本发明是向社会提供一种新型厨房切菜刀具，波纹菜刀，作用是切菜时不易夹刀和预防粘附。波纹菜刀，在刀板的两侧表面上加工若干条凹陷的槽和突起的筋状物，平行于刀刃，这种刀在切割菜品时，由于凹陷的槽的存在，其中含有一定的空气，在菜品和刀板间不形成真空，突起的筋状物，又迫使菜品脱离菜刀表面，克服了有些菜品容易夹刀的问题。有益的效果是：使用新型波纹菜刀，可以有效防止菜品粘附刀面及夹刀的问题，省时，省力，卫生安全。

本发明是向社会提供一种新型厨房切菜刀具；波纹菜刀，作用是切菜时不易夹刀和预防粘附。
背景技术；
日常生活中，人们在厨房做饭，做菜时均要和菜刀打交道。菜刀由刀柄和刀板组成，由于刀板平整光滑，刃口锋利。被切物在汁液和油脂的作用下，很容易粘附在菜刀表面，给人们切菜带来不方便，有些菜品还容易夹刀，降低了工作效率。
发明内容；
为了克服现有切菜刀，菜品容易粘附刀面的弊端。我采用新的技术方案是；在刀板的两侧表面上加工若干条凹陷的槽和突起的筋状物，平行于刀刃，形成波纹状刀板，这种刀在切割菜品时，由于凹陷的槽的存在，其中含有一定的空气，在菜品和刀板间不形成真空，突起的筋状物，又迫使菜品脱离菜刀表面，克服了有些菜品容易夹刀的问题。
有益的效果是；使用新型波纹菜刀，可以有效防止菜品粘附刀面及夹刀的问题省时，省力。卫生安全。
