技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1前序部分的用于优选通过分装或装袋来压实能流动的固态物质尤其是粉末、面粉或类似物质的方法。
此外,本发明还涉及一种用于压实能流动的固态物质的装置。
背景技术
在根据DE-C-19645505的用于通过重力测量来计量松散材料的方法中,将出料装置完全排空,其中,确定松散材料量并且将其考虑作为续流。为此,出料装置在计量过程期间至少空驶一次,称量空的和经填充的出料装置的质量并且该差构成待考虑的续流。
已经公知了一种用于这样的出料装置的双轴出料蜗杆(EP-A-0131063),该双轴出料蜗杆的螺旋线相互啮合。在该出料蜗杆中存在低压,以便避免引导装置受损。
松散材料可通过挤压或压缩即在不被抽真空的情况下来排气,其中,在移除挤压或压缩元件之后可发生膨胀。
在根据EP-A-1561685的用于能流动的松散材料的压实方法中,用松散材料填充压实室,然后使压实室缩小。接着将压实室气密地封闭,然后再使其增大,以便产生低压。之后,被压实的松散材料通过出料口流出。
WO-A-9007452中公开了一种用于对设置有颈部和阀的大容器进行填充和抽真空的方法,该大容器例如用于吸湿产品,在该方法中,将容器填充到被抽真空的室中。真空度可通过添加惰性气体来适配。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,开发一种用于优选通过分装或装袋来压实能流动的固态物质尤其是粉末、面粉或类似物质的方法,该方法允许位置需求较小地且位置稳定地仓储和运输被压实的固态物质。在此应降低投入并且提高过程可靠性。
用于被压实的固态物质的仓储时段在此可非常长。
该任务通过权利要求1的特征来解决。因为不仅将用于松散材料的储备室而且将袋室在填充之前或填充期间抽真空,所以可进行可靠且高度的压实,而松散材料的流动特性在装袋时不受损。袋填充实际上如在“正常条件”下那样进行。
优选实施形式在从属权利要求中公开。
压实、例如白面粉的压实使得保存期延长(无氧输入)并且使得被包装的容积减小。此外,包装容器的堆叠能力及其可操作性或者说可码垛堆集性得到改善。另外,生虫或发霉以及脂肪氧化得到抑制。
另外,本发明还涉及一种用于优选通过分装或装袋来压实能流动的固态物质尤其是粉末、面粉或类似物质的装置。该装置包括一个储备室和一个设置在该储备室后面的袋室,该储备室和该袋室可被抽真空。
形成真空应以尽可能短的时间进行,必要时预抽真空。
另外,也可进行软管包(Schlauchbeutel)的填充,其中,取代袋接管使用袋成形装置,此外,对产品进行预称量。
根据本发明的用于袋如软管包的装置可集成在单个站中,也可集成在回转装置中。此外,在回转装置中可特别有利地进行有级的或预抽真空。取代排气,可利用在前的站的低压。

具体实施方式
所述装置包括一个用于面粉或类似物的储备室1和一个位于该储备室下方的袋室2,其中,在两个室1、2之间设置有一个作为截断机构的滑动件5和一个伸到袋室中的接管6。两个室设置有真空接头4。此外,储备室1具有一个填充口,该填充口可通过一个盖3密封地封闭。
在接管5(袋接管)上以通常方式悬置一个待填充的袋(未示出)。
因为等待使用的低压已经使两个室相互联系,所以原则上不需要紧固元件。但为了可靠性可设置紧固元件。
附加地可在袋室2中设置一些未示出的、使袋具有确定形状的元件。
在通过用于填充袋的面粉填充储备室1并且在袋室2中或者说在接管6上准备好袋之后,在盖3和滑动件5闭合的情况下将两个室1、2通过真空接头4以相同程度抽真空,直到达到足够的低压。接着将接管6上的夹紧蹄闭合(袋悬置着)并且将滑动件打开,直到达到期望的袋填充量。接着将滑动件闭合并且将袋对空气密封地封闭。然后对两个室1、2充气到正常压力,将接管上的夹紧蹄松开并且将袋通过未示出的口从袋室2移出。
接管6可通过一个袋封闭装置来补充。在储备室1前面连接有一个称量和计量装置。
作为替换方案,在滑动件5密封地闭合时,储备室1也可包含用于填充多个袋的产品,由此,充气和排气投入可降低。为此,储备室1则设置有一个称量和计量装置。

Claims (4)

1.用于通过对能流动的固态物质抽真空和将该固态物质装袋或包装到被抽真空的容器中来压实该固态物质的方法,其特征在于:对该固态物质抽真空和将该固态物质装袋在被同样地抽真空的环境中进行。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于:对该固态物质抽真空和将该固态物质装袋在彼此分开的并且同时对空气密封地彼此相连接的室中进行。
3.用于通过对能流动的固态物质抽真空和将该固态物质装袋或包装到被抽真空的容器中来压实该固态物质的装置,其特征在于:该装置包括一个用于该固态物质的储备室(1)和一个设置在该储备室后面的、用于将该固态物质装袋的袋室(2),其中,这两个室(1,2)可被抽真空并且对空气密封地彼此相连接。
4.根据权利要求3的装置,其特征在于:在这两个室(1,2)之间设置有一个密封地闭合的截断机构。
