背景技术
具有分配器和携运把手的纸箱是已知的。但是，常规的纸箱可能会具有其强度不足以可靠地运输纸箱的把手。例如，带有相对重的载荷的纸箱，例如放置饮料容器的纸箱，可能会具有强度不足或可靠性不足的把手。纸箱把手可被加强，但是加强通常需要额外的生产成本。
发明内容
依据本发明的示范性的第一实施方式，一种纸箱包括底部面板、由重叠的第一和第二顶部面板形成的顶部面板、侧面面板和端面板。顶部面板包括多层把手(multi-ply handle)，该多层把手包括由重叠的顶部面板形成的至少三个把手层。在一个实施方式中，把手层的其中之一是由重叠的第一和第二顶部面板中的一个形成的加强把手层。

具体实施方式
本发明主要涉及纸箱或具有加强的多层携运把手的纸箱。容纳在本发明纸箱实施方式内的物品可包括容器，例如，比如花瓣形瓶容器、饮料罐、玻璃或塑料瓶，或其他容器，例如那些用于包装食品的容器。为了阐释而非限制本发明的范围，以下详细说明将描述布置在纸箱内的饮料瓶容器。在此说明书中，术语“端”、“侧”、“底部”和“顶部”表示根据完全组装的竖直的纸箱所确定的方位，且不旨在限制本发明的范围。

依据本发明的示范性实施方式，折叠线可为坯件中便于沿其折叠的任何大体上线性的破坏或弱化的形式，但不必须是直的。更具体地，但是不旨在缩小本发明的范围，折叠线的实例包括：刻线、皱折线、沿所希望的弱化线部分地延伸到材料中和/或完全地穿过材料的切口或一系列切口、以及各种这些特征的组合。
在本说明书中，“面板”或“折板”无需是平的或其他形式的平面的。例如，“面板”或“折板”可包括多个互相连接的基本上平的或平面的部分。例如，在图3中所展示的箱子190的端面板130包括多个重叠的折板，并可具有非平面的形状。
为了在此说明的目的，术语“破裂线”或“弱化线”可用于主要指，例如，形成在箱子坯件中的切线、刻线、皱折线、撕裂线或折叠线(或其重叠和相继的组合)。“可裂开的”破裂线是旨在箱子通常的使用期间裂开的破裂线。可裂开的破裂线的实例是撕裂线和切线。
如在此所使用的术语“线”不仅包括直线，而且还包括其他类型的线，例如弯曲的、曲线的或成角度移置的线。
以上实施方式可描述为具有通过胶或“胶线”附着在一起的一个或多个面板。术语“胶”旨在包括通常用于将箱子面板固定就位的全部粘合方式。

Claims (18)

1.一种形成纸箱的方法，其包括：
提供纸箱坯件，所述坯件包括：
第一顶部面板，其包括：可折叠地连接在第一折叠线处的加强把手部分；把手部件；第一把手部分；其中所述第一把手部分位于所述加强把手部分和所述把手部件之间，并且所述加强把手部分至少部分由可裂开的破裂线限定在所述第一顶部面板中；
第一侧面面板，其在第二折叠线处可折叠地连接到所述第一顶部面板上，其中所述加强把手部分位于所述第一折叠线和第二折叠线之间；
底部面板；
第二侧面面板；以及
第二顶部面板；
绕着所述第一折叠线折叠所述第一顶部面板的加强把手部分，使所述加强把手部分与所述第一顶部面板的第一把手部分重叠；
将所述加强把手部分附连到所述第一把手部分；
折叠所述坯件，使得所述第二顶部面板与所述第一顶部面板重叠；
使所述第二顶部面板附连到所述第一顶部面板；以及
至少部分地闭合纸箱的端部。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中，所述加强把手部分的下侧表面附连到所述第一把手部分的下侧表面。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中，所述第二顶部面板包括第二把手部分，其中将所述第二顶部面板附连到所述第一顶部面板包括使所述第二把手部分附连到所述第一把手部分，其中所述加强把手部分、所述第一把手部分和所述第二把手部分相互重叠。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中，所述第二顶部面板的下侧表面附连到所述第一顶部面板的上部表面。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中，所述坯件进一步包括：在所述第二顶部面板中的一对把手部件，所述第二把手部分定位在所述一对把手部件之间；至少一个分配器图案，所述分配器图案限定所述侧面面板中的至少一个中的至少一个分配器部分。
6.如权利要求1所述的方法，其进一步包括在至少部分地闭合纸箱的端部之前，将所述坯件形成为基本上管状的结构；以及
将多个容器装到所述基本上管状的结构内。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法，其中，所述坯件进一步包括：
一对底部端折板，其可折叠地连接到所述底部面板；以及
多个侧面端折板，其连接到每一侧面面板。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法，其中所述坯件进一步包括：
一对第一顶部端折板，其可折叠地连接到所述第一顶部面板；以及
一对第二顶部端折板，其可折叠地连接到所述第二顶部面板。
9.一种由坯件形成的纸箱，在该纸箱中封装有多个容器，所述纸箱包括：
顶部面板，其包括附连到第二顶部面板并与所述第二顶部面板重叠的第一顶部面板，其中加强把手部分、把手部件和第一把手部分限定在所述第一顶部面板中，所述加强把手部分在第一折叠线处可折叠地连接到所述第一顶部面板，在所述坯件形成为所述纸箱之前所述第一把手部分位于所述把手部件和所述加强把手部分之间；
第一侧面面板，其在第二折叠线处可折叠地连接到所述第一顶部面板，其中所述加强把手部分位于所述第一折叠线和所述第二折叠线之间，并且至少部分由可裂开的破裂线限定在所述第一顶部面板中；
底部面板；
第二侧面面板；
第一端面板；以及
第二端面板，其中
多层把手形成在所述顶部面板中，所述多层把手包括由所述第一顶部面板和所述第二顶部面板形成的至少三个重叠的纸板层；
所述多层把手中的两层包括所述第一顶部面板的加强把手部分，该加强把手部分与所述第一顶部面板的第一把手部分重叠并附连，以及
所述第一把手部分邻近于所述加强把手部分和所述把手部件而定位。
10.如权利要求9所述的纸箱，其中，所述第一把手部分和所述加强把手部分是细长的，所述加强把手部分的下侧表面附连到所述第一把手部分的下侧表面。
11.如权利要求9所述的纸箱，其中，所述第二顶部面板包括附连到所述第一把手部分的第二把手部分，所述第二把手部分形成所述多层把手的第三层。
12.如权利要求11所述的纸箱，其中，所述加强把手部分、所述第一把手部分和所述第二把手部分相互重叠，所述第二顶部面板的下侧表面附连到所述第一顶部面板的上部表面。
13.如权利要求11所述的纸箱，其进一步包括在所述第二顶部面板中的一对把手部件，所述第二把手部分定位在所述一对把手部件之间。
14.如权利要求9所述的纸箱，其进一步包括在所述第一顶部面板中、从所述把手部件向外延伸的多个破裂线，还包括至少一个分配器图案，所述至少一个分配器图案限定所述侧面面板中的至少一个中的至少一个分配器部分。
15.如权利要求9所述的纸箱，其中所述第一端面板包括：
第一底部端折板，其连接到所述底部面板；
至少一个第一侧面端折板；以及
第一顶部端折板。
16.一种纸箱坯件，其包括：
第一顶部面板，其包括第一把手部分、邻近于第一把手部分定位的把手部件和邻近于所述第一把手部分定位的加强把手部分，所述加强把手部分在第一折叠线处可折叠地连接到所述第一顶部面板，其中所述第一把手部分位于所述把手部件和所述加强把手部分之间，所述加强把手部分至少部分由可裂开的破裂线限定在所述第一顶部面板中；
第一侧面面板，其在第二折叠线处可折叠地连接到所述第一顶部面板，其中所述加强把手部分位于所述第一折叠线和所述第二折叠线之间；
底部面板；
第二侧面面板，其可折叠地连接到所述第二顶部面板；以及
第二顶部面板，其包括第二把手部分，其中，所述第二把手部分布置在所述第二顶部面板中，用于当所述坯件被组装成纸箱时，与所述第一把手部分重叠。
17.如权利要求16所述的纸箱坯件，其中，所述第一把手部分定位在所述加强把手部分和所述把手部件之间。
18.如权利要求17所述的纸箱坯件，其中，所述坯件进一步包括在所述第二顶部面板中的一对把手部件，所述第二把手部分定位在所述一对把手部件之间。
