Abstract

一种导光柱固定装置,用于将一导光柱固定于一设有支撑架的电子设备的机箱,该导光柱固定装置包括一套设并固定于该导光柱的第一套管、一固定于该支撑架的第二套管及一连接该第一套管及第二套管的弹性元件。该第一套管固定于该导光柱,该第二套管固定于该机箱,该弹性元件连接该第一套管及该第二套管,从而使该导光柱相对滑动地组设于该机箱,该导光柱可进行位置调整。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种导光柱固定装置。
背景技术
电子设备(如电脑及伺服器)一般具有电源、硬盘和休眠三个状态指示灯。这些指示灯由于体积小,不易伸出电子设备的机箱,通常是固定在机箱内部由导光柱将光线引出至机箱的面板。导光柱一端(受光端)正对机箱内的显示灯板的发光二极管(LED)等发光体,另一端(指示端)固定在机箱的面板的导光孔内。该导光柱的受光端接收发光体的光源后,传输至指示端。现有导光柱一般是通过其上设置凸柱而固定于机箱,这种固定方式不能自行进行位置调整。对于较长的导光柱,由于装配误差的累积,使得其受光端与发光二极管的间距不合适,造成使用效果不好(如导光柱与发光二极管的间隙过小,会造成与发光二极管干涉)。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可使导光柱可进行位置调整的导光柱固定装置。
一种导光柱固定装置,用于将一导光柱固定于一设有支撑架的电子设备的机箱,该导光柱固定装置包括一套设并固定于该导光柱的第一套管、一固定于该支撑架的第二套管及一连接该第一套管及第二套管的弹性元件。。
该第一套管固定于该导光柱,该第二套管固定于该机箱的支撑架,该弹性元件连接该第一套管及该第二套管,从而使该导光柱相对滑动地组设于该机箱,该导光柱可进行位置调整。

具体实施方式
请参照图1至图2,本发明导光柱固定装置的较佳实施方式用于将一导光柱10位置可调地组设于一电子设备的机箱20,其包括一第一套管30、一第二套管40及一弹性元件50。
该机箱20包括一面板22、一显示灯板24及一支撑架26。该面板22与该显示灯板24相互平行,该支撑架26垂直地设置在该面板22与该显示灯板24之间。该显示灯板24上设有发光二极管(LED)242等发光体。该面板22上对应设有导光孔222。该支撑架26上设有安装孔262。
该导光柱10上设有若干卡槽12。该导光柱10的两端分别为一入射端14及一指示端16。该指示端16可穿设固定于该机箱20面板22的导光孔222。该入射端14正对该机箱20的显示灯板24的发光二极管242。
该第一套管30的管壁沿轴向设一开口32,使得该第一套管30的径向尺寸略大于该导光柱10的径向尺寸,方便组设于该导光柱10。该第一套管30的两端分别设一内折边34及一外折边36。该内折边34可卡设于该导光柱10的卡槽12内。该外折边36上设一固定孔362。
该第二套管40可固定于该支撑架26,其管壁沿轴向也设有一开口42,使得该第二套管40内部的径向尺寸可稍作调整,便于组装。该管壁于该开口42的两侧设有一对卡合件422。对应该第一套管30的外折边36,该第二套管40的一端设有一内折边44,该内折边44上设有一固定孔442。
该弹性元件50是一螺旋弹簧,设置于该第一套管30与该第二套管40之间,其两端分别设有一挂钩52,可分别固定于该第一套管30及第二套管40的固定孔362及442内。
请同时参考图2及图3,组装时,该第一套管30自该导光柱10的指示端14套设于该导光柱10,其内折边34卡设于该导光柱10的卡槽12;该弹性元件50套设于该第一套管30;再将该第二套管40套设于该弹性元件50,将该弹性元件50的挂钩52分别固定于该第一套管30及第二套管40的固定孔362及442内。该导光柱10的入射端14正对该显示灯板24的发光二极管242及该指示端16穿设于该面板22的导光孔22,再相向按压该第二套管40的卡合件422,使卡合件422卡合于该支撑架26的安装孔262内,即将该导光柱10组设于该机箱20。
该第一套管30组设于该导光柱10,该第二套管40组设于该支撑架26,该弹性元件50连接该第一套管30及该第二套管40,从而使该导光柱10相对滑动地组设于该机箱20。由于机箱20内各元件装配误差的累积,使得该显示灯板24的发光二极管242与该面板22的导光孔222之间的距离小于该导光柱10的长度时,该导光柱10可向该面板10的方向移动,而不会与该发光二极管242发生干涉。

Claims (3)

1.一种导光柱固定装置,用于将一导光柱相对滑动地组设于一设有支撑架的电子设备的机箱,该导光柱固定装置包括一套设并固定于该导光柱的第一套管、一固定于该支撑架的第二套管及一连接该第一套管及第二套管的弹性元件,该导光柱上设有一卡槽,该第一套管的一端设有卡设于该导光柱的卡槽的内折边,该弹性元件是一套设于该第一套管的螺旋弹簧,该第一套管的另一端设有外折边,该外折边上设有一固定孔,该第二套管套设于该第一套管及该弹性元件,并对应该第一套管的外折边设有一具固定孔的内折边,该弹性元件的两端分别固定于该第一套管及第二套管的固定孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的导光柱固定装置,其特征在于:该第二套管及该第一套管的壁面沿轴向分别设一开口。
3.如权利要求2所述的导光柱固定装置,其特征在于:该第二套管于其开口的两侧分别设一卡合件,该机箱的支撑架设有与该卡合件相卡合的安装孔。
