发明背景

发明概述
因此,本发明的主要目的是提供阀装置,用于运送来自封闭来源如可收缩容器的流动物质,同时在部分物质分配后防止污染物通过阀装置进入流动物质源的任何返流。
可收缩容器可以是风箱式、管、内袋或设计用来分配其实际上所有内容物的其它类型的收缩形式。容器具有通常关闭的可操控出口面,用于分配流动物质流离开阀装置。容器与阀装置密封接触,以便在流动物质被分配时,其内容物不接受任何污染物。
通过向容器施加压力以便其内容物流到阀装置,实现流动物质的分配。内容物可以是药物如眼部护理液、或在分配多次分配量期间必需保持不含污染物的其它物质。其它流动物质可以是食品或饮料、化妆品、或在分配操作期间意图保持不含污染物的其它流动物质。容器可以由外壳保护,以便压力不被意外地施加。
阀装置是开向流动物质容器的轴向延伸结构。阀装置由开向容器的轴向延伸内芯形成和由刚性塑料部件形成。芯的内部具有从容器接收流动物质的通道。从通道延伸的至少一个孔提供用于运送流动物质离开内芯的开口。
紧密包绕内芯的是轴向延伸柔性膜,其覆盖通过内芯的孔的出口端。当流动物质被加压并通过孔和流向柔性膜的出口端时,柔性膜从内芯向外移动。

发明详述
如图1所示,单向阀装置1由风箱容器或来源2、阀装置3和上盖15组成,风箱容器或来源2容纳无菌流动物质,阀装置3用于在压力施加到容器2时将流动物质从容器2运送至出口,上盖15覆盖阀装置3以防止污染物在贮存期间进入阀装置3。
当压力施加到容器时,风箱容器2收缩,然而,可以应用其它容器如管或容器中的内袋——其允许流动物质的多剂量分配而没有污染物在分配过程后进入容器。
流动物质可以是药物如眼部护理液,食品如产品或果汁,和美容品如皮肤护理液或化妆品,和液态维生素,所有这些都意图于保持不含环境气氛中的污染物。
风箱容器或来源2被轴向延伸外壳6在侧面包绕,以在分配期间提供更好的人机工程(ergonomic)控制。在外壳6中轴向延伸的缝7使得使用者在流动物质被压出时接近容器的致动器2a。
套环8连接阀体3到容器2,提供按比例(scaled)连接,使得环境污染物不能进入容器2中。
阀装置3具有压在容器2的开口上的轴向延伸内芯10,使得来自容器的流动进入内芯中的轴向延伸暗道11。暗道11在内芯的大部分轴向长度上延伸。在暗道11大约一半长度处,内芯具有至少一个孔12,其横向于暗道轴从暗道表面延伸至内芯10的外表面。内芯10由刚性塑料材料组成并在阀体的出口端向内终止。
柔性膜13如弹性膜,在内芯外表面上密切贴合并从容器2中的开口延伸到内芯10的相对端。如在图2a和2b中可见,膜的厚度沿着其轴向长度可变,并且在内芯出口端的区域具有比柔性膜13的其余部分厚得多的轴向延伸连续不间断环状带,也就是说,所述带(band)在轴向上未被轴向延伸的切口分开。
在其接近容器开口的末端,柔性膜13具有外向延伸的凸缘,所述凸缘压在位于容器开口处的内芯上的凸缘上。
轴向延伸的阀盖14环绕柔性膜13,并且如图2a的静止位置所示,与柔性膜的外表面径向外向分隔开。阀盖14接近容器2的端部具有径向外向延伸的凸缘14a,其压在柔性膜末端的凸缘上,使得阀体在容器2的开口处密封。
阀盖14由弹性材料内层组成,所述内层从其凸缘14a轴向延伸至阀体3的出口端并延伸到所述出口端上。弹性材料形成厚度增加的出口端上的软盖7,其在用阀装置分配眼部护理液时特别有优势。这种软盖7防止对眼部的任何伤害。
软盖7具有出口孔7a用于分配流动物质。该出口孔在单向阀装置的静止位置是关闭的,然而,当流动物质被分配并且离开柔性膜的出口端时,其径向内向流到出口孔,出口孔随后打开使得物质流出阀装置。当流动物质被分配并且来源上的压力被撤回时,出口孔7a关闭,阻止进入阀装置的任何返流。
通过选择性地设定可控出口孔7a的尺寸,可以分配滴状量的流动物质,例如,在分配眼部护理液时。如果要分配更多量的流动物质,出口孔7a可以被制为用于分配大量的流动物质。出口孔7a可以被制为提供流动材料喷雾或流。
当不使用阀装置时,上盖15被布置在阀装置上,保护其免受环境污染物的接触和无意分配。
在要分配流动物质时,上盖15被去除并且压力被施加到容器的致动器2a,使得一定量的流动物质流出容器进入内芯10中的通道11。物质流过至少一个孔12并使柔性膜13径向外向膨胀和流向柔性膜的出口端,在此其径向内向地从柔性膜离开进入盖中的出口孔7a并被分配。
通过解除容器的致动器2a上的压力,终止分配操作,并且柔性膜13向内返回与内芯10的外表面接触。柔性膜的内向移动起始于其出口端,原因是其增加的厚度,并且提供与内芯外表面的逐渐接触,使得任何流动物质通过孔返回到容器中,从而污染物不能进入容器。
分配流动物质各部分可以持续进行,直至贮存器几乎完全放空。
如所述,各种药品、化妆品、食品和其它流动材料可以被分配,其中使它们保持不含环境气氛中的污染物是重要的。被分配物质的流动特性决定阀体的类型和尺寸。
形成出口孔7a的材料不吸收流动物质,进入出口孔的任何物质被射出并且不返回内芯和弹性膜之间的空间中。
权利要求书(按照条约第19条的修改)
1.用于分配流动物质的持续密封单向阀装置和输送系统,其包括:
用于贮存所述流动物质的来源,所述来源具有开口;
连接到所述来源开口的阀装置,所述阀装置包括:
i)内芯,其具有用于接受所述流动物质进入通道的入口和至少一个所述通道的孔开口,

Claims (18)

1.用于分配流动物质的单向阀装置,其包括:
流动物质来源(2),其具有开口;
连接到所述来源开口的阀装置(3),其用于从所述来源接受所述流动物质并且用于分配所述流动物质,所述阀装置(3)包括:
轴向延伸的内芯(10),其具有用于从所述来源(2)接受所述流动物质的入口,
轴向延伸的柔性膜(13),其在所述内芯(10)的外表面上紧密贴合,
所述内芯(10)具有与所述来源连通的轴向延伸的通道(11),用于从所述来源接受所述流动物质;至少一个孔(12),其从所述通道(11)开向所述柔性膜(13)的内表面,用于从所述内芯(10)的所述外表面外向膨胀所述膜;
