Abstract

照明电池,涉及电子技术。本发明在电池外表面设置有薄膜LED,薄膜LED通过导线与电池的正负极连接;或者在电池端部设置微型LED,微型LED通过导线与电池的正负极连接。本发明的有益效果是,由于薄膜LED设置于电池的外表面,无需对现有的电池生产线进行大的改动,以最小的成本实现新的功能;电池自带冷光LED,无需借助手电筒即具有照明功能,在遭遇地震等紧急情况下能提供极大的方便;由于冷光LED的能量转换效率高,电池亦具有比较长的使用寿命。

本发明涉及电子技术。
背景技术
市售的带有容量显示功能的电池,如“金霸王”,其在电池外表面、包装层以内设置有与正负极相连接的液晶,可以通过液晶显示出电池的剩余电量,其不足之处在于,液晶本身不具有发光功能,导致黑暗环境下无法查看电池剩余容量。
中国专利200720032012公开了一种供电兼照明的电池,其在电池的正负极之间连接有发光二极管,发光二极管与电池结合为一体。该专利技术的不足之处在于,发光二极管与电池结合为一体需要对电池生产工艺作比较大的改动,在电池体积不变的前提下,发光二极管占用了电池内部空间,导致电池容量下降。
中国专利200610114507.5公开了一种充电式的发光电池灯,其主体是灯,其采用的蓄电池与本发明的普通家用电池区别很大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种新型电池,能够实现自身发光照明,同时可以在黑暗环境下提示剩余电量。
照明电池,在电池外表面设置有薄膜LED,薄膜LED通过导线与电池的正负极连接;或者在电池端部设置微型LED,微型LED通过导线与电池的正负极连接。
所述薄膜LED设置于电池侧面,位于电池包装膜以内,电池包装膜在薄膜LED处为透明材料。或者所述微型LED设置于电池的顶面或者底面。
在电池的外表面还设置有与LED连接的驱动电路。在LED与电池正负极之间的电路上设置有开关。所述开关为薄膜接触开关。所述开关为弹性接触开关,开关的常态为断路状态。驱动电路与LED设置于电池顶部正极的周围,或者设置于电池底部负极的周围。
所述电池为1号、2号、3号、5号、7号电池或3V、6V、9V电池。
本发明的有益效果是,由于薄膜LED设置于电池的外表面,无需对现有的电池生产线进行大的改动,以最小的成本实现新的功能;电池自带冷光LED,无需借助手电筒即具有照明功能,在遭遇地震等紧急情况下能提供极大的方便;由于冷光LED的能量转换效率高,电池亦具有比较长的使用寿命;在电池上对LED增设弹性薄膜开关可以控制LED发光时间。本发明可以实时指示电池剩余容量,便于电池的充分利用,更加环保。
本发明对电池进行了改进,其新增加的功能并不影响电池本身作为其他电器的电源功能,这是本发明与现有技术的LED灯的重要区别。
以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参见图1。
本发明在电池的外表面设置有薄膜LED12,薄膜LED12通过导线3与电池的正负极连接,由电池为LED供电;在LED的供电电路上设置有薄膜型弹性开关,弹性开关由导线3和带有小孔的薄膜开关绝缘层4构成,其常态为断路,施加外力时,导线3通过小孔与电池负极接通,LED发光;LED位于电池包装膜5和电池主体之间。
实施例2:参见图2。
LED设置于电池的顶端或底端,顶端为正极端,底端为负极端,使LED的光线方向大体上符合电池的轴线方向以便于使用。
考虑到某些LED的工作电压高于1.5V,而普通家用电池,即通称的1号、2号、3号、5号、7号电池的电压为1.5V左右,作为一个改进,在电池的顶端设置一个LED驱动电路,与LED连接,用于完成普通家用电池提供的1.5V到LED工作电压之间的电压转换。

Claims (9)

1.照明电池,其特征在于,在电池外表面设置有薄膜LED(12),薄膜LED(12)通过导线(3)与电池的正负极连接;或者在电池端部设置微型LED(11),微型LED(11)通过导线与电池的正负极连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的照明电池,其特征在于,所述薄膜LED设置于电池侧面,位于电池包装膜(5)以内,电池包装膜(5)在薄膜LED处为透明材料。
3.如权利要求1所述的照明电池,其特征在于,所述微型LED(11)设置于电池的顶端或者底端。
4.如权利要求1所述的照明电池,其特征在于,在电池的外表面还设置有与LED连接的驱动电路(2)。
5.如权利要求1所述的照明电池,其特征在于,在LED与电池正负极之间的电路上设置有开关。
6.如权利要求3所述的照明电池,其特征在于,所述开关为薄膜接触开关。
7.如权利要求3所述的照明电池,其特征在于,所述开关为弹性接触开关,开关的常态为断路状态。
8.如权利要求3所述的照明电池,其特征在于,驱动电路与LED设置于电池顶端正极的周围,或者设置于电池底端负极的周围。
9.如权利要求3所述的照明电池,其特征在于,所述电池为1号、2号、3号、5号、7号电池或3V、6V、9V电池。
