- 【权利要求1】一种模壳构件成型模具,包括侧模面(1)、底模面(2),侧模面(1)和底模面(2)围成阴模,其特征在于所述的阴模的侧模面(1)和底模面(2)由模板(3)构成,阴模由至少二块模板(3)拼合组成,在拼合的模板(3)上设置有将模板(3)拼合成一体的拼合装置(4),至少一块模板(3)为形成永久模壳构件的部件(5),模壳构件的部件(5)内含有增强物(6),或者还有增强物(6)露出,拼合装置(4)为连接装置(7)或合紧装置(8)或定位装置(9)中的至少一个,所述的连接装置(7)为铰链、合页、插销合页、软片、企口或榫头中的至少一种;或者所述的合紧装置(8)为螺栓、凸轮锁紧、插销、滑套、卡槽、卡套或者铁丝中的至少一种;或者所述的定位装置(9)为定位孔、定位销、定位槽、定位台阶或者定位块中的至少一种。
- 【权利要求2】根据权利要求1所述的一种模壳构件成型模具,其特征在于所述的拼合装置(4)设置于侧模面(1)的模板(3)上。

- 【权利要求4】根据权利要求1所述的一种模壳构件成型模具,其特征在于所述的侧模面(1)为至少一块模板(3)构成;或者侧模面(1)由两块、三块、四块、六块或八块模板(3)构成;或者底模面(2)为至少一块模板(3)。
- 【权利要求5】根据权利要求1所述的一种模壳构件成型模具,其特征在于所述的拼合装置(4)设置在模板(3)的拼合部位;或者模板(3)的拼合部位在模面的转角部位;或者拼合装置(4)设置在侧模面(1)的模板(3)和底模面(2)的模板(3)之间模面的转角部位或者侧模面(1)的模板(3)之间模面的转角部位;或者模面的转角部位设置有凸形构造(10)或凹形构造(11);或者凸形构造(10)为凸条或凸块或凸杆;或者凹形构造(11)为凹槽、凹坑、凹洞、缝或者孔中的至少一种;或者模面的转角部位设置为削角面;或者模面的转角部位设置为曲线过渡面或者弧形过渡面。
