is overtime, receiving an RRC connection request message initiated by the user terminal again, wherein the message also carries a Cell ID and an antenna channel number; comparing the received Cell ID and antenna channel number with the originally recorded Cell ID and channel number;
step 705: if the Cell IDs are different, directly accessing the RRC in a new Cell, and establishing the RRC in a DCH state; at this point, only Cell IDs need to be compared, and no channel numbers need to be compared, since channel numbers are only valid within one Cell range, since the Cell has changed, there is no need to compare channel numbers: specifically, if the Cell IDs are different, it is sufficient to indicate the movement direction of the UE (i.e., the UE moves forward or backward), that is, the new Cell ID indicates that the UE moves into the new Cell of the request, so that the RRC is directly accessed in the new Cell without additionally determining the channel number;
step 706: if the Cell IDs are the same but the channel numbers are different, then the RRC is directly accessed in the original Cell and is established in a DCH state;
specifically, if the Cell IDs are the same, it indicates that the UE is still in the original Cell, and the original antenna channel number indicates that the antenna is in the edge area of the Cell, and if the channel number is different from the original channel number, it indicates that the antenna is not in the edge area of the Cell, and at this time, the RRC may be directly accessed in the Cell;
step 707: if the Cell ID and the channel number are the same, returning to execute the step 703;
in addition, the present embodiment proposes that, in the above-mentioned flow, a step of limiting the number of accesses may be further added, as shown in fig. 8, specifically as follows:
step 708: a threshold value nsinglearemaxacc is preset, the threshold value indicates the maximum number of times of accessing the same single antenna region, when the number of times of trying to access the same Cell ID and channel number reaches nsinglearemaxacc, the step 703 is not executed again, and the RRC can be directly accessed in the Cell, so that the problem that a stationary or low-speed moving object cannot start calling can be prevented.
It is worth noting that the user access method provided by the above embodiment of the present invention can ensure that the user terminal can normally access the RRC in a high speed environment; when a user needs to initiate a call or other similar services, an RAB (Radio Access Bearer) needs to be established on the basis of the method of the above embodiment; for this reason, based on the idea of the foregoing embodiment method, as shown in fig. 9, embodiment 3 of the present invention further proposes that the method of the foregoing embodiment may further include the following steps:
step 801: acquiring and recording a channel number of an antenna;
initiating special measurement of a channel number (AOA) after RRC establishment is finished in order to acquire corresponding judgment parameters in the RAB establishment process; currently, in the prior art, there is no measurement report dedicated to a channel number, and since a distributed antenna does not measure AOA, this embodiment proposes to obtain an antenna channel number by combining AOA-dedicated periodic measurement, that is, to measure a channel number of an antenna area of a report list by using AOA (certainly, the channel number of an antenna may also be obtained by other methods, which is not limited to this, and is not described again), and the specific process is shown in fig. 10;
1) sending a dedicate Measurement Initiation Request (special Measurement Initiation) Request message to a Node B, wherein the Request message comprises information of an antenna to which a user terminal belongs;
2) after receiving the response message, the Node B returns a successful response message, wherein the report comprises the channel number information of the antenna to which the user belongs;
3) node B starts measurement according to the requirement of the measurement initialization message, and reports Dedicated measurement Report to RNC;
it should be noted that: because the distributed antenna cannot measure AOA, but this embodiment is proposed for distributed antenna networking, the reporting of the channel number is performed by using a reporting mode of periodic measurement of AOA, that is: indicating Node B to measure AOA in the measurement initialization message, wherein actually, the antenna channel number needs to be obtained, and Node B in the distributed antenna network can not measure AOA, therefore, Node B can be understood as indicating the measurement channel number after receiving the indication; in the measurement report reported after the measurement is finished, Node B fills the measurement result of the channel number in the position of the AOA measurement result; the channel number ranges from 0 to 17, and the AOA ranges from 0 to 719, so that the filling of the channel number measurement result in the AOA parameter position does not change the structure of the original measurement report, and the implementation is easy;
step 802: determining and recording the movement direction of the user terminal according to the channel number of the antenna;
specifically, the moving direction is obtained according to different results of the antenna channel numbers measured periodically: if the channel numbers or Cell IDs obtained in the above steps are different, the movement direction can be judged according to the sequence of the different Cell IDs or channel numbers, and then the movement direction is recorded; for example, as shown in fig. 1, if the direction of motion is forward from Cell1 to Cell2, if the direction of motion is backward from 14 single antenna areas of Cell2 to 10 single antenna areas of Cell2, and so on; if the motion direction can not be judged, recording the motion direction as an invalid value: for example, if the channel number has not changed, the moving direction of the user terminal cannot be determined according to the channel number, and at this time, the moving direction is recorded as an invalid value;
step 803: if the antenna channel number indicates that the antenna is an adjacent antenna in the adjacent cell in the moving direction, establishing RAB in the adjacent cell; otherwise, establishing RAB in the local cell;
the antennas adjacent to the neighboring cell in the moving direction are located in an edge area of the cell, and the antennas in the edge area of the cell further include an antenna that is accessing the cell, and meanwhile, the present embodiment determines whether the antenna is located in the edge area by using an antenna channel number, so that the present embodiment performs two-step determination:
1) and if the current antenna channel number is the edge channel number, judging the specific position of the antenna according to the movement direction of the user terminal: if the antenna channel number indicates that the antenna is an antenna which is about to enter a certain adjacent cell in the moving direction, the antenna is an antenna adjacent to the adjacent cell in the moving direction, so that the RAB access activation time is set to be a larger value, the cell access is changed, namely RAB is established in the adjacent cell; if the antenna channel number indicates that the antenna is the antenna entering the cell in the moving direction, directly establishing RAB in the cell; in addition, after the RAB process is finished, if the subsequent process does not need channel number information measurement any more, the periodic channel number (AOA) measurement is terminated;
2) if the current antenna channel number is not the edge channel number, the RAB can be directly established in the cell; similarly, after the RAB process is finished, if the AOA measurement is not needed in the subsequent process any more, the periodic AOA measurement is terminated;
wherein, the embodiment also considers the situation that the moving direction of the user terminal cannot be determined in the above steps; therefore, when the moving direction cannot be determined (the moving direction is not obtained), it cannot be determined in which cell the RAB should be accessed, and the RAB can be directly established in the cell;
in addition, it should be noted that, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, the method may further include the step of RRC release:
after the RRC access is completed, according to the neighbor cell list of the cell where the UE is currently located, an RRC Release (radio resource control Release) message is sent to the serving cell and all neighbor cells, where the serving cell sends a Release command on a dedicated channel and the neighbor cells send Release commands on a common channel, so as to ensure that the user can receive the RRC Release message and Release resources.
It can be seen that, the method of the present invention is adopted to easily determine the cell of the user terminal accessing the radio resource control connection, realize the user access in the high speed environment, and simultaneously eliminate the influence on the call index brought by the expanding area coverage; moreover, the method is realized according to the existing protocol, and the protocol does not need to be modified.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps in the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware associated with program instructions, and the program is stored in a specific storage medium.
