Abstract

本发明涉及根据权利要求1前序部分的一种多级涡轮增压器安排。
背景技术
已知的所述类型的涡轮增压器安排具有设计复杂的缺点,具有特别是作为一种易损坏的曲柄传动的结果而极易磨损的阀瓣、套管以及控制盒。此外,仅可在一种有限的程度内实现多个均匀并且连续的截面开口,而这些开口有助于调节的准确度或调节特性的品质。
发明内容
因此本发明的一个目的是要创造出根据权利要求1前序部分的一种多级涡轮增压器安排,该安排的调节系统具有改善的调节准确度和一种简化并且紧凑的设计。
所述目的是通过权利要求1的特征实现的。
根据本发明,一个简化的调节单元用于调节高压涡轮增压器或高压级与低压涡轮增压器或涡轮增压器的低压级之间的运行连接,该调节单元被安排在该高压级与该低压级之间的歧管内,并且在该调节单元中整合了所有需要的流动管道。
从属权利要求涉及本发明的多项有利的改进。

具体实施方式
图1展示了用于内燃机(特别是柴油发动机或火花点火式发动机)的一种多级涡轮增压器安排1,该安排在本实例中具有两级的设计,然而,其中未示出该发动机,以便简化该示图。
涡轮增压器安排1具有一个高压级2和一个低压级3,这些级在每种情况下由一个相应设计的涡轮增压器形成,在每种情况下该涡轮增压器的涡轮机的涡轮壳体在这些图中示出。
高压级2和低压级3通过一个可开放并且可关闭的流动管道系统4能够运行性地彼此连接,为了这个目的提供了一个调节单元5。
如具体的从图1和图2中可以看出,调节单元5被安排在高压级2与低压级3之间的一个歧管6内。如从所有这些图的比较中明显看出,通过调节单元5能够开放和关闭的流动管道系统4也被整合在歧管6内。
在根据图1至图3以及图4至图6的实施方案中,调节单元5首先具有一个调节滑动件7,该调节滑动件通过一个执行器8能够被致动,为了这一目的调节滑动件7通过由执行器8驱动的一个致动杆16能够沿穿过致动杆16延伸的一条轴线滑动。
在上述实施方案中,调节单元5还具有一个旁路滑动件9,该旁路滑动件类似调节滑动件7,以一种在轴向上可滑动的形式被安排在调节单元5的一个壳体17内,以便打开和关闭一个旁通管道10。在通过图3中以举例方式说明的转换位置中,旁路滑动件9关闭旁通管道10,例如通过一个合适的弹簧使旁路滑动件9预加载进入其关闭的位置。
在该第一转换位置(它具体的从图3中可以看到)中,调节滑动件7关闭通向低压级3的直接路径,该路径由流动管道系统4的一个流动管道12形成,使所述第一转换位置被设置在低发动机速度并因此是低排气流动速率上。因此,在如图3所展示的调节单元5的第一转换位置中,排气在高压级2中膨胀。这由图3中的这些箭头P1表示。
在该第二转换位置中,如图4所展示,调节滑动件7随发动机转速的增加以一种优选分级的形式使流动管道12或歧管截面开放,这样,排气被直接引导至低压级3,如由图4中的这些箭头P2表示。
图5展示了一个相应的转换位置,它表明了根据图4的实施方案的一个变体,因为在此没有提供分离的旁路滑动件。如通过图4和图5的图解所示,旁通管道10在每种情况下在所述第二转换位置中被关闭。
图6展示了根据图1至图4的实施方案处于第三转换位置中。在所述转换位置中,调节滑动件7使旁路滑动件9轴向地向后滑动,其结果是使旁通管道10或旁通管道10的多个旁通管道段被开放。一部分排气可因此流过低压螺旋或低压涡轮机壳体直接到达该涡轮机壳体出口(低压级),如由虚线箭头P3′所表示。
图7和图8中展示了根据图5的变体的一个对应的转换位置,为了这一目的,所述变体的调节滑动件7’具有一个连接管道15(它具体的从图8中可以看到),并且该连接管道(如在以上说明的设计变体中)使旁通管道10开放,这样就有可能使一部分排气直接被排放到低压级3的涡轮机壳体的出口。

Claims (5)

1.用于内燃机的一种多级涡轮增压器安排(1),
-具有一个高压级(2),
-具有一个低压级(3),该低压级通过一个可开放并且可关闭的流动管道系统(4)能够运行性地连接到该高压级(2)上,并且
-具有一个调节单元(5),用于调节该高压级(2)与该低压级(3)之间的运行连接,
其特征在于
-该调节单元(5)与该流动管道系统(4)被整合到安排在该高压级(2)与该低压级(3)之间的一个发动机排气歧管(6)之内。
2.如权利要求1所述的涡轮增压器安排,其特征在于该调节单元(5)具有一个调节滑动件(7),通过该调节滑动件可以致动一个执行器(8)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的涡轮增压器安排,其特征在于该调节单元(5)具有一个旁路滑动件(9),通过该旁路滑动件可以开放和关闭一个旁路(10),并且该旁路滑动件被预加载为进入其旁路关闭的位置。
4.如权利要求3所述的涡轮增压器安排,其特征在于该旁路滑动件(9)可以被移动,特别是轴向上滑动,进入其旁通开放位置。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的涡轮增压器安排,其特征在于该调节滑动件(7’)具有一个连接管道(15),该连接管道可以被流动连接到该流动管道系统(4)的旁路(10)上。
