一种燃气、燃气具阀门卸压装置,在阀门体内装有卸压体,在卸压体上压置卸压胶垫,上有托盘、压板,在压板与托盘之间装有压簧。由于在阀门体内装有卸压装置,当驱动卸压装置时,传递扭矩丝杆受到很小的旋转扭矩,卸压体上的卸压胶垫立即与托盘气口平面脱离,产生间隙,并不断扩大,进气仓高压气体沿卸压体三个弓形缺面槽迅速进入低压侧仓,瞬间两仓等压,压簧使托盘复位在卸压体上,托盘不再承受压力,托盘上阀口胶垫在托盘的自重与传递扭矩丝杆继续受扭矩做开阀旋转下,脱离阀口,准确开阀到位。本发明的特点是:灵敏性好、卸压速度快、工作平稳,适合安装在出气端、阀门的卸压装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种计量仪表部件装置,具体说涉及一种燃气、燃气具阀门卸压装置。
背景技术
燃气、燃气具阀门卸压装置,在出气口端使用。现行的燃气、燃气具阀门,如图1所示,在关阀状态下,进气仓的压力按国家标准最大可达到50kPa。装有胶垫的压头所承受内压很大,在电池供电的电动燃气阀门开阀时需要很大驱动力,往往在设计开阀时间内,开阀不到位,甚至不开阀。消耗电能大,驱动电源一般为锂电池3.6V两节、碱电池3.0V~6.0V供电,很难满足设计用电要求。
发明内容
针对现有燃气、燃气具电动阀门存在的缺陷,本发明提出一种灵敏性好、卸压速度快、工作平稳的燃气、燃气具阀门卸压装置。
解决上述存在的技术问题所采取的具体技术措施是:一种燃气、燃气具阀门卸压装置,包括阀门体、燃气表接头、传递扭矩丝杠,其特征是:在阀门体(8)内装有开有卸压间隙的卸压体(4),在卸压体(4)上压置卸压胶垫(2),卸压胶垫(2)上装有托盘(3),托盘(3)上的阀口胶垫(5)与阀口压紧,在卸压体(4)上端装有压板(7),在压板(7)与托盘(3)之间装有压簧(6),在卸压体下端装有传递扭矩丝杠(1),在阀门体(8)上方装有燃气表接头(9)。
本发明的有益效果:本发明由于在阀门体内装有卸压装置,当驱动卸压装置时,传递扭矩丝杆受到很小的旋转扭矩,卸压体上的卸压胶垫立即与托盘气口平面脱离,产生间隙,并不断扩大,进气仓高压气体沿卸压体三个弓形缺面槽迅速进入低压侧仓,瞬间两仓等压,压簧使托盘复位在卸压体上,托盘不再承受压力,托盘上阀口胶垫在托盘的自重与传递扭矩丝杆继续受扭矩做开阀旋转下,脱离阀口,准确开阀到位。

一种燃气、燃气具阀门卸压装置,如图2所示,其中阀门体、燃气表接头、丝杠与现有的卸压装置相同,在阀门体8内装有开有卸压间隙的卸压体4,卸压体4上制有缺面,缺弓形面积不少于卸压体4截面积的4%。在卸压体4上压置卸压胶垫2,卸压胶垫2上装有托盘3,托盘3与卸压体4是动配合间隙,托盘3气口平面与卸压体4上的卸压胶垫2形成密封,卸压体4三个通气缺面形成通气通道。托盘3上的阀口胶垫5与阀门气口压紧,在卸压体4上端装有压板7,在压板7与托盘3之间装有压簧6,托盘3复位装置是压簧6。在卸压体下端装有传递扭矩丝杠1,在阀门体8上方装有燃气表接头9。
使用时当驱动电流驱动传递扭矩丝杠1,传递扭矩丝杆1受到很小的旋转扭矩,卸压体4上的卸压胶垫2立即与托盘3气口平面脱离,产生间隙,并不断扩大,进气仓高压气体沿卸压体三个弓形缺面槽迅速进入低压侧仓,瞬间两仓等压,压簧6使托盘3复位在卸压体4上,托盘3不再承受压力,托盘3上的阀口胶垫5在托盘3的自重与传递扭矩丝杆1继续受扭矩做开阀旋转下,脱离阀口,在设计时间内准确开阀到位。

1.一种燃气阀门卸压装置,包括阀门体、燃气表接头、传递扭矩丝杠,其特征是:在阀门体(8)内装有卸压体(4),在卸压体(4)上制有三个通气缺面,在卸压体(4)上压置卸压胶垫(2),卸压胶垫(2)上装有托盘(3),托盘(3)气口平面与卸压体(4)上的卸压胶垫(2)形成密封,托盘(3)上的阀口胶垫(5)与阀口压紧,在卸压体(4)上端装有压板(7),在压板(7)与托盘(3)之间装有压簧(6),在卸压体下端装有传递扭矩丝杠(1),在阀门体(8)上方装有燃气表接头(9)。
