本发明涉及一种正反激式开关电源电路,该电路包括开关变压器、二极管I、二极管II、二极管III、二极管IV、电容,所述的开关变压器的次级线圈的3端及4端分别与初级线圈的1端为同名端,所述的二极管I的阴极与开关变压器的次级线圈的3端连接,阳极与电容的负端连接;所述的二极管II阳极与开关变压器的次级线圈的3端连接,阴极与电容的正端连接;所述的二极管III的阴极与开关变压器的次级线圈的4端连接,阳极与电容的负端连接;所述的二极管IV的阳极与开关变压器的次级线圈的5端连接,阴极与电容的正端连接;所述的电容并联在电路输出端的两端。本发明的优点为开关电源上采用了正激反激方式,提高了充电效率,减少了充电器耗电量。

一种正反激式开关电源电路
技术领域
本发明涉及充电技术领域,尤其涉及一种正反激式开关电源电路。
背景技术
当前的铅酸蓄电池充电机都以三段充电式或者小电流恒流充电,这种充电器结构虽然结构简单,但其充电时间过长,最起码8个小时以上,其原因为其充电电流值设定的都比较小,导致充电时间太长。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种充电时间短的正反激式开关电源电路。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:一种正反激式开关电源电路,其特征在于,该电路包括开关变压器、二极管I、二极管II、二极管III、二极管IV、电容,所述的二极管I的阴极与开关变压器的次级线圈正极连接,阳极与电路的负输出端连接;所述的二极管II阳极与开关变压器的次级线圈正极连接,阴极与电路的正输出端连接;所述的二极管III的阴极接在开关变压器的次级线圈中部,阳极与电路的负输出端连接;所述的二极管IV的阳极与开关变压器的次级线圈负极连接,阴极与电路的正输出端连接;所述的电容并联在电路输出端的两端。
电路分正向激励和反向激励:
正向激励时,开关变压器1端为正,次级同名端3端也为正,对应的4端为负。此时二极管II、二极管III导通,次级线圈的3端和4端的能量储存在电容中
反向激励时,开关变压器1端为负,次级同名端3端也为负,对应的5端为正。此时二极管II、二极管III关断,二极管I、二极管IV导通,次级线圈的3端和5端的能量储存在电容中,有效的利用了开关变压器磁芯中泄放的能量。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于在开关电源上采用了正激反激方式,这样可以使电能充分利用,提高充电效率,正激时,电网的能量直接储存在电容里,反激时使电感内储存的能量有效的加以利用,减少了充电器耗电量,这种电路对电容充电的全过程无稳压要求,只对上限电压加以控制。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种正反激式开关电源电路,该电路包括开关变压器T、二极管ID1、二极管IID2、二极管IIID3、二极管IVD4、电容C,所述的二极管ID1的阴极与开关变压器T的次级线圈正极连接,阳极与电路的负输出端B连接;所述的二极管IID2阳极与开关变压器T的次级线圈正极连接,阴极与电路的正输出端A连接;所述的二极管IIID3的阴极接在开关变压器T的次级线圈中部,阳极与电路的负输出端B连接;所述的二极管IVD4的阳极与开关变压器T的次级线圈负极连接,阴极与电路的正输出端A连接;所述的电容C并联在电路的输出端两边。
本发明包含电感线圈T、正激回路(D2-D3)、反激回路(D4-D1),由开关管将能量以高频打入电感线圈T中,正激时用次级线圈的3端和4端;对电容充电;反激时用次级线圈的3端和5端,3端到5端的匝数是3端到4端匝数的两倍,对同样的输出负载来说,能充分的释放磁芯中储存的能量,并把能量转化到电容里,这样可以避免磁饱和,减少功率管故障率。

1.一种正反激式开关电源电路,其特征在于,该电路包括开关变压器(T)、二极管I(D1)、二极管II(D2)、二极管III(D3)、二极管IV(D4)、电容(C),所述的开关变压器(T)的次级线圈的3端及4端分别与初级线圈的1端为同名端,所述的二极管I(D1)的阴极与开关变压器(T)的次级线圈的3端连接,阳极与电容(C)的负端连接;所述的二极管II(D2)阳极与开关变压器(T)的次级线圈的3端连接,阴极与电容(C)的正端连接;所述的二极管III(D3)的阴极与开关变压器(T)的次级线圈的4端连接,阳极与电容(C)的负端连接;所述的二极管IV(D4)的阳极与开关变压器(T)的次级线圈的5端连接,阴极与电容(C)的正端连接;所述的电容(C)并联在电路输出端的两端。
