Abstract

本发明提供一种更新手机电视终端订购关系的系统及方法，该系统包括手机电视终端、网络侧业务服务器；网络侧业务服务器用于收到手机电视终端用户通过非手机客户端发送的订购或退订请求后更新手机电视终端用户的订购关系，还用于将更新后的订购关系发送给所述手机电视终端；手机电视终端用于接收更新后的订购关系。该方法包括：网络侧业务服务器收到手机电视终端用户通过非手机客户端发送的订购或退订请求后更新该用户在本地的订购关系，并将更新后的订购关系发送给该手机电视终端。采用本发明，实现了当手机电视终端用户通过非手机客户端发起订购或者退订请求时也能保持手机电视终端和网络侧的订购关系的一致。

Description

一种更新手机电视终端订购关系的系统及方法
技术领域
本发明涉及广播式手机电视业务管理系统(MBBMS)，具体涉及一种更新手机电视终端订购关系的系统及方法。
背景技术
广播式手机电视业务管理系统，简称MBBMS，是中国移动制定的一套基于广播式移动多媒体的业务管理和保护系统，它可以利用单项的广播网络提供多媒体内容的下行传输，利用移动通信网络的鉴权管理系统和双向网络传输能力完成对用户的认证、授权、和管理；同时利用移动通信网络的双向通道为移动用户提供互动等增值服务。
在MBBMS业务管理系统中，网络侧维护一个订购关系表，当用户由于订购和退订而引起订购关系变化时，网络侧会自动更新该订购关系表。
手机电视终端上的手机电视客户端启动后，会自动向网络侧请求一次订购关系表，手机电视终端依据从网络侧请求下来的订购关系表，来判断频道、节目或者套餐是否订购，从而来实现对收费内容的控制。
当手机电视客户端启动后，如果用户不在手机电视客户端内操作，而在wap门户或者其它途径来进行订购或退订，则手机电视客户端不能自动更新订购关系，会存在网络侧的订购关系和终端侧的订购关系不一致的情况。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种更新手机电视终端订购关系的系统及方法，实现了当手机电视终端用户通过非手机客户端发起订购或者退订请求时也能保持手机电视终端和网络侧的订购关系的一致。
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种更新手机电视终端订购关系的方法，网络侧业务服务器收到手机电视终端用户通过非手机客户端发送的订购或退订请求后更新该用户在本地的订购关系，并将更新后的订购关系发送给该手机电视终端。
进一步地，所述网络侧业务服务器更新所述手机电视终端用户在本地的订购关系后通知所述手机电视终端其订购关系发生变更，手机电视终端收到通知后向网络侧业务服务器发起订购关系更新请求，所述网络侧业务服务器收到更新请求后将更新后的订购关系回复给所述手机电视终端。
进一步地，所述网络侧业务服务器通过短信网关发送push消息承载的notify消息通知所述手机电视终端其订购关系发生变更。
进一步地，所述手机电视终端通过http消息向网络侧业务服务器发起订购关系更新请求。
进一步地，所述手机电视终端支持广播式手机电视业务管理系统。
本发明还提供一种更新手机电视终端订购关系的系统，包括手机电视终端、网络侧业务服务器；
所述网络侧业务服务器，用于收到手机电视终端用户通过非手机客户端发送的订购或退订请求后更新所述手机电视终端用户的订购关系，还用于将更新后的订购关系发送给所述手机电视终端；
所述手机电视终端，用于接收所述更新后的订购关系。
进一步地，所述网络侧业务服务器还用于更新所述用户的订购关系后通知所述手机电视终端其订购关系发生变更；
所述手机电视终端还用于收到所述通知后向网络侧业务服务器发起订购关系更新请求，以及存储收到的更新后的订购关系。
进一步地，所述网络侧业务服务器通知手机电视终端其订购关系发生变更是指，网络侧业务服务器通过短信网关向手机电视终端发送push消息承载的notify消息通知其订购关系发生变更。
进一步地，所述手机电视终端是通过http消息向网络侧业务服务器发起订购关系更新请求。
进一步地，所述手机电视终端为支持广播式手机电视业务管理系统的多媒体终端。
综上所述，本发明提供了一种更新手机电视终端订购关系的系统及方法，当手机电视终端用户通过非手机客户端发起订购或者退订请求时，网络侧业务服务器主动通知该手机电视终端其订购关系已变更，从而及时更新手机电视终端的订购关系，避免了由于手机电视终端与网络侧订购关系不一致带来的一些列问题。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种更新手机电视终端订购关系的系统及方法，当网络侧业务服务器处理完手机电视终端用户由非手机客户端触发的订购或者退订请求后，更新网络侧的订购关系，然后将变更后的订购关系发送给该手机电视终端，进而保持手机电视终端和网络侧的订购关系一致，避免了由于手机电视终端与网络侧订购关系不一致带来的一些问题。
本实施例提供一种更新手机电视终端订购关系的系统，如图1所示，包括手机电视终端、非手机客户端、网络侧业务服务器；
手机电视终端为支持MBBMS的多媒体终端，用于收到push消息后向网络侧业务服务器发起订购关系更新请求，以及存储网络侧业务服务器回复的已更新的订购关系。非手机客户端可以为wap门户、电话等。
非手机客户端用于将手机电视终端用户的订购或者退订请求转发给网络侧业务服务器。
网络侧业务服务器用于收到手机电视终端用户通过非手机客户端发送的订购或者退订请求后更新本地的订购关系表，并向该手机电视终端发送由push消息承载的notify消息，通知该用户其订购关系已变更；还用于收到手机电视终端发送的订购关系更新请求后将更新后的订购关系回复给该手机电视终端。
本实施例还提供一种更新手机电视终端订购关系的方法，如图2所示，包括如下步骤：
步骤201：网络侧业务服务器收到手机电视终端用户通过非手机客户端触发的订购或者退订请求；
步骤202：网络侧业务服务器根据用户的MSISDN(移动站点综合服务数字编码)更新该用户在本地的订购关系表；
步骤203：网络侧业务服务器通知用户号码为MSISDN的手机电视终端其订购关系已变更，可以但不限于是通过短信网关发送由push消息承载的notify消息通知其订购关系已变更；
步骤204：手机电视终端收到push消息后通过http消息向网络侧业务服务器发起订购关系更新请求；
步骤205：网络侧业务服务器收到上述订购关系更新请求后，将更新后的订购关系发送给该手机电视终端；
步骤206：手机电视终端处理网络侧的回复消息，存储更新后的订购关系。

Claims (10)

1、一种更新手机电视终端订购关系的方法，其特征在于：网络侧业务服务器收到手机电视终端用户通过非手机客户端发送的订购或退订请求后更新该用户在本地的订购关系，并将更新后的订购关系发送给该手机电视终端。
2、如权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于：
所述网络侧业务服务器更新所述手机电视终端用户在本地的订购关系后通知所述手机电视终端其订购关系发生变更，手机电视终端收到通知后向网络侧业务服务器发起订购关系更新请求，所述网络侧业务服务器收到更新请求后将更新后的订购关系回复给所述手机电视终端。
3、如权利要求2所述的方法，其特征在于：
所述网络侧业务服务器通过短信网关发送push消息承载的notify消息通知所述手机电视终端其订购关系发生变更。
4、如权利要求2所述的方法，其特征在于：
所述手机电视终端通过http消息向网络侧业务服务器发起订购关系更新请求。
5、如权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于：
所述手机电视终端支持广播式手机电视业务管理系统。
6、一种更新手机电视终端订购关系的系统，包括手机电视终端、网络侧业务服务器；其特征在于：
所述网络侧业务服务器，用于收到手机电视终端用户通过非手机客户端发送的订购或退订请求后更新所述手机电视终端用户的订购关系，还用于将更新后的订购关系发送给所述手机电视终端；
所述手机电视终端，用于接收所述更新后的订购关系。
7、如权利要求6所述的系统，其特征在于：
所述网络侧业务服务器还用于更新所述用户的订购关系后通知所述手机电视终端其订购关系发生变更；
所述手机电视终端还用于收到所述通知后向网络侧业务服务器发起订购关系更新请求，以及存储收到的更新后的订购关系。
8、如权利要求7所述的系统，其特征在于：
所述网络侧业务服务器通知手机电视终端其订购关系发生变更是指，网络侧业务服务器通过短信网关向手机电视终端发送push消息承载的notify消息通知其订购关系发生变更。
9、如权利要求7所述的系统，其特征在于：
所述手机电视终端是通过http消息向网络侧业务服务器发起订购关系更新请求。
10、如权利要求6所述的系统，其特征在于：
所述手机电视终端为支持广播式手机电视业务管理系统的多媒体终端。
