- 【权利要求2】一种模具成型的空心薄壁构件,空心薄壁构件由包括模板(1)、可转动部件(2)、合紧件(3)的成型模具成型,模板(1)上铺设水泥砂浆料浆胚体(22),料浆胚体(22)中铺设有增强物(23),其特征在于模板(1)的模面上设置有隔模板(11),铺设浆料浆胚体(22)的模板(1)合拢后形成各面全部由模板封面的多面体拼模,脱模成型多面体空心薄壁构件,模板的模面上设置有凸块(7)、凸条(8)、凹槽(9)、凹块(10)或隔模板(11)中的至少一种,应用所述模具进行生产时,可相应得到凹块、凹槽、凸条、凸块或孔洞的多面体构件。

- 【权利要求6】一种模具成型的空心薄壁构件,空心薄壁构件由成型模具成型后脱模形成,成型模具的模板(1)上铺设料浆胚体(22),料浆胚体(22)中铺设有增强物(23),其特征在于模板(1)的模面上设置有隔模板(11),铺设料浆胚体(22)的模板(1)合拢后形成各面全部由模板封面的多面体拼模,全部模板拼合后模板位于料浆胚体的外侧。
- 【权利要求7】一种模具成型的空心薄壁构件,空心薄壁构件由成型模具成型后脱模形成,成型模具的模板(1)上铺设料浆胚体(22),料浆胚体(22)中铺设有增强物(23),其特征在于模板(1)的模面上设置有隔模板(11),铺设料浆胚体(22)的模板(1)合拢后形成各面全部由模板封面的多面体拼模,五面模板拼合,铺有料浆胚体,最后一面铺设有料浆胚体的模板合拢封面。
- 【权利要求8】一种模具成型的空心薄壁构件,空心薄壁构件由成型模具成型后脱模形成,成型模具的模板(1)上铺设料浆胚体(22),料浆胚体(22)中铺设有增强物(23),其特征在于模板(1)的模面上设置有隔模板(11),铺设料浆胚体(22)的模板(1)合拢后形成各面全部由模板封面的多面体拼模,模板在合拢部位留有作业间隙,用于料浆之间合缝。
- 【权利要求9】根据权利要求1至8任意一项权利要求所述的一种模具成型的空心薄壁构件,其特征在于所述的增强物(23)为钢丝网;或者增强物(23)为钢筋、钢丝、钢筋网、金属薄条带、有机薄条带、纤维网、纤维带、纤维丝、纤维网、短纤维中的至少一中;或者料浆之间合缝设置有加强物;或者加强物对接合缝进行加强;或者全部模板拼合后模板位于料浆胚体的外侧;或者五面模板拼合,铺有料浆胚体,最后一面铺设有料浆胚体的模板合拢封面;或者六块模板上铺设有料浆胚体;或者空心薄壁构件有料浆承托件;或者模板的模面上设置有凸块(7)、凸条(8)、凹槽(9)、凹块(10)或隔模板(11)中的至少一种,应用所述模具进行生产时,可相应得到凹块、凹槽、凸条、凸块或孔洞的多面体构件;或者模板上设置有通孔(12)或通槽(13),在模板上设置通孔或通槽后,在应用所述模具进行生产时,多面体构件内部的其它受力构件通过通孔或通槽设置于其内;或者模板的模板边设置有倒角(14)、弧角(15)或台阶(16)中的至少一种,应用所述模具进行生产时,相应得到倒角、弧角、台阶角的多面体构件;或者多面体成型模具由至少六块模板(1)由可转动部件(2)连接拼合而成;或者模板(1)在合拢部位(4)留有作业间隙(5);或者作业间隙(5)部位设置有固定或活动的托模(6);或者托模(6)为一次性托模;或者一次性托模(6)为与产品结合的永久托模;或者永久托模(6)为加劲肋、加劲杆、加强筋、平板或其组合。
- 【权利要求10】根据权利要求1至8任意一项权利要求所述的一种砼填充空心薄壁构件成型模具,其特征在于所述的模板(1)的模面上设置有凸块(7)、凸条(8)、凹槽(9)、凹块(10)或隔模板(11)中的至少一种;或者模板(1)上设置有通孔(12)或通槽(13);或者所述的模板(1)的模板边设置有倒角(14)、弧角(15)或台阶(16)中的至少一种;或者模板(1)的可转动部件(2)所在部位设置有倒角(14)、弧角(15)或台阶(16)中的至少一种;或者至少一块模板(1)的模面尺寸是可伸缩的;或者至少一块模板(1)的模面尺寸是扇形可伸缩的;或者至少一块模板(1)为框架(17)和活动模板(18)或框架(17)和地模(19)构成;或者多面体拼模还设置有接口件(20),接口件(20)固定在合拢部位(4)的模板(1)的模板边上;或者可转动部件(2)为铰链、合页、插销合页、软片、可转动榫头、可转动插槽或插孔、螺栓、插销、滑套中的至少一种;或者合紧件(3)为螺栓、凸轮锁紧、插销、滑套、卡槽、卡套或者铁丝中的至少一种或其组合;或者所述的模板(1)上设置有加强件(21);或者所述加强件(21)为角钢、扁钢、槽钢、钢筋或者木枋等中的至少一种。
