Abstract

一种转接板,包括一基板,所述基板设有若干个输入端子及与所述若干个输入端子数量相同的输出端子,所述若干个输入端子与输出端子一一对应连接,所述基板上还设有若干个备用端子,每一个输入端子通过与所述备用端子数量相同的开关分别与所述若干个备用端子对应连接。上述转接板提供了通过开关与每对输入/输出端子连接的备用端子,当一个输入或输出端子损坏时,只需操作开关就可用所述备用端子替换损坏的端子。

本发明涉及一种转接板。
背景技术
现有的转接板上的输入/输出端子通常为一一对应连接,当输入端子或输出端子之一损坏,或者输入端子与对应的输出端子之间的线路断开后,该对端子就不能再完成信号传输功能,此时,用户只能更换新的转接板,或交由专业人员对转接板进行维修处理,而用户无法自己对该转接板的问题进行处理,增加了用户的维护成本。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种转接板,当其输入端子或输出端子损坏时,用户可选择一备用端子替换该损坏的端子以维持转接板正常工作。
一种转接板,包括一基板,所述基板设有若干个输入端子及与所述若干个输入端子数量相同的输出端子,所述若干个输入端子与输出端子一一对应连接,所述基板上还设有若干个备用端子,每一个输入端子通过与所述备用端子数量相同的开关分别与所述若干个备用端子对应连接。
上述转接板提供了通过开关与每对输入/输出端子连接的备用端子,当一个输入或输出端子损坏时,只需操作开关就可用所述备用端子替换损坏的端子。

图1是本发明转接板较佳实施方式的原理图。
具体实施方式
参考图1,本发明转接板的较佳实施方式包括一基板10,所述基板10一侧设有十六个输入端子IN1~IN16,另一侧设有十六个输出端子OUT1~OUT16,所述输入端子IN1~IN16与输出端子OUT1~OUT16一一对应连接。
所述基板10上还设有四个备用端子SB1~SB4,每一输入端子IN1~IN16均通过四个开关分别与所述四个备用端子SB1~SB4对应连接。例如,所述输入端子IN1通过四个开关S11~S14分别与所述四个备用端子SB1~SB4对应连接,所述输入端子IN2通过四个开关S21~S24分别与所述四个备用端子SB1~SB4对应连接,所述输入端子IN16通过四个开关S161~S164分别与所述四个备用端子SB1~SB4对应连接。
上述输入端子IN1或输出端子OUT1损坏时,只需闭合开关S11~S14之一,即可选择对应的备用端子SB1~SB4对其进行替代,此时只需重新安装转接板,将选中的备用端子SB1~SB4接入即可使转接板正常工作,同理上述输入端子IN2~IN16或输出端子0UT2~OUT16之一损坏时,只需操作对应的开关就可用所述四个备用端子SB1~SB4对损坏的端子进行替代,即可使转接板正常工作,延长了转接板的使用寿命,降低了用户对转接板的维护成本。
所述四个备用端子SB1~SB4可分布于所述基板10的两侧,以便于布线及节省空间,所述开关可为指拨开关、跳帽或其它类型开关。此外,在本实施方式中所述备用端子的数量为四个,因此可保证上述转接板在损坏四个输入/输出端子后仍可正常使用,但所述备用端子的数量不限于四个,可为任意整数个。

Claims (4)

  1. 【权利要求1】一种转接板,包括一基板,所述基板设有若干个输入端子及与所述若干个输入端子数量相同的输出端子,所述若干个输入端子与输出端子一一对应连接,其特征在于:所述基板上还设有若干个备用端子,每一个输入端子通过与所述备用端子数量相同的开关分别与所述若干个备用端子对应连接。
  2. 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的转接板,其特征在于:所述输入端子有十六个,所述备用端子有四个,每一输入端子均通过四个开关与所述四个备用端子对应连接。
  3. 【权利要求3】如权利要求2所述的转接板,其特征在于:所述开关为指拨开关或跳帽。
  4. 【权利要求4】如权利要求2所述的转接板,其特征在于:所述四个备用端子分布于所述基板的两侧。
