Determine whether described targeted wireless device is ready to accept the described peer link with described originator wireless device;
Notify described targeted wireless device to accept described peer link to described originator wireless device;
Reception is used to indicate the d/d message of described peer link energy; And
Discharge the described channel of described peer link.
