Abstract

本发明公开了一种以太网支持SSM转发的方法及系统，其核心是：通过组播源SIP和组播组IP地址GIP的组合映射得到SS－DMAC，以太网交换设备基于SS－DMAC配置转发端口列表，路由器在进行SSM转发IP报文的以太网封装时，将SS－DMAC作为DMAC标识封装到报文中，使得以太网报文的DMAC中含有组播源SIP的信息，从而使以太网交换设备在进行基于VLAN+DMAC的组播转发时，能够支持SSM。相对于现有技术，采用本发明所述的方法，有助于降低整个网络的设备成本和升级成本，最大程度兼容现有设备，降低运营商的投资成本。
