本发明公开了一体化10kV载波通讯智能开关,设有10kV开关,开关操动机构,还设有10kV小型化载波通讯耦合电源模块、小型载波测控模块;通讯耦合电源模块由小型化10kV电源模块和小型载波通讯耦合器构成,该小型载波通讯耦合器由耦合电容器、可调电抗器和滤波器构成;小型载波测控模块由载波通讯模板、电源模板和测控模板构成;所述电源模块的输入端与开关10kV接线端子连接,其交流15V输出端和公共接地线与载波通讯电源模板连接;所述电源模块和小型载波测控模块,整合装入开关机壳内成为一体化自动化智能开关。本发明适用于10kV配电网的远程测控开关,特别适用于载波通讯配网自动化系统的远程测控开关,安装、调试、维护简便,安全可靠。

一体化10kV载波通讯智能开关
技术领域
本发明涉及一种10kV架空线路的柱上开关,是具有载波通讯远程测控功能的开关。
背景技术:
目前,运用于配电网自动化的10kV架空线路的柱上开关存在以下问题:开关测控电源、分合闸电源需要外置10kV电源,或使用专用的电池装置来提供。开关测控装置在户外与开关分体安装;通讯装置也在户外与开关分体安装。这种自动化开关结构,元器件多、接线复杂,安装和运行检修较为困难,特别是电源、测控装置和通讯装置这三个器件设置在户外,运行环境恶劣容易发生故障。因此,需要对其进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,提出一种一体化10kV载波通讯智能开关,该开关将10kV电源、载波通讯耦合设备、开关测控装置小型化,模块化装入开关机壳内,形成一体,使开关配套自动化装置结构简化,安装调试简单,运行维护简便。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一体化10kV载波通讯智能开关,设有10kV开关,开关操动机构,其特征在于:还设有10kV小型化载波通讯耦合电源模块、小型载波测控模块;所述10kV小型化载波通讯耦合电源模块由小型化10kV电源模块和小型载波通讯耦合器构成,该小型载波通讯耦合器由耦合电容器、可调电抗器和滤波器构成;所述小型载波测控模块由载波通讯模板、电源模板和测控模板构成;所述10kV小型化载波通讯耦合电源模块的输入端与开关10kV接线端子连接,其交流15V输出端和公共接地线与载波通讯电源模板连接;其交流220V输出端和公共接地线与开关操动机构连接;所述载波通讯耦合器的输出端子与载波通讯模板连接;开关操动机构与测控模板测控信号线连接。所述10kV小型化载波通讯耦合电源模块和小型载波测控模块,整合装入开关机壳内。
本发明采用小型化的载波通讯耦合电源模块和小型载波测控模块,将两个器件整合装入开关壳体内,使10kV开关和自动化装置形成一体,具备了户外设备的集成、简捷、智能、实用的特点,具有安装、调试、检测、维护方便快捷,而且运行故障少的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步的说明:实施例1:参见附图2,一体化10kV载波通讯智能开关,设有10kV开关,开关操动机构3,其特征在于:还设有10kV小型化载波通讯耦合电源模块1、小型载波测控模块2;所述10kV小型化载波通讯耦合电源模块由小型化10kV电源模块1.1和小型载波通讯耦合器1.2构成,该小型载波通讯耦合器由耦合电容器、可调电抗器和滤波器构成;所述小型载波测控模块2由载波通讯模板、电源模板和测控模板构成;所述10kV小型化载波通讯耦合电源模块的输入端与开关10kV接线端子连接,其交流15V输出端和公共接地线与载波通讯电源模板连接;其交流220V输出端和公共接地线与开关操动机构连接;所述载波通讯耦合器的输出端子与载波通讯模板连接;开关操动机构与测控模板测控信号线连接。所述10kV小型化载波通讯耦合电源模块和小型载波测控模块,整合装入开关机壳内。
本实施例中载波通讯耦合电源模块和载波测控模块设置在箱体的下部。
实施例2:参见附图3,一体化10kV载波通讯智能开关,本实施例中载波测控模块设置在开关操动机构箱体的中部,其他结构与实施例1相同。
上述实施例经试用效果良好,受到电力部门和用户的一致好评。

1、一种一体化10kV载波通讯智能开关,设有10kV开关,开关操动机构(3),其特征在于:还设有10kV小型化载波通讯耦合电源模块(1)、小型载波测控模块(2);所述10kV小型化载波通讯耦合电源模块由小型化10kV电源模块(1.1)和小型载波通讯耦合器(1.2)构成,该小型载波通讯耦合器由耦合电容器、可调电抗器和滤波器构成;所述小型载波测控模块(2)由载波通讯模板、电源模板和测控模板构成;所述10kV小型化载波通讯耦合电源模块的输入端与开关10kV接线端子连接,其交流15V输出端和公共接地线与载波通讯电源模板连接;其交流220V输出端和公共接地线与开关操动机构连接;所述载波通讯耦合器的输出端子与载波通讯模板连接;开关操动机构与测控模板测控信号线连接。所述10kV小型化载波通讯耦合电源模块和小型载波测控模块,整合装入开关机壳内形成一体。
