Abstract
一种发光二极管灯具,包括若干发光二极管模组、一第一散热器及一第二散热器,所述发光二极管模组分别贴设于第一散热器及第二散热器的同侧表面,其中所述第一、第二散热器相互枢接,一角度调节器连接及固定所述第一、第二散热器,以改变发光二极管灯具的照射角度。与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具仅通过调节角度调节器而使第一、第二散热器相对转动来改变发光二极管灯具的照射角度,以使发光二极管灯具适用于不同照射角度的要求,操作方便且不需重新设计制作灯具。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发光二极管灯具,特别是指一种具有角度调节器的发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管作为一种高效的发光源,具有环保、省电、寿命长等诸多特点已经被广泛的运用于各种领域。
传统的发光二极管灯具包括一板状散热体及若干安装于该散热体一侧的发光二极管模组。当发光二极管被点亮时,安装在散热体一侧的发光二极管模组起到照明作用。由于发光二极管仅安装于散热体一侧,其所发出的光线只能从散热体的该侧向外辐射而出,照射角度有限、照明效果不佳;且一旦灯具组装完毕,其照射角度将固定不变,而当灯具安装在不同的环境中需要不同的照射角度时,如果要改变灯具的照射角度以适应不同的环境,就必须重新安装或制造灯具,不但费时而且将大大地增加了设计制造成本。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可以根据需要改变照射角度的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括若干发光二极管模组、一第一散热器及一第二散热器,所述发光二极管模组分别贴设于第一散热器及第二散热器的同侧表面,其中所述第一、第二散热器相互枢接,一角度调节器连接及固定所述第一、第二散热器,以改变发光二极管灯具的照射角度。
与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具仅通过调节角度调节器而使第一、第二散热器相对转动来改变发光二极管灯具的照射角度,以使发光二极管灯具适用于不同照射角度的要求,操作方便且不需重新设计制作灯具。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
如图1及图2所示,本发明的发光二极管灯具包括若干发光二极管模组30、一供发光二极管模组30贴设并对其散热的散热装置10及安装于散热装置10相对两端的二角度调节器17。
请进一步参阅图3及图4,该散热装置10包括一第一散热器11及设置于第一散热器11相对两侧的二第二散热器13。第一散热器11及二第二散热器13均由导热性能良好的金属如铜、铝等一体制成。两对金属合页15分别设置于第一、第二散热器11、13之间,用于连接第一、第二散热器11、13,并使每一第二散热器13可绕合页15相对于第一散热器11转动。二角度调节器17固定于散热装置10的纵向两端。每一角度调接器17连接第一散热器11及第二散热器13。当第一散热器11相对于第二散热器13转动到一定角度后,角度调节器17将第一、第二散热器11、13相对固定,以保证第一、第二散热器11、13之间调整后的角度保持不变。
该第一散热器11包括一长方形纵长基板110及自基板110上表面垂直向上延伸的若干第一散热片112及第二散热片114。第一散热片112均匀分布于基板110中部且沿基板110的纵向从一端延伸至另一端。第二散热片114均匀分布在第一散热片112两侧且沿基板110纵向延伸。每一第一散热片112高度相等。每一第二散热片114较第一散热片112短且第二散热片114的高度沿基板110的横向向外侧逐渐减小以避免第一、第二散热器11、13在相对转动的过程中发生干涉。这些第一、第二散热片112、114等间隔设置,且沿基板110的横向开设有若干通风槽(图未标)。第二散热片114沿基板110的纵向延伸长度较第一散热片112短且位于基板110的中部,使基板110的四角形成四无散热片的方形安装部116。每一安装部116沿纵向均匀间隔开设有与合页15配合的三螺孔1162。基板110纵向的相对两端均开设有三间隔的安装孔1102,这些安装孔1102用于与角度调节器17配合。
第二散热器13的结构与第一散热器11相似。每一第二散热器13包括一长方形的纵长基板130及自基板130上表面垂直向上延伸的若干第一、第二散热片132、134。第一散热片132位于相对远离第一散热器11的一侧且沿基板130的纵向自一端延伸至另一端。第二散热片134位于相对靠近第一散热器11的一侧且沿基板130的纵向延伸。所有第一散热片132高度相等。每一第二散热片134较每一第一散热片112短且第二散热片134的高度沿基板130的横向延伸方向逐渐减小而避免第一、第二散热器11、13组合后在相对转动的过程中发生干涉。这些第一、第二散热片132、134等间隔设置,且沿基板130的横向延伸方向开设有若干通风槽(图未标)。第二散热片134沿基板130的纵向延伸长度较第一散热片132短且位于该侧基板130的中部,使基板130相对两端形成二无散热片的方形安装部136。每一安装部136沿纵向间隔开设有三螺孔1362。每一第二散热器13的二安装部136与第一散热器11一侧的安装部116对应,并与合页15配合而使第一、第二散热器11、13组合在一起。基板130纵向的相对两端中部分别开设有一的安装孔1302用于与角度调节器17配合。
每一发光二极管模组30包括一纵长矩形的电路板32及若干均匀固定于电路板32一侧面的发光二极管34。这些电路板32的另一侧面贴合于第一、第二散热器11、13的基板110、130的下表面。这些发光二极管34位于沿电路板32长度方向延伸的同一直线上,从而将其热量均匀地传导至第一、第二散热器11、13上。
每一合页15包括一枢接轴153及枢接于枢接轴两侧的二安装片151。每一安装片151为一长方形片体。二安装片151上分别对应第一、第二散热器11、13的安装部116、136,且分别开设有与安装部116、136的螺孔1162、1362对应的三通孔1512。若干螺钉(图未标)穿过安装片151的通孔1512并与第一、第二散热器11、13的螺孔1162、1132旋合而将安装片151固定在第一、第二散热器11、13的安装部116、136上。这种情况下,每一第二散热器13均可绕着合页15的枢接轴153相对于第一散热器11转动来调节发光二极管模组30的照射角度。
每一角度调节器17包括一纵长的安装板171及二连接臂173。该安装板171下端开设有三间隔的通孔1714,上端开设有一狭长槽1712。这些通孔1714对应第一散热器11一端的安装孔1102。三螺钉(图未标)穿过安装板171的通孔1714并与第一散热器11的安装孔1102旋合而将安装板171固定在第一散热器11上。每一连接臂173为一纵长杆体,其相对的上下两端分别开设有一通孔1732。二固定件40分别穿过二连接臂173上端的通孔1732及安装板171上端的狭长槽1712并分别与一长螺母50配合而将连接臂173的上端固定在第一散热器11上。二螺钉41分别穿过二连接臂173下端的通孔1732并分别与第二散热器13上的安装孔1302配合而将连接臂173的下端分别固定在二第二散热器13上。每一固定件40包括一头部(图未标)及自头部延伸的长轴。该头部的直径较狭长槽1712的宽度大以使长轴卡制在狭长槽1712中。该长轴的直径与狭长槽1712的宽度稍小并具有一螺纹端部。该长轴可沿狭长槽1712的长度方向滑动,其螺纹端部与长螺母50配合。
请再次参阅图1及图2,散热装置10及角度调节器17处于最初状态,第一、第二散热器11、13的基板110、130共面,固定件40的长轴抵靠于安装板171的狭长槽1712的最外端,螺母50旋合在固定件40长轴的较外端。将二第二散热器13相对于第一散热器11向上转动,以增大发光二极管模组30的照射角度,同时角度调节器17的连接臂173的上端沿安装板171的狭长槽1712移动。请同时参阅图5及图6,通过调整二第二散热器13与第一散热器11的相对角度度使发光二极管模组30的照射角度调整到所需范围后,将螺母50旋合至固定在固定件40的长轴的较内端,使其与固定件40紧密配合而将连接臂173的上端固定在安装板171狭长槽1712的预设位置。此时,发光二极管灯具稳固的组合在一起。
使用时,当发光二极管34通电后,发光二极管34产生光线,起到照明的效果。由于通过调整二第二散热器13与第一散热器11的相对角度,使发光二极管模组30的照射角度在具体环境中达到所需的范围。与此同时,发光二极管34产生的热量被第一、第二散热器11、13的基板110、130吸收并迅速传导至基板110、130上方的第一、第二散热片112、114、132、134,从而将热量散发到外部环境中去。
Claims (9)
1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括若干发光二极管模组、一第一散热器及一第二散热器,所述发光二极管模组分别贴设于第一散热器及第二散热器的同侧表面,其特征在于:所述第一、第二散热器相互枢接,一角度调节器连接及固定所述第一、第二散热器,以改变发光二极管灯具的照射角度,所述角度调节器包括一固定至第一散热器一端的安装板及一连接臂,所述连接臂的一端部与所述第二散热器枢接,所述连接臂的另一端部可枢接于所述安装板的不同位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述安装板沿其长度方向开设有一狭长槽,所述连接臂的另一端部可沿狭长槽滑动并可定位枢接于所述安装板的不同位置。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:一固定件穿过所述连接臂的另一端部及安装板的狭长槽将连接臂的该另一端部固定在安装板上。
4.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述第一、第二散热器由一对合页枢接。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一合页包括一枢接轴及枢接于枢接轴两侧的二安装片,所述二安装片分别固定在第一、第二散热器上。
6.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述第一、第二散热器分别包括一基板及自基板一表面向上延伸的若干第一、第二散热片,所述发光二极管模组贴设于基板上与第一、第二散热片相反的另一表面上。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述第一、第二散热器的第二散热片相邻设置,其高度自第一散热片沿基板的横向向外逐渐减小。
8.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:进一步包括与第一散热器枢接的另一第二散热器,若干发光二极管模组贴设于该另一第二散热器,所述二第二散热器位于所述第一散热器相对两侧且与第一散热器并排设置。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述角度调节器连接第一散热器及另一第二散热器,调节所述角度调节器从而带动二第二散热器相对第一散热器转动以调整贴设于第一散热器、二第二散热器一侧的发光二极管模组间的角度,以改变发光二极管灯具的照射角度。
