Description
本发明涉及结合多个发光二极管(LED)的半成品玻璃制品。
根据第一方面,本发明提供如权利要求1所限定的半成品面板。
从属权利要求限定了本发明的优选的或任选的实施例的特征。
本发明的其它方面被限定于其它独立权利要求中。
所述面板可以是窗玻璃面板和/或照明面板(lighting panel)。
本发明的一个优点在于提供半成品面板,即,不适合于在其半成品尺寸状态下使用但是适合于在后续的切割操作中被切割成其所需尺寸的面板。可将半成品面板制成标准的平板玻璃面板尺寸,例如基本上为6m×3m的矩形PLF尺寸、基本上为3m×3m或2m×2m的正方形DLF尺寸或约3m×2m的基本上矩形块的尺寸或大于约0.75m×0.55m的尺寸。
切割到应有尺寸包括将半成品面板修整成这样的尺寸:例如去除其表面积的至多10%或至多20%;当半成品面板被转换成窗玻璃面板时,例如用作窗户、天窗、玻璃隔板或玻璃墙壁覆层,这可能是合适的。或者,切割成应有尺寸可包括从半成品面板生产多个成品片或板;当该半成品面板被转换成窗玻璃面板或照明面板时,这可能是合适的。
直至目前,结合LED的玻璃面板都主要是手工组装的,技工们制造一些零件(item)用于将LED组装到成品尺寸的产品上。也已经有这样的建议,即将含有多个LED的柔性膜结合进弯曲的汽车挡风玻璃中。与这些先前的建议相反,本发明的半成品玻璃面板为结合LED的平板玻璃面板的更广泛用途开辟了道路。与接收订单后从其组成部分制造所需尺寸的面板相反,通过将本发明的半成品面板切割成应有尺寸,接收订单和提供成品面板之间的时间延迟可明显减少。此外,由于本发明的半成品面板的制造而能够大批量生产,得益于此,成品面板的成本可显著减少。
本文所用的术语“平板玻璃面板”应当被理解为指的是具有隔开的基本平行平面的外表面的玻璃面板,尤其是满足用于建筑用途的平板夹层玻璃面板的公认标准所需要的,且与已经在其软化温度下被有意弯曲或弯成所需外形的玻璃面板不同。
提供矩形或正方形片材形式的半成品玻璃面板有助于搬运和运输,尤其是在该片材具有通常用于玻璃工业中的尺寸时。此外,提供标准尺寸形式的半成品玻璃面板可防止在切割成最终尺寸时的浪费。
平面钠钙玻璃,尤其是浮法玻璃,可被用作两个玻璃片之一并优选用作所述两个玻璃片。两个玻璃片之一或两个玻璃片可以是透明玻璃、超透明玻璃或本体着色玻璃。
尤其是当意图用于窗户应用时,半成品玻璃面板可以是基本透明的。在这种情况下,其可具有大于或等于40%、50%、60%或70%的光透射率(CIE光源C)和/或小于或等于5%、3%或2%的雾度水平。
尤其是当意图用于装饰和/或照明目的时,不需要和/或不期望半成品玻璃面板是基本透明的。在这种情况下,可具有小于或等于20%、10%或5%的光透射率(CIE光源C)和/或大于或等于30%、40%或50%的雾度水平。
通过在玻璃片之一的一个表面上直接提供的导电涂层,可提供导电路径。该涂层可以是具有物理厚度为5nm至300nm范围内的溅射涂层叠层,例如包含ITO或银的涂层叠层。或者,可以是热解涂层,尤其是通过化学气相沉积法沉积的,其可具有100nm至5000nm的厚度,例如包含掺杂氟或锑的氧化锡的涂层。该导电涂层的薄层电阻可在1至6欧姆/平方范围内或在2至20欧姆/平方范围内。在导电涂层中可提供阻断(interruption)从而限定一个或多个导电路径;这种阻断可通过在涂层的沉积过程中掩蔽或通过烧蚀例如激光烧蚀、化学蚀刻或磨蚀而提供。直接在玻璃片之一的一个表面上提供导电路径,尤其是以涂层的形式提供,可有助于将半成品面板切割成应有尺寸,因为,在将玻璃切割至应有尺寸的同时,可对导电路径进行切割而不需要额外的切割操作。
或者,导电路径可以由提供在基材上的导电涂层,例如PET膜提供,所述PET膜被置于第一和第二玻璃片之间并例如经由PVB(聚乙烯醇缩丁醛)层而层叠于第一和第二玻璃片的每个玻璃片上。在这种情况下,涂层可以是前述的溅射涂层。
当一些或所有的LED被设置来提供穿过导电路径的照明时,优选使用基本透明的导电涂层。
第一和第二玻璃片可通过塑料中间层层叠在一起形成层叠组件,其中塑料中间层包含一个或多个PVB或树脂片,例如EVA。塑料中间层可以是基本透明的;它在颜色上可以是中和色的或者透明的或可以是本体着色的。
优选地,半成品玻璃面板的大部分表面区域以及更优选基本上整个表面区域具有LED,也就是说这些LED形成间隔的LED的阵列,该阵列覆盖大于50%、60%、70%、80%或90%的面板的表面积。
半成品窗玻璃面板可结合至少50、100或200个LED。
优选第一和第二玻璃片具有2.5mm至10mm范围内的厚度。
半成品玻璃面板和/由其切割得到的成品玻璃面板可以具有如欧洲标准EN12600(通常指摆锤式试验)所定义的3B3、优选2B2和更优选1B1的机械耐性。
下面将参照附图描述本发明的非限制性的实施方案,其中

半成品玻璃面板10包含第一11和第二12平面的、透明的、3mm厚的钠钙浮法玻璃片,所述两个玻璃片通过0.76mm厚的PVB片13层叠在一起。第一玻璃片11的内表面14具有基本上中和色的CVD涂层叠层15,所述CVD涂层叠层15包含SiOxCy的底涂层(undercoat)和上面的SnO2:F涂层。涂层叠层15中由激光烧蚀形成的约70微米宽的阻断16限定了LED17之间的导电路径,该LED17被焊接或以导电粘合剂19连接到激光烧蚀处16的每一侧。每个LED都与第一玻璃片11的涂层15直接接触,图2所示的间隔是示意性的且不表示实际位置。其它的激光烧蚀处18将LED17的阵列分成单独的串联连接的LED行。
在这个实施方案中,LED适合于提供穿过第二玻璃片12的照明,即,不穿过或被涂层15提供的导电路径阻碍。
半成品玻璃面板具有约3m×1.6m的尺寸,且包含以规则的网格排列的约1920个LED,该网格的间隔为5cm,使得二极管阵列基本覆盖半成品玻璃面板的整个面积。每个LED具有约4mm2的表面积。
如图4中示意性地所示,半成品面板10被切割成所需的尺寸,其中三个最终切割尺寸的玻璃面板31、32、33通过在面板10上刻划并将其折断而形成。在本实施例中切下之物34、35是不可用的。通过提供电连接能提供电能使结合的LED发光,从而完成每个最终尺寸的玻璃面板31、32和33。
Claims (11)
1.半成品的平板玻璃面板,适于切割成适合于后续应用的尺寸,包含
第一平板玻璃片,
塑料中间层,
第二平板玻璃片,其通过塑料中间层与第一玻璃片间隔放置,并通过塑料中间层层叠于第一玻璃片上;和夹在两个玻璃片之间的多个LED,这些LED与适合于在LED之间提供电连接的导电路径相连。
2.根据权利要求1的半成品的平板玻璃面板,其中玻璃面板在形状上基本上是四边形,该四边形具有基本为直角的角。
3.根据权利要求2的半成品的平板玻璃面板,其中玻璃面板的尺寸大于或等于从下列尺寸中选出的尺寸,a)1.8m×1.2m,b)2.5m×1.5m,c)2.8m×2.8m,d)5.8m×2.8m。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项的半成品的平板玻璃面板,其中第一和第二平板玻璃片是平板钠钙玻璃。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项的半成品的平板玻璃面板,其中窗玻璃面板是基本透明的。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项的半成品的平板玻璃面板,其中塑料中间层包含pvb层。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项的半成品的平板玻璃面板,其中该导电路径是通过导电涂层提供的,该涂层具有与窗玻璃面板基本相同的表面积,且在该连续的导电涂层中提供阻断,该阻断限定了一个或多个导电路径。

11.促进结合LED的成品玻璃面板的商业化生产的方法,包括将根据前述权利要求中任一项的半成品的平板玻璃面板出售给能将半成品的平板玻璃面板切割成所需尺寸的加工者。
