Abstract

The invention relates to a connecting device, an assembling tool thereof and an assembling method thereof. The connecting device comprises a hollow circular pipe. The pipe wall of the hollow circular pipe is provided with a connecting hole. The connecting device also comprises an external connecting block, an internal connecting block and a connector. The external connecting block is positioned at the outer side of the hollow circular pipe and provided with a through hole corresponding to the connecting hole on the pipe wall of the hollow circular pipe. The internal connecting block is positioned at the inner side of the hollow circular pipe and provided with a mounting hole corresponding to the connecting hole on the pipe wall of the hollow circular pipe. The connector sequentially passes through the through hole of the external connecting block and the connecting hole on the pipe wall of the hollow circular pipe so as to form a connection relation with the mounting hole of the internal connecting block. As no welding is needed, the invention can radically overcome the problems caused by the welding connection and does not deform the hollow circular pipe. In addition, the appearance of the connecting device is more compact and beautiful.

Connecting device and assembling tool and method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a connecting device, an assembling tool and an assembling method thereof, in particular to a connecting device which can be used for connecting hollow round pipes, an assembling tool and an assembling method thereof.
Background
The hollow circular pipes are usually welded in connection, but when the pipe walls of the hollow circular pipes are thin, the welded parts are easy to deform, and the appearance of the hollow circular pipes is affected. Aiming at the problem that the welding is easy to generate, the current method mainly comprises the following steps: increasing the thickness of the pipe wall to achieve welding; the welding meat is welded on the connected parts as much as possible to reduce deformation; a sleeve is sleeved outside the circular tube and is fastened by screws; solid round bars were used instead. However, these methods still require welding techniques and are not economical from the viewpoint of material cost, and cannot fundamentally solve the problems caused by the above-mentioned connection methods.
Accordingly, there is a need for a connection device, an assembly tool and an assembly method thereof that substantially solve the problems associated with such connections.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a connecting device which can realize the connection of hollow round pipes. The connection of the present invention is preferably a threaded connection.
Another object of the invention is to provide an assembly tool for the above-mentioned connecting device.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide an assembly method for the above-described connection device.
In order to achieve the above object of the present invention, the present invention provides a connecting device, which comprises a hollow circular tube, wherein the wall of the hollow circular tube is provided with at least one connecting hole; the external connecting block is positioned on the outer side of the hollow circular tube and is provided with at least one through hole corresponding to the at least one connecting hole on the tube wall of the hollow circular tube; the internal connecting block is positioned on the inner side of the hollow circular tube and is provided with at least one mounting hole corresponding to the at least one connecting hole on the tube wall of the hollow circular tube; and the connecting piece sequentially penetrates through the at least one through hole of the external connecting block and the at least one connecting hole on the pipe wall of the hollow circular pipe to form a connecting relation with the at least one mounting hole of the internal connecting block. Preferably, the connecting member is threadedly coupled to the mounting hole of the inner connecting block.
The technical proposal provided by the invention not only realizes the connection of the hollow circular tubes, but also avoids the defects of deformation and unattractive appearance caused by welding the outer sides of the hollow circular tubes because the connecting piece is adopted to form a connection relation with the inner connecting block at the inner sides of the hollow circular tubes. And, because the connection of the above-mentioned link and above-mentioned inner connecting block is preferably the threaded connection, its assembly and dismantlement are more convenient than the welding, and because do not need to weld, therefore can overcome the problem produced because of welding fundamentally, will not make the hollow circular tube deform, and the appearance of the connecting device of the invention is more compact and esthetic.
Preferably, the external connecting block has a circular arc-shaped connecting surface matched with the outer surface of the hollow circular tube; the inner connecting block has a circular arc connecting surface matched with the inner surface of the hollow round tube.
Through the preferable technical scheme provided by the invention, the circular connecting surface of the internal connecting block of the connecting device is matched with the inner surface of the hollow circular tube, the circular connecting surface of the external connecting block is matched with the outer surface of the hollow circular tube, and the hollow circular tube is firmly clamped between the circular connecting surface and the outer surface of the hollow circular tube, so that the stress area is very large, and the connection is very firm even if the wall of the hollow circular tube is very thin.
Preferably, the external connecting block, the hollow circular tube and the internal connecting block are provided with wiring channels which are communicated with each other. This technical solution is very useful when the connection device proposed by the present invention is applied to the handle of the electrical equipment (as shown in fig. 9 and 10), the display (as shown in fig. 8), and the display guardrail, etc., and the connection cable of the equipment, such as the power supply wire of the display, the data wire of the display, etc., can be arranged therein by using the above-mentioned routing channel, which is not only beautiful but also very convenient.
Preferably, the through hole of the external connection block is a stepped hole, and the connection member is sunk into the through hole and stopped by a lower stepped surface of the stepped hole. More preferably, the stepped hole has a connection screw thread at an upper portion thereof.
Preferably, a third connecting block is further connected to one end of the outer connecting block, which is far away from the hollow circular tube. More preferably, the third connecting block is threadedly coupled to an upper portion of the stepped hole of the outer connecting block.
Preferably, the third connecting block is sleeved outside the external connecting block and is connected to the external connecting block through a fixing member.
As can be seen from the above-mentioned preferred technical solution provided by the present invention, the external connection block can be connected to other components to be connected, such as the third connection block, by means of a threaded connection or the like, so as to realize the cross connection of the third connection block and the hollow circular tube, and thus, the long-distance connection of the hollow circular tube can be realized. The connection of the elbow can be realized even when the third connecting block is a flexible joint.
The invention also provides an assembling method of the connecting device, which comprises the following steps:
step A: providing an assembly tool, wherein the assembly tool is matched with the internal connecting block;

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly understand the technical features, objects, and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Wherein like parts are given like reference numerals.
Embodiment mode 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention proposes a connecting device which in the present embodiment comprises a hollow circular tube 1, an outer connecting block 2 and an inner connecting block 3. The wall of the hollow circular tube 1 is provided with a connecting hole 11.
The external connection block 2 is located outside the hollow circular tube 1, and the external connection block 2 has a connection surface 21 matched with the outer surface of the hollow circular tube 1, so that the connection surface 21 has a circular arc shape matched with the outer circular surface of the hollow circular tube 1, thereby improving the combination degree of the external connection block 2 and the hollow circular tube 1 (as shown in fig. 3). The outer joint block 2 has a through hole 22 therein.
The inner connecting block 3 is positioned at the inner side of the hollow circular tube 1, and the inner connecting block 3 is provided with a connecting surface 31 matched with the inner surface of the hollow circular tube 1, so that the connecting surface 31 is provided with a circular arc shape matched with the inner circular surface of the hollow circular tube 1, and the combination degree of the inner connecting block 2 and the hollow circular tube 1 is improved; the inner joint block 3 has a mounting hole 32, and the mounting hole 32 is a threaded hole in the present embodiment.
One end of a connecting member 4 sequentially passes through the through hole 22 and the connecting hole 11 to be combined with the mounting hole 32, the connecting member 4 may be a bolt or other suitable object, and in this embodiment, one end of the connecting member 4 sequentially passes through the through hole 22 and the connecting hole 11 to be in threaded connection with the mounting hole 32, so as to assemble the hollow circular tube 1 and the external connecting block 2 together.
The invention can firmly connect the hollow circular tube 1 and the external connecting block 2 together only by the connecting piece 4 no matter how thin and thick the wall of the hollow circular tube 1 is, that is, the connecting surfaces of the internal connecting block 3 and the external connecting block 2 firmly clamp the hollow circular tube 1 in the middle and have very large stress area, the connection is very firm, even if the long distance connection of the long straight conduit is very firm. The invention can fundamentally overcome the problems caused by welding connection because welding is not needed, the hollow circular tube 1 can not be deformed, and the appearance of the connecting device of the invention is more compact and beautiful.
The connecting device can be applied to handles (shown in figures 9 and 10), display (shown in figure 8), guardrails arranged on the periphery of the frame of the display and the like, and has wide application.
Embodiment mode 2
In the present embodiment, the end of the external connection block 2 away from the hollow circular tube 1 may be further connected to a third connection block 5, and the third connection block 5 may be another connection mechanism, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the third connection block 5 has a through hole 51, and the connection member 4 sequentially passes through the through hole 51, the through hole 22, and the connection hole 11 to be combined with the mounting hole 32, so that the third connection block 5 is assembled with the external connection block 2 and the hollow circular tube 1.
As shown in fig. 4, the through hole 22 of the outer joint block 2 may be a stepped hole having a screw hole with a connecting screw at an upper portion thereof. The connecting element 4 is sunk into the through hole 22 and is stopped by the step surface 221 of the step hole, that is, the connecting element 4 can be sunk into the external connecting block 2, so that the space occupied by the connecting element 4 is reduced. When the connecting member 4 is sunk into the outer connecting block 2, a third connecting block 5 '(see fig. 4, in which the third connecting block 5' is not shown) may be screw-coupled in a screw hole at an upper portion of the stepped hole of the outer connecting block 2.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, a third connecting block 5 'may be sleeved outside the outer connecting block 2, and the third connecting block 5' and the outer connecting block 2 may be connected together by a fixing member 6 such as a screw. As shown in fig. 5, the third connecting block 5 'may be another cylindrical member, so that the third connecting block 5' can be connected to the hollow circular tube 1 in a crossing manner, and thus, the hollow circular tube 1 can be connected in a long distance. The connection of the elbow can be achieved even when the third connecting block 5' is a flexible joint.
Other structures, operation principles, and advantageous effects of the present embodiment are the same as those of embodiment 1, and are not described herein again.
Embodiment 3
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment 1, the pipe wall of the hollow circular pipe 1 in this embodiment, the external connection block 2 and the internal connection block 3 are all provided with the routing channels 12, 23, and 33 that are communicated with each other, and the specific structure is that, as shown in fig. 5, the two connection pieces 4 assemble the external connection block 2, the hollow circular pipe 1, and the internal connection block 3 together, and the routing channels 12, 23, and 33 are provided at a position between the two connection pieces 4, and the electric wire L can be routed inside the hollow circular pipe through the routing channels 12, 23, and 33, so that on one hand, the problem of internal routing that cannot be realized by welding is overcome, and on the other hand, the situation that the electric wire is wound and the appearance is affected due to external routing is also avoided.
The wiring channels 12 in the hollow circular tube 1 may be through holes, and the wiring channels 33 and 23 in the internal connection block 3 and the external connection block 2 may be through holes or notches (the reference numeral 33' in fig. 6 is the notch of the internal connection block 3), as long as the wiring inside the hollow circular tube can be realized. This technical solution is very useful when the connection device proposed by the present invention is applied to the handle of the electrical equipment (as shown in fig. 9 and 10), the display (as shown in fig. 8), and the display guardrail, etc., and the connection cable of the equipment, such as the power supply wire of the display, the data wire of the display, etc., can be arranged therein by using the above-mentioned routing channel, which is not only beautiful but also very convenient.

Embodiment 4
The present invention also proposes an assembling method of the connecting device in embodiment 1 described above, which has the steps of:
step A: an assembly tool 7 is provided, the assembly tool 7 having an engagement surface matching the bottom plane of the inner joint block 3.
And B: the internal connecting block 3 is sent into the hollow circular tube 1 through the assembling tool 7, and the mounting hole 32 of the internal connecting block 3 corresponds to the connecting hole 11 of the hollow circular tube 1; in this embodiment, the assembly tool 7 may be provided with auxiliary positioning elements (not shown) for positioning the inner connecting block at the correct position of the hollow circular tube. The auxiliary member may be a scale mark or other positioning mark, by which the inner connecting block 3 can be easily and conveniently fed into the connecting hole 11 at a position corresponding to the through hole 22, and particularly, the advantages thereof are more apparent when mass-assembling.
And C: one end of the connecting member 4 is sequentially inserted through the through hole 22 of the outer connecting block 2 and the connecting hole 11 to be coupled with the mounting hole 32 of the inner connecting block 3, so that the hollow circular tube 1 and the outer connecting block 2 are assembled together.
The assembling tool 7 is cylindrical, and the outer diameter of the assembling tool is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the hollow circular tube 1, so that the assembling tool 7 can conveniently enter and exit the hollow circular tube 1. The assembling tool 7 has an engaging surface 71 at one end which matches the bottom flat surface 34 of the inner joint block 3 and an abutting surface 72 which matches the side surface 35 of the inner joint block 3, that is, the engaging surface 71 is actually a semi-cylindrical flat surface formed by removing a section of a cylinder from one end of the assembling tool 7 substantially along the diameter direction thereof.
In use, the inner joint block 3 is placed on the joint face 71 of the assembling tool 7 with the side face 35 of the inner joint block 3 abutting against the abutting face 72 of the assembling tool 7. The assembly tool 7 is used only as a conveying tool to feed the internal connection block 3 into the hollow circular tube 1 for installation, and after the internal connection block 3 is installed, the assembly tool 7 can be taken out of the hollow circular tube 1 and can continue to convey the next internal connection block 3. Although the assembling tool 7 is separated from the internal connection block 3, the assembling tool 7 may be connected to the hollow circular tube 1 by the connecting member C after the internal connection block 3 is positioned and installed, so that the assembling tool 7 may be used as a handle for the user to operate the whole connection device.

and the connecting piece (4) sequentially penetrates through the at least one through hole (22) of the external connecting block (2) and the at least one connecting hole (11) on the pipe wall of the hollow circular pipe (1) to form a connecting relation with the at least one mounting hole (32) of the internal connecting block (3).
2. A connecting device according to claim 1, characterised in that the outer connecting piece (2) has a connecting surface (21) which matches the outer surface of the hollow round tube (1).
3. A connecting device according to claim 2, characterised in that said connecting surface (21) of the outer connecting piece (2) is rounded.
4. A connecting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner connecting piece (3) has a connecting surface (31) which matches the inner surface of the hollow round tube (1).
5. A connecting device according to claim 4, characterised in that said connecting surface (31) of the inner connecting piece (3) is rounded.
6. A connecting device according to any one of claims 1-5, characterised in that the outer connecting block (2), the hollow round tube (1) and the inner connecting block (3) are provided with interconnecting track channels (12, 23, 33').
7. A connecting device according to any one of claims 1-5, characterised in that the connecting element (4) is screwed into the mounting hole (32) of the inner connecting piece (3).
8. A coupling device according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the through hole (22) of the outer coupling piece (2) is a stepped hole, and the coupling piece (4) is sunk into the through hole (22) and stopped by a lower stepped surface (221) of the stepped hole.
9. The connecting device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the stepped hole has a connecting screw thread at an upper portion thereof.
10. A connecting device according to any one of claims 1-5, 8 and 9, characterised in that a third connecting piece (5, 5') is connected to the end of the outer connecting piece (2) remote from the hollow cylindrical tube (1).
11. A coupling device according to claim 10, wherein said third connecting block (5) is screwed with the upper portion of the stepped hole of said outer connecting block (2).
12. The connecting device according to claim 10, wherein the third connecting block (5 ') is sleeved on the outer side of the outer connecting block (2), and the third connecting block (5') is connected to the outer connecting block (2) through a fixing member (6).
13. A method of assembling a connecting device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, the method having the steps of:
step A: providing an assembly tool, wherein the assembly tool is matched with the internal connecting block;
and B: the internal connecting block is sent into the hollow circular tube through the assembling tool, and the mounting hole of the internal connecting block corresponds to the connecting hole of the hollow circular tube;

16. -assembly method according to claim 13, characterised in that the assembly tool (7) is provided integrally with the inner connecting piece (3).
17. The assembling method as claimed in claim 13, wherein the assembling tool is provided with auxiliary members for assisting positioning for positioning the inner joint block at a correct position of the hollow cylindrical tube.
18. An assembly method according to claim 17, wherein the auxiliary element is a scale mark.
