the user can set different communication willingness according to the state of the user, for example, when the state of the called user is 'meeting', the user can set all voice incoming calls to be sent to an electronic mailbox in a voice electronic mail mode and prompt the called user through a short message; or setting an alert tone to inform the calling user that the called party is in a meeting, and turning to a voice mailbox, etc. Also for example, when the called subscriber status is "away", it may set to forward a voice call to another number, or access a voice mailbox, and play an alert tone to prompt the calling subscriber, etc.
Step 106, according to the communication intention set by the called user, the PCM service platform sends the communication intention to the IMS core network;
and step 107, the IMS core network sends a message to the calling user and the called user according to the communication intention.
After receiving the willingness to communicate, the IMS core network may forward the content in the willingness to the calling user, then receive the willingness to communicate sent by the PCM service platform, and forward the willingness to the called user. Or after receiving the communication will to be forwarded to the calling user and the called user at the same time, forwarding the two at the same time or sequentially. Step 303, the PCM service platform returns a communication wish setting list of the user to the terminal and presents the communication wish setting list to the user;

Setting up the communication willingness of the user, as shown in fig. 5, comprises the following steps:
step 401, when a user wants to modify own communication wish list, the user terminal sends a request to a PCM service platform;
the user can set own communication willingness in a mode of Web, PC, mobile phone client and the like, and the communication willingness can comprise a prompting mode and also can comprise own blacklist and the like.
Step 402, the PCM service platform checks whether the modification request submitted by the user conforms to the corresponding service logic, if not, step 406 is executed; otherwise, go to step 403;
the step is mainly used for verifying the grammar and the request rationality of the modification request submitted by the user by the service platform.
Step 403, the PCM service platform accepts the request for modifying the communication will of the user, and updates the communication will list;
step 404, the PCM service platform informs the personal communication management terminal that the modification is successful;
step 405, the personal communication management terminal informs the user that the modification is successful and enters a running state;
step 406, entering an error handling mode, maintaining the original communication wishlist, and entering an operation state.

For example, when the state change of a specific called user is changed from 'on-line' to 'meeting', the system automatically sends an email containing meeting schedule to the specific called user according to the communication intention preset by the user, and the calling user in the scene can be a secretary or administrative assistant of the specific called user. For example, when the status change of the specific called user changes from "busy" to "rest", the system automatically sends a short message containing the contents of joke or today's news abstract to the specific called user according to the preset communication desire of the user.
The invention combines and abstracts the traditional communication modes, defines the communication capability in the existing network as the communication willingness, and provides various communication willingness for users to select and flexibly set by the value-added application, specifically comprising voice call-to-voice message, voice call-to-voice e-mail, text message-to-e-mail, call forwarding, call rejection, call connection, prompt tone playing and short message notification. The communication will can be changed and combined flexibly by the user according to the needs. Based on the patent, the value-added application of combining the user state presentation with communication modes such as voice, message, e-mail and the like can be realized.

Claims (25)

1. A system for implementing caller-callee call processing based on user status presence, comprising: presence service devices and personal communication management service Platforms (PCMs), wherein,
the presentation service device is used for releasing user presentation information, setting a communication intention required by the personal communication management service, uploading the communication intention to the PCM service platform, and carrying out calling and called call prompt control according to the communication intention corresponding to the current state; the presence service device includes: an integrated proxy, an IMS core network, and a presence service platform and a user terminal respectively connected with the IMS core network, wherein,
the presence service platform is used for receiving and storing presence information; publishing the presence information to the PCM service platform via the integration broker;
the IMS core network is used for sending a presence information subscription request of the presence service platform to the user terminal and sending the presence information to the presence service platform; the PCM service platform is used for routing the call of the calling subscriber to the PCM service platform; the system comprises a service platform, a service platform and a service platform, wherein the service platform is used for sending a presence information subscription request of the PCM service platform to the presence service platform; the system is used for carrying out prompt control according to the communication intention of the PCM service platform;
the user terminal is used for issuing the presentation information; the system comprises a PCM service platform, an integration proxy and a communication system, wherein the integration proxy is used for downloading a communication wish list from the PCM service platform and uploading a set communication wish;
the PCM service platform is used for subscribing and receiving the user presence information issued by the presence service device and storing the communication intention uploaded by the presence service device; and searching the willingness to communicate according to the current state information and sending the willingness to the IMS core network of the service presenting device.
2. The system for implementing a calling-called call process based on user status presence as recited in claim 1, further comprising,
and the media server is used for carrying out prompt control according to the communication intention of the PCM service platform when the communication intention comprises audio and/or video prompt control.
3. The system for implementing calling and called call processing based on user status presence as claimed in claim 1 wherein the PCM service platform comprises a PCM Server (PCM Server) and a PCM XML document management Server (PCM XDMS), wherein,
the PCM Server is used for subscribing, inquiring and receiving the presentation information; acquiring a communication intention from the PCM XDMS according to the presentation information, and sending a prompt message according to the communication intention;
PCM XDMS, for preserving the communication willingness needed by personal communication management service.
4. The system for implementing calling and called call processing based on user state Presence as claimed in claim 1, wherein the Presence service platform comprises a Presence service server (Presence Server) and a Presence service XML document management server (Presence XDMS), wherein,
the Presence Server is used for receiving and storing the Presence information and sending the Presence information to the Presence XDMS;
the Presence XDMS is used for distributing the Presence information to the PCM service platform.
5. The system for implementing calling and called call processing based on user state presence as claimed in claim 1, wherein the user terminal comprises a subscriber (watch), an information source (presentities) and an XML Document Management Client (XDMC), wherein,
the Watcher is used for subscribing the state presence information;
the presence is used for issuing state presentation information;
and the XDMC is used for downloading the communication willingness list from the PCM service platform and uploading the set communication willingness.
6. The system for implementing a calling-called call process based on user status presence as recited in claim 1,
the PCM service platform realizes the routing of messages and the subscription and notification of user state information through an ISC interface in an IMS network; receiving a call meeting an initial filtering criterion triggering condition by combining a service triggering mechanism of an IMS system; the PCM service platform supports a Cr interface with the media server.
7. The system for implementing a calling-called call process based on user status presence as recited in claim 3,
the PCM XDMS adopts an XCAP interface to be connected with the integrated proxy and is used for saving the communication willingness required by the personal communication management service; the PCM Server is connected with the PCM XDMS by adopting an XCAP interface and is used for acquiring a communication intention from the PCM XDMS according to the presentation information; the PCM Server is connected with the IMS core network by adopting an SIP interface and is used for subscribing the presence information, receiving the presence notice, receiving and sending the call request of the user.
8. The system for implementing a calling-called call process based on user status presence as recited in claim 2,
the media server receives SIP information sent by an IMS core network, the request of the SIP information comprises a link address for downloading the willingness to communicate, the willingness to communicate is downloaded from the PCM service platform according to the link address, and prompt control is executed through the IMS core network.
9. The system for implementing a calling-called call process based on user status presence as recited in claim 1,
the user terminal sets a communication intention based on Web or sets a communication intention based on XCAP technology; the willingness to communicate includes a prompt means, a black and white list of nameplates, and/or a list of contacts.
10. The system for implementing a calling-called call process based on user status presence as recited in claim 5,
the PCM service platform is also used for subscribing and receiving a user state information change notification sent by the IMS core network, and re-inquiring a communication intention corresponding to the state information when the user state information change notification changes; subscribing and receiving a communication intention document change notification sent by an IMS core network, and updating when the communication intention changes;
the presence service platform is also used for subscribing and receiving the state information change notification sent by the IMS core network and updating the state information document when receiving the change notification; subscribing and receiving a user policy change notification sent by an IMS core network, and updating when the user policy change notification changes;
and the user terminal also subscribes and receives a user policy change notification sent by the IMS core network, and downloads a communication wishlist from the PCM service platform when the user policy change notification changes.
11. The system for implementing a calling-called call process based on user status presence as recited in claim 10,
the Watcher is also used for subscribing the Resource List Server (RLS) presence information and receiving the notice, and subscribing the subscriber information;
and the presence service platform is used for receiving and storing the RLS presence information and the subscriber information and publishing the RLS presence information and the subscriber information to the PCM service platform through the integrated proxy.
12. The system for implementing a calling-called call process based on user status presence as recited in claim 11,
the PCM service platform subscribes for changing states according to a preset strategy, and comprises the steps of inquiring the user state according to each service trigger or periodically subscribing for changing the states according to a preset strategy.

A method for realizing calling and called call processing based on user state presence is applied to a calling and called call processing system comprising a personal communication management service Platform (PCM) and a presence service device, wherein the presence service device further comprises: the integrated agent, IMS core network, and the present service platform and the user terminal which are respectively connected with the IMS core network, comprising the following steps:
(1) an IMS core network of a presence service device receives a user call, and routes the call to a PCM service platform after service triggering;
(2) the PCM service platform acquires the current state information of the called user from the service presenting device and inquires the communication intention of the called user in the state according to the state information; the method comprises the following steps:
(21) the PCM service platform sends a query request to the presence service platform through the IMS core network to request for querying the state information of the called user;
(22) after the presence service platform confirms that the authentication and the certification are passed, the current state of the called party is returned through the integrated agent;
(23) after receiving the called state information, the PCM service platform inquires the communication intention of the called user in the state;
(3) the PCM service platform sends the communication intention to the IMS core network of the presence service device, and the IMS core network of the presence service device sends calling and called call prompt control.
14. The method for implementing caller-callee call processing based on user status presentation as recited in claim 13, the applied caller-callee call processing system further comprising a media server,
in the step (3), when the willingness to communicate includes audio and/or video prompt control, the PCM service platform sends the willingness to communicate to the media server, and the media server executes the prompt control.
15. The method of claim 13, wherein step (3) comprises:
(31) the PCM service platform sends a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) message request to a media server, a TCP channel is required to be opened, and the SIP message request comprises a link address for downloading a communication intention;
(32) the media server opens the channel and sends a response;
(33) the media server downloads a media control command from the PCM service platform;
(34) the PCM service platform responds to the request, namely transmits a media control command;
(35) the media server informs the PCM service platform that the media control command is being executed;
(36) the media server sends SIP message request to PCM service platform to inform the end of the execution of media control command and close TCP channel.
16. The method for processing a calling/called call based on the user status presence as claimed in claim 13, wherein in step (1), the service operation procedure executed before the calling user initiates the call to the called user comprises:
(11) a user logs in;
(12) setting a communication desire of a user;
(13) click to dial.
17. The method for implementing calling and called call processing based on user status presence as claimed in claim 16, wherein in step (11), the following steps are performed:
(111) when a user starts personal communication management terminal software or logs in a PCM service platform, a request for downloading a communication wish setting list is sent;
(112) the PCM service platform firstly judges whether the authentication is passed, if the authentication is passed, the step (113) is executed, otherwise, the error processing is carried out;
(113) and the PCM service platform returns the communication wish setting list of the user to the terminal and presents the communication wish setting list to the user.
18. The method of implementing a calling-called call process based on user status presence as recited in claim 17,
in step (111), when the communication wish list changes, the PCM service platform notifies the user terminal of the change, and updates the user communication wish setting list.
19. The method of implementing a calling-called call process based on user status presence as recited in claim 17,
in the step (12), the user terminal sets up willingness to communicate based on the Web, or sets up willingness to communicate based on the XCAP technology, where the willingness to communicate includes a prompting mode, an authorization policy, and a black-and-white list.
20. The method of claim 17 wherein the step (12) comprises:
(121) a user terminal sends a request for modifying a communication wishlist to a PCM service platform, wherein the request comprises the modified communication wishlist;
(122) the PCM service platform receives the communication intention modification request of the user, updates the communication intention list and informs the personal communication management terminal of successful modification;
(123) and the personal communication management terminal informs the user of successful modification and enters an operation state.
21. The method of claim 20 wherein the method for performing calling and called call processing based on user status presence,
in the step (122), the PCM service platform verifies the grammar of the modification request submitted by the user and the rationality of the request, and if the modification request passes the verification, the PCM service platform continues to execute the modification request; otherwise, entering error processing and maintaining the original communication wishlist.
22. The method of claim 13 wherein the method for performing calling and called call processing based on user status presence,
in the step (2), when the user strategy changes, the communication wishlist updated by the service device is presented, and the PCM service platform inquires the updated communication wishlist; or when the user state information changes, the PCM service platform inquires the corresponding communication intention according to the updated state information.

in the step (2), the user current state information includes user presence information, RLS presence information and/or subscriber information.
25. The method of implementing a calling-called call process based on user status presence as recited in claim 14,
in step (21), the PCM service platform implements message routing, subscription and notification of user state information through the ISC interface in the IMS network; and receiving the call meeting the triggering condition of the initial filtering criterion by combining a service triggering mechanism of the IMS system.
