Abstract

本发明在主动轴上固定台锥形主动轮,主动轮由锥形永磁筒和非磁性台锥固结组成,永磁筒沿垂直于母线方向充磁;从动轴为花键式轴,使从动轴的轴线平行于传动轮的母线,在其上套圆盘形从动轮,从动轮在轴上可沿轴线方向滑动,从动轮由径向充磁的弧形永磁块、非磁性环、轴向充磁的永磁环、非磁性花环固结组成,弧形永磁块沿非磁性环的外圆圆周极性交替接触固结,或者在非磁性环的外周上沿周向等间隔镶嵌若干弧形永磁块,且使弧形永磁块与主动轮的锥形永磁筒同极性相对;拨杈由杈子、永磁块固结组成,拨杈隔间隙卡在从动轮外,且使永磁块与从动轮的永磁环的端面相对的面与永磁环的端面同性极隔间隙平行相对。本发明结构简单,变速无摩擦,节能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种变速器,特别是一种磁力无级变速器。 
背景技术
现有的机械式无级变速器结构复杂,主从轮相互接触利用摩擦传动,因而变速过程中需要较大的操纵力,变速过程中主从轮相互摩擦会产生振颤、发热损耗能量,主从轮磨损严重而寿命短。 
发明内容
本发明设计一种磁力无级变速器,目的是克服现有机械式变速器的缺陷,简化结构,延长寿命。 
本发明按下述技术方案实现。 
在主动轴上固定台锥形主动轮,主动轮由锥形永磁筒和非磁性台锥固结组成,永磁筒沿垂直于母线方向即厚度方向充磁;从动轴为花键式轴,使从动轴的轴线平行于传动轮的母线,在其上套圆盘形从动轮,从动轮的母线隔间隙平行于主动轮的母线,从动轮的端面垂直于从动轴的轴线,从动轮在轴上可沿轴线方向滑动,从动轮由径向充磁的弧形永磁块、非磁性环、轴向充磁的永磁环、非磁性花环固结组成,弧形永磁块沿非磁性环的外圆圆周极性交替接触固结,或者在非磁性环的外周上沿周向等间隔镶嵌若干弧形永磁块,且使弧形永磁块与主动轮的锥形永磁筒同极性相对;拨杈由杈子、永磁块固结组成,两永磁块分别处于杈子的左右两个齿的顶端且正相对,拨杈隔间隙卡在从动轮外,永磁块沿从动轮的轴线方向充磁,且使永磁块与从动轮的永磁环的端面相对的面与永磁环的端面同性极隔间隙平行相对。 
工作原理:所述主动轮与从动轮通过永磁引力、斥力产生啮合转矩,实现传动;拉动所述拨杈沿从动轴轴线移动,由于磁斥力作用迫使从动轮沿从动轴轴线移动,台锥形主动轮上的啮合半径随着变化,从动轮将获得连续变化的转速,从而实现无级变速;若在某位置锁定拨杈,从动轮将取得相应的转速。 
本发明有益的效果是: 
1、结构简单; 
2、无摩擦传动,效率高、寿命长; 
3、变速过程摩擦力很小、不发热,所需操纵力小,传动平稳; 
4、由于靠磁力非接触传动,所以具有过载保护功能; 
5、维护工作量小。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图进一步对本发明详细说明。 
实施例:如图1、图2示,在主动轴1上固定台锥形主动轮2,主动轮2由锥形永磁筒2-1和非磁性台锥2-2固结组成,永磁筒2-1沿垂直于母线方向即厚度方向充磁;从动轴5为花键式轴,使从动轴5的轴线平行于主动轮2的母线,在其上套圆盘形从动轮3,从动轮3的母线隔间隙平行于主动轮2的母线,从动轮3的端面垂直于从动轴5的轴线,从动轮3在从动轴5上可沿轴线方向滑动,从动轮3由径向充磁的弧形永磁块3-1、非磁性环3-2、轴向充磁的永磁环3-3、非磁性花环3-4固结组成,弧形永磁块3-1沿非磁性环3-2的外圆圆周极性交替接触固结,或者如图3示,在非磁性环3-2的外周上沿周向等间隔镶嵌若干弧形永磁块3-1,且使弧形永磁块3-1与锥形永磁筒2-1同极性相对;拨杈4由杈子4-2、右永磁块4-1、左永磁块4-3固结组成,右永磁块4-1、左永磁块4-3分别处于杈子4-2的左右两个齿的顶端且正相对,拨杈4隔间隙卡在从动轮3外,右永磁块4-1和左永磁块4-3沿从动轮3的轴线方向充磁,且使右永磁块4-1和左永磁块4-3与从动轮3的永磁环3-3的端面相对的面与永磁环3-3的端面同性极隔间隙平行相对。 

Claims (1)

1.一种磁力无级变速器,其特征是:在主动轴(1)上固定台锥形主动轮(2),主动轮(2)由锥形永磁筒(2-1)和非磁性台锥(2-2)固结组成,永磁筒(2-1)沿垂直于母线方向即厚度方向充磁;从动轴(5)为花键式轴,使从动轴(5)的轴线平行于主动轮(2)的母线,在其上套圆盘形从动轮(3),从动轮(3)的母线隔间隙平行于主动轮(2)的母线,从动轮(3)的端面垂直于从动轴(5)的轴线,从动轮(3)在从动轴(5)上可沿轴线方向滑动,从动轮(3)由径向充磁的弧形永磁块(3-1)、非磁性环(3-2)、轴向充磁的永磁环(3-3)、非磁性花环(3-4)固结组成,弧形永磁块(3-1)沿非磁性环(3-2)的外圆圆周极性交替接触固结,或者在非磁性环(3-2)的外周上沿周向等间隔镶嵌若干弧形永磁块(3-1),且使弧形永磁块(3-1)与锥形永磁筒(2-1)同极性相对;拨杈(4)由杈子(4-2)、右永磁块(4-1)、左永磁块(4-3)固结组成,右永磁块(4-1)、左永磁块(4-3)分别处于杈子(4-2)的左右两个齿的顶端且正相对,拨杈(4)隔间隙卡在从动轮(3)外,右永磁块(4-1)和左永磁块(4-3)沿从动轮(3)的轴线方向充磁,且使右永磁块(4-1)和左永磁块(4-3)与从动轮(3)的永磁环(3-3)的端面相对的面与永磁环(3-3)的端面同性极隔间隙平行相对。
