Abstract

一种电压保护电路包括一电压输入端、一继电器、一警示装置、一稳压二极管、一第一电阻器及一电压输出端,所述继电器包括一电感线圈和一开关,所述电压输入端经所述第一电阻器连接所述电压输出端,还经所述开关接地,所述电压输入端还连接所述电感线圈的一端,所述电感线圈的另一端经所述警示装置接地,所述电压输出端与所述稳压二极管的阴极连接,所述稳压二极管的阳极接地。所述电压保护电路防止连接器接反时,后端电路或装置被烧毁。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电压保护电路。
背景技术
连接器泛指所有用于电子信号或电源连接的组件及其附属组件,主要功能为接通电路或连接电子装置以传输电源或信号。连接器是所有信号间的桥梁,其不仅影响电子装置间信号传输的可靠度,而且决定着电子设备的整体运作。连接器广泛运用于电脑及其周边设备、通讯、消费性电子、交通运输等领域。目前4芯连接器的电压分为12V与5V,使用者在不注意时可能将电压插反,虽然这种连接器有些有防呆设计,但由于连接器使用过久发生老化或材料不良等原因导致防呆功能丧失,使用者在不注意时还是可能将电压插反,导致后端电路或装置烧毁,给使用带来许多安全隐患。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种电压保护电路,对后端电路或装置进行有效的保护。
一种电压保护电路包括一电压输入端、一继电器、一警示装置、一稳压二极管、一第一电阻器及一电压输出端,所述继电器包括一电感线圈和一开关,所述电压输入端经所述第一电阻器连接所述电压输出端,还经所述开关接地,所述电压输入端还连接所述电感线圈的一端,所述电感线圈的另一端经所述警示装置接地,所述电压输出端与所述稳压二极管的阴极连接,所述稳压二极管的阳极接地。
相较现有技术,所述电压保护电路同连接器和后端电路或装置连通时,如果连接器接反,则所述继电器控制所述警示装置发出警示,同时所述稳压二极管控制输出电压在一额定值以下,从而避免了后端电路或装置被烧毁。

图1为本发明电压保护电路的具体实施方式的电路图。
具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明电压保护电路的具体实施方式包括一电压输入端10、一继电器20、一警示装置30、一稳压二极管Z、一第一电阻器R1及一电压输出端40。所述继电器20包括一电感线圈L1和一开关K1。所述警示装置30包括一第二电阻器R2、一发光二极管D1及一蜂鸣器U1。
所述电压输入端10经所述第一电阻器R1连接所述电压输出端40,还经所述开关K1接地,所述电压输入端10还连接所述电感线圈L1的一端,所述电感线圈L1的另一端经所述第二电阻器R2连接所述发光二极管D1的阳极,所述发光二极管D1的阴极经所述蜂鸣器U1接地,所述电压输出端40与所述稳压二极管Z的阴极连接,所述稳压二极管Z的阳极接地,所述稳压二极管Z为一5V稳压二极管。
下面以4芯连接器举例说明,所述电压保护电路连接在一母头连接器的5V电压端,当一公头连接器与所述母头连接器正常连接时,即12V和5V电压端分别提供正常的电压值,所述电压保护电路的电压输入端10得到一5V的输入电压,所述继电器20具有一开启电压,此时所述电压输入端10的输入电压小于所述继电器20的开启电压,所述继电器20不会被开启,与其相连的所述警示装置30不会启动,所述二极管D1不发光,所述蜂鸣器U1也不会发出警示音,所述电压输出端40输出稳定的5V电压提供给后端电路或装置工作。
当使用者误将所述公头连接器与所述母头连接器接反时,即所述公头连接器的12V电压输入到所述母头连接器的5V电压端,所述电压保护电路的电压输入端10得到一12V的输入电压,此时所述电压输入端10的输入电压大于所述继电器20的开启电压,所述继电器20被开启,与其相连的所述警示装置30启动,所述二极管D1发光,所述蜂鸣器U1发出警示音提醒使用者连接器接反,同时所述电压输入端10得到的12V输入电压经过所述稳压二极管Z稳压后,在所述电压输出端40被降低至5V,从而起到了保护后端电路或装置的作用。

Claims (4)

  1. 【权利要求1】一种电压保护电路,包括一电压输入端、一继电器、一警示装置、一稳压二极管、一第一电阻器及一电压输出端,所述继电器包括一电感线圈和一开关,所述电压输入端分别经所述第一电阻器连接所述电压输出端、经所述开关接地及连接所述电感线圈的一端,所述电感线圈的另一端经所述警示装置接地,所述电压输出端与所述稳压二极管的阴极连接,所述稳压二极管的阳极接地。
  2. 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的电压保护电路,其特征在于:所述警示装置包括一蜂鸣器,所述蜂鸣器连接在所述电感线圈与地之间。
  3. 【权利要求3】如权利要求1所述的电压保护电路,其特征在于:所述警示装置包括一发光二极管,所述发光二极管的阳极连接所述电感线圈的另一端,其阴极接地。
  4. 【权利要求4】如权利要求3所述的电压保护电路,其特征在于:所述警示装置还包括一第二电阻器,所述第二电阻器串接于所述发光二极管的阳极与所述电感线圈的另一端之间。
