本发明无齿槽电机涉及的是一种消除电机齿槽效应降低启动扭力矩的无齿槽电机,适用于需低风速启动的风力发电机,特别适用于需消除受齿槽效应影响的电动机和发电机。无齿槽电机,具有机壳、定子、转子、定子绕组、轴承,转子装在定子内,转子装有转轴,转轴两端装有轴承,转轴通过轴承装在机壳两端的电机端盖上,其特征在于定子直接采用带状硅钢片卷成多层筒状压入机壳内壁,在筒状硅钢片内壁安放有定子绕组并粘固。所述的转子由磁体组成。所述的定子绕组采用环氧树脂粘固。

技术领域
本发明无齿槽电机涉及的是一种消除电机齿槽效应降低启动扭力矩的无齿槽电机,适用于需低风速启动的风力发电机,特别适用于需消除受齿槽效应影响的电动机和发电机。
背景技术
目前电机由机壳、定子、转子、绕组、轴承等组成,定子为多层带齿槽的硅钢片叠装在机壳内,绕组镶嵌在定子槽中,因此电机转子磁极运转过程中与定子产生跳动力矩即齿槽效应,严重影响电机的启动和平稳运转,同时定子是冲压件,材料用量大、废料多、模具费用高、用铜量大、生产工艺复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述不足之处提供一种无齿槽电机,定子不采用冲压件,直接用带状硅钢片原料卷成多层筒状压入机壳内壁,再在筒状硅钢片内壁安放定子绕组并粘固,消除齿槽效应,结构紧凑、制造方便。
无齿槽电机是采取以下方案实现的:无齿槽电机具有机壳、定子、转子、定子绕组、轴承,转子装在定子内,转子装有转轴,转轴两端装有轴承,转轴通过轴承装在机壳两端的电机端盖上,定子直接采用带状硅钢片卷成多层筒状压入机壳内壁,在筒状硅钢片内壁安放有定子绕组并粘固。所述的转子由磁体组成。
本发明无齿槽电机设计合理、结构紧凑、制造方便,定子不采用冲压件,而直接用带状硅钢片原料卷成多层筒状压入机壳内壁,硅钢片无废料产生、用铜量少、无需模具,大大降低了成本。由于采用了定子无齿槽,可消除齿槽效应,使电机的启动扭力矩减小和运转平稳。更重要的是本发明可以在电机输入端加上升速装置,可使电机提高数倍乃至数十倍发电容量。无齿槽电机由于消除电机齿槽效应,可以降低启动扭力矩,适用于需低风速启动的风力发电机,特别适用于需消除受齿槽效应影响的电动机和发电机。

具体实施方式
参照附图1,无齿槽电机具有机壳1、定子4、转子3、定子绕组5、轴承,转子3装在定子4内,转子3装有转轴2,转轴2两端装有轴承,转轴2通过轴承装在机壳1两端的电机端盖上,定子4直接采用带状硅钢片卷成多层筒状压入机壳1内壁,在筒状硅钢片内壁安放有定子绕组5并粘固。所述的转子3由磁体组成。所述的定子绕组5采用环氧树脂粘固。

1、一种无齿槽电机,具有机壳、定子、转子、定子绕组、轴承,转子装在定子内,转子装有转轴,转轴两端装有轴承,转轴通过轴承装在机壳两端的电机端盖上,其特征在于定子直接采用带状硅钢片卷成多层筒状压入机壳内壁,在筒状硅钢片内壁安放有定子绕组并粘固。
2、根据权利要求1所述的无齿槽电机,其特征在于所述的转子由磁体组成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的无齿槽电机,其特征在于所述的定子绕组采用环氧树脂粘固。
