本发明涉及一种保健枕头，属于日常生活用品技术领域。所述的保健枕头，包括枕套和枕芯，所述的枕芯填充有若干个由桃木制成的圆珠体。本发明的有益效果是：能适应不同睡姿的变化，对头部和颈部穴位有较好的按摩作用；能显著改善睡眠质量，有安神健脑、治疗失眠的作用；对抑郁等精神性疾病和各种神经官能症有辅助治疗的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健枕头，尤其涉及一种填充有桃木珠的保健枕头。
背景技术
枕头是一种必需的生活用品，人的一生有三分之一的时间是与枕头作伴在睡眠中度过的。但是，枕头对人的健康影响直到近年来才逐步被关注。现在的枕头被设计成各种形状，以满足人们对舒适度的不同要求；或者选用不同的材料作为枕芯，起到保健和治疗某些疾病的目的。
然而，对枕头卫生问题的忽视也在不知不觉中威胁着人们的健康。同为床上用品，人们通常却只注意清洁晾晒被褥、枕巾、枕套，却很少把枕芯的清洁卫生放在心上。殊不知，每晚睡觉时，我们不经意留出的口水、呼出的不洁气体大量渗入、头部出汗出油浸湿枕头、汗液和头皮屑混合，易使一些病原微生物及螨虫、尘埃等黏附在枕面上渗入枕芯，散发臭味，使枕头成为“藏污纳垢”之地，枕芯成了家庭名副其实的健康死角。肮脏的枕芯，甚至诱发支气管哮喘或导致皮肤感染。由英国真菌研究信托基金会资助的曼彻斯特大学的研究人员曾对枕头做了一次详细研究，他们挑选了10个枕头样本，使用时间都在18个月至20年之间。他们发现，这些枕头的枕芯每克藏有数千个真菌孢子，也就是说一个枕头藏有的真菌数量超过100万个。这些真菌孢子和螨虫通常依靠人类的皮屑、污垢存活。研究人员证实这种真菌会入侵人的肺和鼻窦，从而使哮喘和鼻窦炎加重。
如申请号为200320129322.3的中国专利“护颈明目枕”，由明目枕芯、适颈枕垫及磁竹珠凉枕席组成，其中适颈枕垫为两边高、中间低，呈“凹”形，上表面沿前后方向呈“M”形的波浪状，磁竹珠凉枕席由磁性圆珠和竹制圆珠经细线串制而成，枕芯中装有决明子、苦荞皮、菊花、绿豆皮及黑豆皮。此专利的不足之处在于：磁竹珠凉枕席由磁性圆珠和竹制圆珠经细线串制而成，不能随睡觉时头部位置的变化而改变，因而不能很好地起到按摩头部穴位的作用。枕芯不易清洁，影响人们的健康。
申请号为200710048524.8的中国专利“木珠枕头”，其枕芯材料采用木珠，能适应不同的睡姿，起到按摩头部穴位的作用，不足之处在于：木珠易成为真菌螨虫的聚集地，且治疗疾病的作用较弱。
随着现代社会节奏的越来越快，人们承受的社会压力越来越大，从而导致失眠患者逐渐增多，若不及时治疗导致长期失眠，对人体的损伤是很大的，常会并发神经衰弱、高血压、心律失常、脑血管疾病、糖尿病和肾病等。目前临床常用安定类药物治疗失眠，虽然治疗效果较好，但长期使用可形成依赖，甚至成瘾，并且有较多的不良反应。目前迫切需要一种既可以健脑安神、改善睡眠，又不产生各种不良反应，成本低的新产品。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题，本发明提供了一种枕芯填充有桃木珠的保健枕头，既保证了枕芯的清洁卫生，又能按摩头部和颈部穴位、健脑安神、改善睡眠。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
本发明所述的保健枕头，包括枕套和枕芯，其特殊之处在于：所述的枕芯填充有若干个由桃木制成的圆珠体。
为有更好的透气性，所述的圆珠体中部带有通孔。
为达到更好的舒适度，所述圆珠体的直径为5-15毫米。
传统中医认为：“桃木木体清香，属温性，有镇静辟邪，活血化瘀，促脑安神，促进人体代谢之作用”，可较好治疗失眠、抑郁等多种精神性疾病和各种神经官能症。马王堆帛书《五十二病方》是中国已发现的最古老的医书，载有以桃枝治疗男子疝气的方法。
更值得一提的是，由于桃木中含有“桃金娘烯醇”成分，“桃金娘烯醇”有很好的杀菌效果，使真菌孢子和螨虫难以存活，所以保证了枕芯无菌无味卫生，并且方便清洗。
本发明与现有技术相比，有如下优点：
(1)透气性好，可塑性强能适应不同睡姿的变化，对头部和颈部穴位有较好的按摩作用；
(2)能显著改善睡眠质量，安神健脑，对失眠、抑郁等精神性疾病和各种神经官能症有辅助治疗的功效；
(3)枕芯无菌卫生，方便清洗，更好的保护使用者的健康。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明所述的枕头，包括枕套和枕芯，所述的枕芯填充有若干个由桃木制成的圆珠体，圆珠体中部带有通孔，圆珠体直径为5-15毫米，均匀的分散在枕套内。
将本发明的枕头用于对失眠患者的临床治疗。
临床资料
选取不同年龄阶段的失眠患者80例，患者年龄为30～65岁，病程为半年至10年，以往曾服用过安定类、巴比妥类安眠药物，但疗效欠佳。15岁以下儿童、孕妇、哺乳期妇女、严重肝肾功能和呼吸功能不全、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者除外。
患者睡眠时使用本发明的枕头，试验期间不使用其他中枢神经抑制剂，疗效判断采用使用本发明的枕头前后自身对照法。
患者于使用30天、60天及90天的翌晨填写“本发明治疗失眠临床观察表”，包括入睡时间、睡眠持续时间、夜间觉醒次数、醒后状态等，试验结果见表1。

由表1可知，患者在睡眠时使用本发明的枕头后，睡眠质量显著提高，入睡时间快，夜间觉醒次数减少，睡眠持续时间延长，醒后感觉头脑清醒，工作效率提高。使用90天后，对患者进行了随访，90％以上的患者都认为自己的睡眠有了较好的改善。
由于枕芯为桃木圆珠，有效地抑制了细菌的滋生和繁殖；在使用一段时间需要清洗时，只要将桃木珠洗净、晒干，重新装入枕套即可，方便卫生，使用寿命较长。

1.一种保健枕头，包括枕套和枕芯，其特征在于：所述的枕芯填充有若干个由桃木制成的圆珠体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健枕头，其特征在于：所述的圆珠体中部带有通孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保健枕头，其特征在于：所述圆珠体的直径为5-15毫米。
