Abstract

本发明涉及到一种护轴套,它是由泵轴套、连接套所组成,通过将泵轴套的内径加工成与泵轴按正常配合尺寸公差配合,以及将连接套的外径加工成与轴套内径按正常的尺寸公差配合,可以最大限度地将磁力泵在不同温差下所产生的变形量转递到护轴套上,从而避免产品的热胀冷缩给产品的安装和使用带来的困难,节约了生产成本,提高了功效。

技术领域:
本发明涉及到一种磁力驱动泵上使用的护轴套。
背景技术:
在磁力驱动泵的泵轴与轴套的生产加工过程中,由于输送的介质温度不同,泵轴与轴套之间的配合间隙是不一样,而这样的加工尺寸精度很难控制,必须精确地测量出磁力泵所工作的环境温度,所产生的热胀冷缩的余量,且这类零件无法作为通用件进行互换、安装,发配件时很容易弄错,从而影响到泵的正常运转,若采用同一配合尺寸,常温时运行稳定、高温时泵轴与轴套的热膨胀率不一致,导致泵轴与轴套之间的配合间隙增大,从而使得泵运行很不稳定,影响泵的使用寿命。若采用高温时的膨胀系数设计泵轴与轴套之间的配合间隙,泵在常温下就很难装配,且轴套的材质通常为硬质合金或碳化硅,在装配时很容易碎裂,还有部分生产厂家采用弹簧胀环或弹簧胀套的方法,但生产和加工弹簧胀环和弹簧胀套比较困难,需要线切割机床加工或专用模具冲压后滚压成型,且尺寸很难控制和测量,装配和更换都比较麻烦。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是要提供一种护轴套,它能很好地克服以上产品在安装和使用的过程中所产生的缺陷。本发明的目的是这样实现的,护轴套是由泵轴套和连接套所组成,其特征在于:所述的泵轴套设计在连接套的两端,泵轴套的内径与泵轴按正常配合尺寸公差配合;所述的连接套内径大于泵轴直径,连接套的外径与轴套的内径按正常配合尺寸公差配合。本发明结构简单、维修、更换方便快捷,可以在不同的工作环境下使用,大大提高了产品的使用寿命。

在图中,护轴套是由泵轴套1和连接套3所组成,其特征在于:所述的泵轴套1设计在连接套3的两端,泵轴套1的内径与泵轴2按正常配合尺寸公差配合;所述的连接套3内径大于泵轴2直径,连接套3的外径与轴套4的内径按正常配合尺寸公差配合。具体实施时,将护轴套设计为:泵轴套两端用适当一段长度与泵轴按正常配合尺寸公差配合,中间较长的一端连接套与轴套按正常配合尺寸公差配合,径向壁厚设计较薄。当磁力泵在高温液体中使用时,泵轴与轴套因热膨胀系数不同而产生的不同变形量均可以通过护轴套承受,而不影响泵轴与轴套的设计尺寸和使用寿命,从而确保了泵的运行寿命,采用该种结构装置可以作为泵的通用件进行相互互换、使用,可以大大降低产品的生产成本。

1.护轴套是由泵轴套(1)和连接套(3)所组成,其特征在于:所述的泵轴套(1)设计在连接套(3)的两端,泵轴套(1)的内径与泵轴(2)按正常配合尺寸公差配合;所述的连接套(3)内径大于泵轴(2)直径,连接套(3)的外径与轴套(4)的内径按正常配合尺寸公差配合;
