Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical device, in particular to a device for controlling the on-off of a medical air source and converting the pressure of the air source.
Background
At present, when a patient needs a major operation, in order to prevent the patient from feeling pain, i.e., to keep the patient in a coma, laughing gas (i.e., anesthetic) needs to be input into the patient for medical anesthesia. Anaesthetizing patients is a difficult thing, the quantity is small, and doctors are difficult to perform operations on the patients; with a large amount, the patient will be in a coma forever. The dosage of laughing gas is difficult to control, which brings inconvenience for timely operating the patient and saving the life of the patient.
For the problems, laughing gas is generally injected manually at present, which requires skill level and is also suggested by people; some instruments are used for assisting injection, but the pressure of an air source cannot be kept in a relatively constant pressure state, and the amount of laughing gas is not well controlled.
In the existing anesthesia machine, a fail-safe valve is generally installed between the laughing gas supply source and the flow control module, which provides a contact surface between the laughing gas source and the oxygen gas source, and if the oxygen supply pressure is reduced or cut off, the valve will cut off the laughing gas source or reduce the pressure of the laughing gas, thereby reducing the flow of the laughing gas. However, such fail-safe valves generally do not ensure a rapid and effective immediate shut-off of laughing gas when the oxygen gas source is disconnected.

The invention aims to provide a laughing gas cut-off valve which controls the on-off of laughing gas and converts the pressure of the laughing gas through oxygen.
Therefore, the invention adopts the following technical scheme. The utility model provides a laughing gas block valve for the on-off control of laughing gas, including the inside relief pressure valve disk seat that is equipped with the laughing gas passageway, wherein, inside still including of laughing gas block valve: the first side of the diaphragm assembly part is in contact with oxygen in an oxygen chamber arranged in the laughing gas cutoff valve, and the second side of the diaphragm assembly part is in contact with laughing gas in the laughing gas channel; one end of the force application mechanism is elastically abutted against the second side of the diaphragm assembly part; wherein, the force application mechanism and the diaphragm assembly part act in a matching way, thereby controlling the on-off of the laughing gas channel.
When the oxygen pressure is not enough to overcome the pressure of the force application mechanism, the force application mechanism cuts off the laughing gas channel; when the oxygen pressure is enough to overcome the pressure of the force application mechanism, the diaphragm assembly part is pushed to compress the force application mechanism, and the force application mechanism can open the laughing gas channel.
Preferably, the diaphragm assembly includes a diaphragm body and a steel sleeve fixed to a center of the diaphragm body by pressing, and one end of the force application mechanism is connected to the steel sleeve. A gasket for sealing is provided between the periphery of the membrane body of the diaphragm assembly and the inner wall of the pressure-reducing valve seat.
In addition, the laughing gas cutoff valve of the present invention further comprises: the valve cover is used for providing an oxygen workplace; the bent-angle quick cannula joint is arranged on the valve seat of the pressure reducing valve, is communicated with an external laughing gas pipe and the laughing gas channel and is used for inputting and outputting laughing gas; and the right-angle quick cannula joint is arranged on the valve cover, is communicated with an external oxygen pipe and the oxygen chamber and is used for inputting oxygen.
In the laughing gas shutoff valve, the urging means is preferably a spring, and the film body of the diaphragm assembly is preferably made of a plastic film.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a laughing gas shut-off valve according to the invention, fig. 2 is an overall sectional view of the laughing gas shut-off valve according to the invention, and fig. 3 is a partially sectional front view of the laughing gas shut-off valve according to the invention. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention is a laughing gas cutoff valve for on-off control and conversion of gas source pressure for medical gas source (especially laughing gas), comprising: a pressure reducing valve seat 5; a pressure reducing valve cover 1 arranged at the lower part of the pressure reducing valve seat 5; a diaphragm mount 8 disposed inside the pressure-reducing valve seat 5; two bent-angle quick cannula joints 3 which are arranged on a valve seat 5 of the pressure reducing valve and are respectively used for inputting and outputting laughing gas; a right-angle quick cannula joint 6 which is arranged on the valve seat 5 of the pressure reducing valve and is used for inputting oxygen and plays a role in controlling the on-off of laughing gas; and a biasing mechanism 10, a pressure reducing valve plug, etc. One end of the force application mechanism 10 is elastically abutted against the second side of the diaphragm assembly part 8 (the lower side of the diaphragm assembly part 8 in the figure), and the force application mechanism and the diaphragm assembly part 8 are operated in a matched manner, so that the on-off of the laughing gas channel is controlled.
In addition, a laughing gas channel communicated with the two bent-angle quick cannula connectors 3 is arranged in the pressure reducing valve seat 5, and the laughing gas channel and the two bent-angle quick cannula connectors 3 jointly form input and output loops of laughing gas; and is provided with an oxygen chamber communicated with the right-angle quick cannula joint 6. Wherein the laughing gas channel is located at a first side of the membrane assembly 8 (the upper side of the membrane assembly 8 in the figure), and the oxygen chamber is located at the above-mentioned second side of the membrane assembly 8, and the oxygen in the oxygen chamber is in direct contact with the above-mentioned second side of the membrane assembly 8.
The pressure reducing valve seat 5, the diaphragm assembly part 8, the force applying mechanism 10 and the pressure reducing valve cover 1 are mainly used for controlling the on-off and pressure conversion of laughing gas. When the pressure of oxygen reaches a pressure higher than the pressure of laughing gas, the oxygen pushes the diaphragm assembly part 8 upwards to open a laughing gas channel in the pressure reducing valve seat 5, and the laughing gas starts to pass through; when the oxygen pressure is insufficient to push the diaphragm assembly part 8, the diaphragm assembly part 8 can automatically cut off laughing gas; when the oxygen pressure is constant, a dynamic balance can be formed, and the balance of the output laughing gas pressure is ensured. In addition, the pressure reducing valve seat 5 is provided with an air inlet for conveying laughing gas and three air outlets for outputting the laughing gas, so that the adjustment can be conveniently carried out according to the actual requirements, and the laughing gas throughput is adjusted by blocking any one or two of the three air outlets for outputting the laughing gas.
Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the diaphragm assembly 8, and the following description refers to fig. 4. The diaphragm assembly 8 includes a diaphragm main body 82 and a steel sleeve 84 fixed to the center of the diaphragm main body 82 by pressing, and one end of the urging mechanism 10 is connected to the steel sleeve 84. A sealing gasket is provided between the periphery of the membrane body 82 of the diaphragm mount 8 and the inner wall of the pressure-reducing valve seat 5. The membrane assembly 8 is used to adjust the contact area of oxygen with laughing gas so that oxygen is used to control laughing gas. Therefore, when the pressure of the oxygen is constant, laughing gas with relatively stable pressure can be obtained.
FIG. 5 is a block diagram of a diaphragm assembly used to adjust the relative balance of pressure according to an embodiment of the invention, and FIG. 6 is a block diagram of a pressure relief valve seat with a spring and a diaphragm assembly used to achieve laughing gas make-and-break according to an embodiment of the invention. Next, the operation of controlling the opening and closing of laughing gas by the diaphragm mount 8 and the urging mechanism 10 will be described with reference to fig. 5 and 6.
The force application mechanism 10 is used for controlling the on-off of laughing gas. When the oxygen pressure is low, the acting force of the oxygen is not enough to overcome the pressure generated by the force applying mechanism 10 (in this embodiment, the spring force), so that the force applying mechanism 10 cuts off the laughing gas channel; when the pressure of oxygen is large enough, the acting force of oxygen can overcome the pressure generated by the elastic force of the spring to compress the spring, so that the force application mechanism 10 can be lifted, the inner hole of the valve seat 5 of the pressure reducing valve can generate a gap, and a laughing gas channel is provided.
The integral function of the laughing gas cutoff valve is to control the on-off and pressure conversion of laughing gas, for example, when the pressure of oxygen reaches 0.4pa, the oxygen pushes the diaphragm assembly part 8 to open the laughing gas channel, and laughing gas starts to pass through; when the oxygen pressure is insufficient, the force application mechanism 10 can automatically cut off the laughing gas channel and forbid the laughing gas from being introduced; when the oxygen pressure is constant, a dynamic balance is formed to ensure the balance of the output laughing gas pressure (see fig. 6).
In addition, the valve cover 1 mainly provides an oxygen working place and also has the function of fixing the whole body.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
