Abstract

本发明提供了一种用于禽、畜类的乙酰水杨酸肽,由如下组分组成:乙酰水杨酸1mg,多肽1~2mg,氨基酸类0.2~2mg,注射用水5~10ml,多肽采用肌肽、聚合氨基酸、玉米肽、大豆肽、鱼精蛋白肽中的1~3种,氨基酸类采用甘氨酸、亮氨酸、缬氨酸、精氯酸、赖氨酸中的1~3种。退热、镇痛效果佳。本发明还提供了乙酰水杨酸肽的制备方法。

乙酰水杨酸肽及其制备方法
技术领域:
本发明与用于禽、畜类的退热、镇痛的乙酰水杨酸肽及其制备方法有关。
背景技术:
目前用于退热、镇痛药物,有阿期匹林。但由于是单一氨基酸复合物,容易引起粘膜出血及阿期匹林副反应等。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服以上不足,提供一种退热、镇痛效果佳,无副反应的用于禽、畜类的乙酰水杨酸肽。本发明的另一个目的是为了提供乙酰水杨酸肽的制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的:
本发明乙酰水杨酸肽,由如下组分组成:
乙酰水杨酸                  1mg    
多肽                        1~2mg
氨基酸类                    0.2~2mg
注射用水                    5~10ml。
上述的多肽采用肌肽、聚合氨基酸、玉米肽、大豆肽、鱼精蛋白肽等中的1~3种,上述的氨基酸类采用甘氨酸、亮氨酸、缬氨酸、精氨酸、赖氨酸中的1~3种。
本发明乙酰水杨酸肽的制备方法,该方法是按比例配料,将多肽溶于注射用水中加温到40~60℃后加入乙酰水杨酸,使之全部溶解,pH为7~8,再加入氨基酸类,搅拌即成。
本发明乙酰水杨酸肽抗炎作用强,是普遍水杨酸的3倍以上,镇痛作用强,使炎症引起的高热、疼痛迅速减轻。
本发明乙酰水杨酸肽退热、镇痛效果佳、无副作用。本发明乙酰水杨酸肽制备方法简单。
本发明申请人作了大量试验。部分试验结果如下:
实施例:
1、猪无名高热
使用本药物0.2-2g肌肉注射,使39-41℃高热的猪在15-90分钟内退热,平均热度下降2-5℃。猪炎症、疼痛减轻,持续时间3-10小时,有效率80-100%。
2、牛、羊感冒发烧
注射本发明药物0.5-6g,使牛羊感冒症状减退,有效率20-90%。
3、鱼虾夏季高温产生应激反应
按本发明药物0.1-1g/m2泼洒,使鱼虾高热烦躁拒食降低,并能正常摄食,有效率60-80%

上述各实施例乙酰水杨酸肽的制备方法,是按比例配料,将多肽溶于注射用水中加温到40~60℃后加入乙酰水杨酸,使之全部溶解,pH为7~8,再加入氨基酸类,搅拌即成。

1.乙酰水杨酸肽的制备方法,其特征在于所述的乙酰水杨酸肽由如下组分组成:
乙酰水杨酸      1mg
多肽            1~2mg
氨基酸类        0.2~2mg
注射用水        5~10ml,
该方法是按比例配料,将多肽溶于注射用水中加温到40~60℃后加入乙酰水杨酸,使之全部溶解,pH为7~8,再加入氨基酸类,搅拌即成。
2.如权利要求1所述的乙酸水杨酸肽的制备方法,其特征在于多肽采用肌肽、聚合氨基酸、玉米肽、大豆肽、鱼精蛋白肽中的1~3种,氨基酸类采用甘氨酸、亮氨酸、缬氨酸、精氨酸、赖氨酸中的1~3种。
