Abstract

本发明涉及一种IGBT逆变式弧焊机,具体地说是一种IGBT逆变器手弧焊机软启动板,所述软启动板为此类逆变弧焊机的功能板之一。按照本发明提供的技术方案,在电阻R的两端并联连接继电器J1的触点J-1,继电器J1的一端与三极管T1的集电极连接,三极管T1的发射极接电源的负极,电容C1、二极管D2及电阻R1相互并联连接后再接在三极管T1的发射极与基极之间;继电器J1的另一端接电源的正极,并在继电器J1的该端与三极管T1的基极之间接电阻R2;在继电器J1的两端之间连接二极管D1。本发明可使整个电路更安全可靠,延长焊机的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种IGBT逆变式弧焊机,具体地说是一种IGBT逆变器手弧焊机软启动板,所述软启动板为此类逆变弧焊机的功能板之一。
背景技术
电弧焊接技术是指利用弧焊接电源所提供的低电压大电流的特点来焊接金属材料的技术,其原理是在电弧焊机的两极之间产生高温,高能量的电弧由它来加热金属从而融化金属产生金属溶池,使母材和零件的溶池溶在一起就达到了焊接的效果。
随着现代电力电子技术而发展起来的新型焊接逆变电源,由于高效节能、控制性能优异而成为最具发展前途的电弧加工焊接设备。
逆变式电弧焊接设备由电源主电路,控制回路,风冷系统,水冷系统和焊接附具等组成。软启动板作为逆变式电弧焊机主电路部分重要组成部分,其存在对三相整流桥后的滤波电解电容和IGBT的使用寿命有很大的帮助(如图1所示)。特别是当焊机在通电的瞬间,由于开关浪涌电压和电容充电时所导致的电流和电压突变,这些不利因素都加在IGBT的两端,这些都会影响到主回路安全可靠的运行,有时还会引起器件的损坏。
现有的焊机在处理这一问题时有的还没有引起重视,有的采用串联一不饱和电感,使主电路在上电的瞬间靠电感来吸收因滤波电容的瞬时冲电而引起的电流突变。但在关机时电感的反电动势却又在IGBT两端产生新的电压冲击,所以必须加一续流二极管,主电路的安全性不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种可靠耐用,电路合理的逆变弧焊机软启功能小板,改善原主电路存在的不足之处,使整个电路更安全可靠,延长焊机的使用寿命。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,在电阻R的两端并联连接继电器J1的触点J-1,继电器J1的一端与三极管T1的集电极连接,三极管T1的发射极接电源的负极,电容C1、二极管D2及电阻R1相互并联连接后再接在三极管T1的发射极与基极之间;继电器J1的另一端接电源的正极,并在继电器J1的该端与三极管T1的基极之间接电阻R2;在继电器J1的两端之间连接二极管D1。
本发明的电路设计简单优化,安全可靠,电阻性负载使的电路中滤波电容的充电电流成线性下降,其两端电压成线性上升。避免了设备在通电瞬间因电压电流的突变使滤波电解电容和IGBT承受过高的瞬时尖峰电压的冲击。从而提高了焊机的整体使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的具体工作过程:
如图2所示,在电阻R的两端并联连接继电器J1的触点J-1,继电器J1的一端与三极管T1的集电极连接,三极管T1的发射极接电源的负极,电容C1、二极管D2及电阻R1相互并联连接后再接在三极管T1的发射极与基极之间;继电器J1的另一端接电源的正极,并在继电器J1的该端与三极管T1的基极之间接电阻R2;在继电器J1的两端之间连接二极管D1。
其工作过程为:当打开焊机电源时,主回路和控制回路同时得电,电阻R两端的A、B端接在主回路之中(见图1),三相整流后的直流工作电压先通过电阻R对滤波电容C1进行充电,滤波电容C1的两端电压由低到高,继电器J1因电容C1在通电瞬间的充电使三极管T1延时一段时间后导通,继电器J1延时吸合,主回路就有了逆变器所需的直流高电压。图1中的U、V、W为三相电源线,C为电容,Uc为接口。
本发明在电路中起到软启动的作用,当焊机在通电的瞬间,三相整流后的电压经电阻R向电容C1充电,吸收了尖峰脉冲电压,在延时一段时间后继电器J1吸合,启动过程结束,实现了软启动过程。

Claims (1)

1.IGBT逆变器手弧焊机软启动板,其特征是:在电阻(R)的两端并联连接继电器(J1)的触点(J-1),继电器(J1)的一端与三极管(T1)的集电极连接,三极管(T1)的发射极接电源的负极,电容(C1)、第二二极管(D2)及电阻(R1)相互并联连接后再接在三极管(T1)的发射极与基极之间;继电器(J1)的另一端接电源的正极,并在继电器(J1)的该端与三极管(T1)的基极之间接电阻(R2);在继电器(J1)的两端之间连接第一二极管(D1)。
