Abstract

一种卡扣装置,用于将一盖体锁固于一基座,该基座包括一底板及一设有一通孔的盖板,该卡扣装置包括一设于该盖体上的卡钩、一固定于该底板并设有一台阶孔的固定件、一装设于该基座的卡扣件、一抵顶件及一弹性元件,该抵顶件具有一大端及一小端,该抵顶件及弹性元件容置于该台阶孔中,该弹性元件抵顶于该抵顶件的大端与该底板之间,当该盖体未盖合于该基座时,该弹性元件抵顶于该抵顶件的大端使该抵顶件的小端穿过该固定件的台阶孔填入该盖板的通孔,当该盖体盖合于该基座时,该卡钩穿过该盖板的通孔克服该弹性元件的弹力压下该抵顶件并钩扣于该卡扣件。相较现有技术,上述卡扣装置利用该抵顶件在该弹性元件的作用下填入该盖板的通孔内,美观实用。

卡扣装置
技术领域
本发明是关于一种卡扣装置,特别是一种笔记本电脑的卡扣装置。
背景技术
电子装置如笔记本电脑等由于其便携性要求,其盖体及基座经常需要进行锁固及开启,卡扣装置一般装设于笔记本电脑的基座及盖体之间对笔记本电脑进行锁固。
目前市场上常见的卡扣装置通常包括一装设于盖体上的卡钩,该卡钩穿过基座的盖板后锁固于笔记本电脑基座内。但是当将笔记本电脑的盖体打开后,笔记本电脑的基座盖板上就会留下孔洞,影响笔记本电脑的美观。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种结构简单,美观的卡扣装置。
一种卡扣装置,用于将一盖体锁固于一基座,所述基座包括一底板及一盖板,所述盖板设有一通孔,所述卡扣装置包括一设置于所述盖体上的卡钩、一固定于所述底板并开设有一台阶孔的固定件、一装设于所述基座的卡扣件、一抵顶件及一弹性元件,所述抵顶件具有一大端及一小端,所述抵顶件及弹性元件容置于所述台阶孔中,所述弹性元件抵顶于所述抵顶件的大端与所述底板之间,当所述盖体未盖合于所述基座时,所述弹性元件抵顶于所述抵顶件的大端使所述抵顶件的小端穿过所述固定件的台阶孔填入所述盖板的通孔,当所述盖体盖合于所述基座时,所述卡钩穿过所述盖板的通孔克服所述弹性元件的弹力压下所述抵顶件并钩扣于所述卡扣件。
相较现有技术,上述卡扣装置利用所述抵顶件在所述弹性元件的作用下填入所述盖板的通孔内,美观实用。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明卡扣装置应用于笔记本电脑上,是将一盖体10锁固于一基座20,该卡扣装置包括装设于该基座20内的一按动件30、一卡扣件40、一固定件50、一卡抵件60、一弹性元件70及一抵顶件80。其中该弹性元件70在本实施方式中为一弹簧。
该基座20包括一底板22及盖设于该底板22的盖板24。该底板22的边缘向上凸伸形成一凸楞221。该凸楞221的中部开设一收容槽224。一凸柱222凸设于该底板22上邻近该收容槽224处。该凸柱222上开设一固定孔223。该底板22远离该收容槽224处突设有一长形的定位柱224及一固定柱225,该固定柱225沿轴线开设一固定孔226。该盖板24开设一通孔242。
该按动件30包括一柱状部32及设置于该柱状部32一侧的驱动部34。该驱动部34呈直角梯形,其包括一倾斜的抵推面342。
该卡扣件40呈长形,其包括一推抵端41及一卡扣端。该卡扣件40于靠近该抵推端41处开设一长形的第一限位槽43。该卡扣件40于靠近该卡扣端处开设一长形的第二限位槽45。该卡扣件40于其第二限位槽45与端缘之间开设一方形通孔46以使该端缘处形成一卡掣部473。
请参阅图3,该盖体10的一侧设置一柱状的卡钩12,该卡钩12的末端设置一钩扣部,该钩扣部包括一形成于末端的呈圆台状的导引部122及一开设于该导引部122附近的卡槽124。
请一并参阅图4与图5,该固定件50包括一大致呈长方形的基板51。该基板51的一侧中部突设一圆柱体52,该圆柱体52周围设置若干加强肋。该圆柱体52沿其轴线方向开设一台阶孔,该台阶孔包括一开设于该圆柱体52顶部的直径较小的通孔522及一直径较大的并且贯通该固定件50的容置孔524。该圆柱体52于其上部开设一开槽526,该开槽526连通于该容置孔524。该固定件50于该圆柱体52附近突设一凸柱53,该凸柱53沿轴向开设一固定孔532。该固定件50于其另一侧面突设两截面呈L形的卡固部56,两卡固部56对称设置于该容置孔524两侧。该基板51上还开设一固定孔58及一长形的定位孔59。
该卡抵件60包括一半圆形的底壁61及一沿该底壁61的弧形边缘向一侧延伸形成的U形的侧壁62。该侧壁62的末端对称设置两凸耳64,每一凸耳64沿其向着该底壁61的一面上设置一凸点642。
该抵顶件80为一台阶状的圆柱体,其包括一大端82及一小端84。
请一并参阅图6,组装时,将该抵顶件80及该弹性元件70先后置入该固定件50的台阶孔内。将该卡抵件60附着于该固定件50的有卡固部56的一侧,使该卡抵件60的两凸耳64分别卡入该固定件50的两卡固部56内,凸点642起辅助卡紧的作用。该弹性元件70的一端卡抵于该抵顶件80的大端82,该弹性元件70的另一端卡抵于该卡抵件60的底壁61。将该固定件50置于该底板22的固定柱225及定位柱224上,使该底板22的定位柱224卡入该固定件50的定位孔59内。利用一螺丝(图未示)穿过该固定件50的固定孔58锁入该底板22的固定柱225的固定孔226内将该固定件50固定于该底板22。其中该固定柱225的高度应该使该固定件50与该底板22之间的距离足以容纳该卡抵件60。
利用两螺丝90分别穿过该卡扣件40的第一限位槽43及第二限位槽45并分别锁入该底板22的凸柱222上的固定孔223及该固定件50的凸柱53上的固定孔532将该卡扣件40滑动装设于该底板22上。该按动件30容置于该底板22的收容槽224内。该按动件30的一抵推面342抵顶于该卡扣件40的推抵端41。
然后将该盖板24与该底板22盖合,使卡扣件40的通孔46对应于该盖板24的通孔242。在该弹性元件70的弹力作用下,该抵顶件80的小端84突出于该圆柱体52的顶部并穿入该盖板24的通孔242内将该通孔242填平,使该盖板24的表面平整。
请一并参阅图7,将该盖体10枢转装设于该基座20,旋转该盖体10,该卡钩12的导引部122将该抵顶件80压下并穿过该卡扣件40的通孔46。该卡扣件40可利用一弹簧(图未示)进行复位,在该弹簧(图未示)的回复力作用下,该卡扣件40的卡掣部473穿过该圆柱体52的开槽526卡入该卡钩12的卡槽124内,从而使该卡钩12钩扣于该卡扣件40,此时该盖体10锁固于该基座20。
当需要打开该盖体10时,向内按动该按动件30,该按动件30的驱动部34推抵该卡扣件40的推抵端41,使该卡扣件40向远离该按动件30的方向移动,直到该卡扣件40的卡掣部473从该卡钩12的卡槽124内完全退出,从而可将该盖体10相对该基座20打开。打开后,在该弹性元件70的弹力作用下,该抵顶件80的小端84突出于该圆柱体52的顶部并穿入该盖板24的通孔242内将该通孔242填平,使该盖板24的表面平整。
显而易见地,作为本发明卡扣装置的第二较佳实施方式,该弹性元件70的另一端可直接卡抵于该底板22上,进而可以省掉该卡抵件60。

Claims (8)

1.一种卡扣装置,用于将一盖体锁固于一基座,所述基座包括一底板及一盖板,所述盖板设有一通孔,其特征在于:所述卡扣装置包括一设置于所述盖体上的卡钩、一固定于所述底板并开设有一台阶孔的固定件、一装设于所述基座的卡扣件、一抵顶件及一弹性元件,所述抵顶件具有一大端及一小端,所述抵顶件及弹性元件容置于所述台阶孔中,所述弹性元件抵顶于所述抵顶件的大端与所述底板之间,当所述盖体未盖合于所述基座时,所述弹性元件抵顶于所述抵顶件的大端使所述抵顶件的小端穿过所述固定件的台阶孔填入所述盖板的通孔,当所述盖体盖合于所述基座时,所述卡钩穿过所述盖板的通孔克服所述弹性元件的弹力压下所述抵顶件并钩扣于所述卡扣件。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡扣装置,其特征在于:所述台阶孔包括一容置孔及一与所述容置孔贯通且直径小于所述容置孔的通孔,所述抵顶件及弹性元件容置于所述容置孔内。
3.如权利要求2所述的卡扣装置,其特征在于:所述固定件包括一基板,所述基板上的一侧凸设一圆柱体,所述台阶孔沿所述圆柱体轴线方向开设于所述圆柱体内,所述圆柱体还开设有一连通所述容置孔的开槽,所述卡扣件包括一卡掣部,当所述盖体盖合于所述基座时,所述卡扣件的卡掣部卡入所述开槽并与所述卡钩相钩扣。
4.如权利要求3所述的卡扣装置,其特征在于:所述固定件的基板于相对于凸设所述圆柱体的一侧且邻近所述容置孔处凸设有两卡固部,一卡抵件通过所述两卡固部卡固于所述固定件。
5.如权利要求4所述的卡扣装置,其特征在于:所述卡抵件包括一半圆形的底壁及一沿所述底壁的弧形边缘向一侧延伸形成的U形的侧壁,所述侧壁的末端对称设置两凸耳,所述两凸耳分别卡于所述固定件的两卡固部。
6.如权利要求5所述的卡扣装置,其特征在于:每一凸耳于向着所述底壁的一面上设置一凸点以对相应的卡固部起辅助压紧作用。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的卡扣装置,其特征在于:所述弹性元件为一弹簧,其两端分别抵顶于所述抵顶件的大端及所述卡抵件的底壁。
8.如权利要求1所述的卡扣装置,其特征在于:所述基座的底板突设有一定位柱及一固定柱,所述固定件包括一基板,所述基板上开设一固定孔及一定位孔,所述定位柱卡于所述定位孔内,一螺丝穿过所述固定孔锁入所述固定柱内将所述固定件固定于所述底板。
