本发明涉及一种管材,特别是涉及一种玻璃钢管。
背景技术
在市政建设中,大量的输电电缆是埋在地下的,此时需要一种管道来保护电缆,目前使用的电缆保护管主要有钢管、PVC管、水泥管和有机玻璃钢管等。钢管的重量较重安装不便,而且价格较高;PVC管的强度太低,用于电缆保护时,其周围还需要浇灌水泥以增强,施工周期长而且麻烦;水泥管则太粗重,施工不便;有机玻璃钢管的综合性能较好,本发明是在基本达到有机玻璃钢管同等的综合性能情况下,进一步降低其造价。
本发明玻璃钢管也可应用于其它场合,如落水管等。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种综合性能优异而造价低廉的玻璃钢管,特别是提供一种综合性能优异而造价低廉的专用于电缆保护的玻璃钢管。
本发明玻璃钢管是双层结构的,其内层是由玻璃纤维增强氯氧镁胶凝体系制成的,外层是由树脂基玻璃纤维复合材料制成的,所述氯氧镁胶凝体系是指:以氯化镁水溶液和氧化镁为基础,添加各种助剂形成的能在一定时间内凝结固化的一种配方体系。
本发明玻璃钢管可作为电缆保护管使用,广泛应用于地埋输电电缆的保护,电缆保护管是直径介于50mm和300mm之间的圆管。
本发明玻璃钢管强度好,造价低廉。

实施方式
实施例:将氯化镁、氧化镁和各种助剂按一定比例调配成一定稠度的浆料,先将一层玻璃纤维网格布缠覆在已采取脱模措施的管模上,再将配好的浆料刮涂在网格布上,并确保浆料充分渗透网格布,如此反复一层一层缠覆刮浆直到要求厚度,经过充分养护固化后,脱模即得玻璃钢管内层管。也可以将玻璃纤维纱或玻璃纤维布在浆料中充分浸滞后缠绕在已采取脱模措施的管模上达一定厚度,经过充分养护固化后,脱模即得玻璃钢管内层管。在内层管外边再以缠绕工艺缠覆一定厚度的树脂基纤维复合材料层,使其形成双层结构,经养护固化后,切割磨边即得玻璃钢管成品。其外层可以选用玻璃纤维增强不饱和聚脂复合材料。
氯氧镁体系可以选用如下配方:
氯化镁        100       氧化镁     120
粉煤灰         15        磷酸       1
硫酸亚铁      0.5        草酸       0.3
水         120~160

1.一种玻璃钢管,其特征在于:该玻璃钢管是双层结构的,其内层是由玻璃纤维增强氯氧镁胶凝体系制成的,外层是由树脂基玻璃纤维复合材料制成的,所述氯氧镁胶凝体系是指:以氯化镁水溶液和氧化镁为基础,添加各种助剂形成的能在一定时间内凝结固化的一种配方体系。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的玻璃钢管,其特征在于:该管是直径介于50mm和300mm之间的圆管,专用于地埋输电电缆的保护,即电缆保护管。
