本发明可以以硬件、软件或硬件和软件的组合的方式实现。本发明可以以集中的方式在一个处理系统中实现，或者以分布式的方式实现，其中不同元件分散在数个互联的处理系统中。适合用于执行这里描述的方法的任何种类的处理系统或者其它装置都是适当的。硬件和软件的典型组合可以是具有下述应用的处理系统：当该应用被加载和执行时控制处理系统使得它执行这里描述的方法。本发明也可以被嵌入在应用产品中，该应用产品包括使这里描述的方法能够实施的所有特征，并且当其在处理系统中被加载时能够执行这些方法。

这里使用的术语“一个”，定义为一个或者多于一个。这里使用的术语“多个”定义为两个或者多于两个。这里使用的术语“另一个”定义为至少第二个或者更多。这里使用的术语“包含”和/或“具有”定义为“包括”(即，开放式的语言)。
在不偏离本发明的精神和本质属性的前提下，本发明可以具体化为其它形式。因此，在界定本发明的范围时，应当参照本发明的权利要求而不是之前的说明书。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于识别通信设备用户的兴趣实体的方法，包括：
从所述通信设备接收图像；
处理所述图像，以识别所述图像的至少一个特征；以及
基于识别到的特征，选择至少一个业务实体，所述至少一个业务实体与所述识别到的特征相关联并且位于所述通信设备所处的地理区域内；以及
将与所述选择的业务实体相关联的标识符传递到所述通信设备。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中接收所述图像的步骤包括：接收照片。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中选择所述业务实体的步骤包括：从广告客户列表中选择所述业务实体。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法，进一步包括：将与多个所述选择的业务实体相关联的标识符传递到所述通信设备，基于所述业务实体的等级的顺序呈现所述标识符。
5.如权利要求4所述的方法，进一步包括：基于从所述业务实体接收的广告费对所述业务实体进行分级。
6.如权利要求4所述的方法，进一步包括：基于所述业务实体与所述通信设备的距离，对所述业务实体进行分级。
7.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中选择所述业务实体的步骤包括：
选择与所述识别到的特征相关联的至少一个属性；以及
选择所述属性已经关联的至少一个业务实体。
8.一种服务器，包括：
网络适配器，该网络适配器从所述通信设备接收图像；以及
处理器，该处理器处理所述图像以识别所述图像的至少一个特征，并且基于识别到的特征来选择至少一个业务实体，所述至少一个业务实体与所述识别到的特征相关联并且位于所述通信设备所处的地理区域内；
其中，所述网络适配器进一步将与所述选择的业务实体相关联的标识符传递到所述通信设备。
9.如权利要求8所述的服务器，其中所述图像包括照片。
10.如权利要求8所述的服务器，其中从广告客户列表中选择所述业务实体。
11.如权利要求8所述的服务器，其中所述网络适配器将与多个所述选择的业务实体相关联的标识符传递到所述通信设备，基于所述业务实体的等级的顺序呈现所述标识符。
