Abstract

一种移动式输电线路直流融冰装置,由串联阻抗(1)和三相桥式不可控整流器(2)串联组成。所述三相桥式不可控整流器(2)由第一二极管阀组(21)、第二二极管阀组(22)、第三二极管阀组(23)和第四二极管阀组(24)、第五二极管阀组(25)、第六二极管阀组(26)电连接组成。输电线路覆冰时,本装置由串联阻抗(1)接入电网,将三相交流电源转化成直流电源加在输电线路上,利用导线通电后发热将覆冰融化。本装置结构简单、体积小、重量轻、便于移动作业、满足长距离融冰要求且价格低、安全风险低。

Description

移动式输电线路直流融冰装置
技术领域
本发明属于电气工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种移动式输电线路直流融冰装置,该装置适用于对覆冰后的长距离输电线路展开直流融冰处理,以避免输电线路覆冰后发生断线甚至倒塔事故。
背景技术
近年来,因覆冰造成输电线路发生断线甚至倒塔的严重事故屡屡发生。例如公元2008年1月发生在中国湖南省的电网冰灾,即造成大量输电线路倒塔断线,直接经济损失数十亿元人民币,并严重影响了电网的安全运行和群众的正常生活。因此,在输电线路形成覆冰之时及时地对其进行融冰处理,剥离或消除覆冰,防止线路倒塔和断线,保证输电线路的安全运行十分必要。然而,目前采用的除冰装置是一种利用交流短路法设计的融冰装置。使用这种装置要施加线路串联匹配、负荷转移以及大量的现场倒闸操作,十分复杂,操作困难,不能在电网上全面而有效地展开,故难以有效地保护电网的运行安全。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术的落后状况,针对上述交流融冰技术存在的缺陷,设计出一种移动式输电线路直流融冰装置,利用该装置对覆冰后的长距离输电线路进行融冰处理,借以达到减少现场倒闸操作,避免电网负荷转移。且不需线路串联匹配即可实现全电网中多个变电站、多条输电线路的同时融冰,大大降低电网在覆冰后倒塔断线事故的发生率。
本发明的技术解决方案是,所述移动式输电线路直流融冰装置,参见图1,它由串联阻抗1和三相桥式不可控整流器2串联组成。所述三相桥式不可控整流器2由第一二极管阀组21、第二二极管阀组22、第三二极管阀组23和第四二极管阀组24、第五二极管阀组25、第六二极管阀组26电连接组成。其中所述第一二极管阀组21的负极与第二二极管阀组22的负极、第三二极管阀组23的负极并联引出输出端D;第四二极管阀组24的正极与第五二极管阀组25的正极、第六二极管阀组26的正极并联引出输出端E。所述第一二极管阀组21的正极和第四二极管阀组24的负极串联引出输入端A;第二二极管阀组22的正极和第五二极管阀组25的负极串联引出输入端B;第三二极管阀组23的正极和第四二极管阀组26的负极串联引出输入端C。
本发明的工作原理是:当输电线路覆冰时,将本发明电路的串联阻抗1通过开关接入电网中的10kV三相电源。利用串联阻抗1可降低整流过程中的谐波的功能,使得本发明的移动式输电线路直流融冰装置对电网输送的谐波大大减少,从而减少因整流造成的电网电能质量的下降。上述三相电源经串联阻抗1进入三相桥式不可控整流器2。三相桥式不可控整流器2于是将三相交流电源转化成直流电源,然后将此直流电源加在输电线路上,利用导线通电流后的发热作用,将覆冰融化。由于二极管没有导通角控制功能,所以本装置不能调节输出电压之大小。对于特定型号的导线,其待融线路长度的融冰距离范围,以LGJ400导线为例,为50~150km。融冰距离大于150km或小于50km时,电流达不到相应融冰电流限值,则不能将导线上的冰层融化,甚或烧坏导线。此外,由于本装置采用二极管整流,不仅使装置体积缩小、重量减轻,便于在输电线路覆冰期间移动作业、展开服务,且使得融冰的造价大为降低。
由此而来,本发明产生了如下有益效果:
1)、满足长距离输电线路的融冰要求且装置价格低;
2)、装置体积小,重量轻,可实现移动式融冰作业;
3)、装置省略了控制系统,结构简单,使用方便;
4)、采用直流电源融冰,使输电线路的电抗分量不起作用,大大降低了装置容量;
5)、免去了传统交流融冰方式所需的线路串接与负荷转移等繁琐操作,从而大大降低了由此可能产生的安全风险;

具体实施方式
实施例1:参见图1,本发明该实施例的一种移动式输电线路直流融冰装置,其串联阻抗1采用中国湖北绍新特种电气股份有限公司产SL-1125型,每相0.5欧、三相油浸式铁芯电抗器。
其三相桥式不可控整流器2的组件第一二极管阀组21和第二二极管阀组22、第三二极管阀组23、第四二极管阀组24、第五二极管阀组25及第六二极管阀组26均采用中国株洲变流技术国家工程研究中心产ZPx2000-65型,耐压6500V,通态平均电流2000A整流管。上述组件中的第一二极管阀组21的负极与第二二极管阀组22的负极、第三二极管阀组23的负极并联引出输出端D;第四二极管阀组24的正极与第五二极管阀组25的正极、第六二极管阀组26的正极并联引出输出端E。第一二极管阀组21的正极和第四二极管阀组24的负极串联引出输入端A;第二二极管阀组22的正极和第五二极管阀组25的负极串联引出输入端B;第三二极管阀组23的正极和第四二极管阀组26的负极串联引出输入端C。由此构成的三相桥式不可控整流器2已形成中国湖南省汇粹电力科技有限公司研制开发的HXCB-12500/2000型,额定输入电压10kV,输出直流电压12500V,额定直流电流2000A的整流器。
再将该三相桥式不可控整流器2与上述串联阻抗1串联即组成了本实施例的移动式输电线路直流融冰装置。
实施例2:该实施例的串联阻抗1采用中国衡阳特变电工衡阳变压器有限公司产ZS-1125/0.5-3型、每相0.5欧、三相油浸式铁芯电抗器,其它同实施例1。
由此构成的本发明的移动式输电线路直流融冰装置,经试制试用被证明效果良好,完全达到设计要求,可以为电网大范围覆冰后的融冰工作提供一种良好的解决措施。

1.一种移动式输电线路直流融冰装置,其特征是,它由串联阻抗(1)和三相桥式不可控整流器(2)串联组成,所述三相桥式不可控整流器(2)由第一二极管阀组(21)、第二二极管阀组(22)、第三二极管阀组(23)和第四二极管阀组(24)、第五二极管阀组(25)、第六二极管阀组(26)电连接组成,其中所述第一二极管阀组(21)的负极与第二二极管阀组(22)的负极、第三二极管阀组(23)的负极并联引出输出端D;第四二极管阀组(24)的正极与第五二极管阀组(25)的正极、第六二极管阀组(26)的正极并联引出输出端E,所述第一二极管阀组(21)的正极和第四二极管阀组(24)的负极串联引出输入端A;第二二极管阀组(22)的正极和第五二极管阀组(25)的负极串联引出输入端B;第三二极管阀组(23)的正极和第四二极管阀组(26)的负极串联引出输入端C。
