Description
Technical field
The present invention relates to bubble generation toy (bubble generating toy), and more specifically, relate to compact (compact size) the bubble generator that generates continuous bubble stream in the direction of expectation.
Background technology
The bubble generator has a lot of adaptability and purposes, and especially has temptation for the child of tender age.A lot of bubble generators on market, can have been obtained. For example, Fig. 1-3 illustrates conventional bubble generator 100.Particularly, Fig. 1 is a side view, and Fig. 2 is a side view cutaway drawing, and Fig. 3 is the top view cutaway view of same conventional bubble generating machine.
This bubble generator 100 mainly comprises outer cover (cover) or shell (shell) 101, motor 102, gear-box 103, pusher 104, wheel 105 and bubble solution liquid reservoir 106.Shell 101 comprises the opening 107 that is used to discharge the bubble that this machine generates.Motor 102 is arranged on pusher 104 and takes turns between 105, and is used for making pusher 104 rotations, to produce air-flow on average direction.Motor 102 works together with gear-box 103 1 and makes bubble that wheel 105 rotations take place. The described wheel comprises a plurality of rings 108 that are fixed to wheel 105 edges. When rotating, ring 108 orders on the wheel 105 are immersed in the liquid reservoir 106 of preserving bubble Generation Liquid (for example rare soap solution), and continue to rotate and shift out from liquid reservoir 106 with following wheel 105.Described bubble solution forms film (film) or rete (membrane) on ring 108.Pusher 104 is blown towards described film water level land and is formed bubble, and bubble discharges via opening 107 subsequently. In general, described ring has line or tooth, allows them to preserve more liquid and also produced a lot of more bubbles thus before the needs liquid make-up.
Yet,, generally be not desirably in horizontal direction and froth for several reasons. For example, the bubble generator places on the horizontal surface usually during use, causes the explosion on described horizontal surface of a large amount of bubbles and froth in the horizontal direction, therefore wastes a large amount of bubble liquid. The bubble of explosion also pollutes around the bubble generator and the surf zone of bubble generator itself, makes and has to clean these surfaces subsequently. In addition, the air-flow of level causes the less hang time of each bubble (air time), because each bubble is overhead nearer when discharging.
It is normally impossible to froth in vertical direction with these systems, because bubble head (head) must the bubble solution liquid reservoir of rotation by level, and therefore must be vertical with these bubble solution or become a right angle. To vertical direction bubble solution is toppled over the whole reclining of this machine (tilt) and go out described liquid reservoir, lose bubble solution source in following this bubble generating machine thus.
In addition, the rotation of wheel 105 generally is to realize by gear-box 103 being joined to the tooth that is positioned at wheel 105 outer rims. The surfaces of revolution of wheel 105 is in alignment basically or parallel with the rotation of motor 102.Therefore, the horizontal length of traditional bubble generating machine needs long enough, adds wheel 105 whole diameter with the length of holding pusher and motor and gear-box, makes that the physical size of bubble generator 100 is very big.In addition, the air-flow that produced of pusher 104 needed to move through the zone that holds motor 102 and gear-box 103 from pusher 104 before arriving wheel 105.Motor 102 and gear-box 103 parts stop the air-flow that pusher 104 is produced. This makes that conventional machine 100 efficient when producing bubble is lower.
Therefore, exist on vertical substantially direction, generating the demand of the compact bubble generator of continuous bubble stream automatically in mode more efficiently.

The outward appearance of Fig. 4-6 diagram bubble generator 200 according to an aspect of the present invention.Specifically, Fig. 4 is the top view according to the bubble generator 200 of the preferred embodiments of the invention.Fig. 5 is the side view of the bubble generator 200 of Fig. 4, and Fig. 6 is a upward view.As shown in Fig. 4-6, generator 200 has by top surface 201, side surface 202 and low surface 203 housings that constitute (housing).Described surface can be cube or hemispherical, the perhaps shape of any other expectation.Described each surface links together by for example screw or welding or glue, and perhaps replacedly, described shell can be whole. As described below, these surfaces 202,202 and 203 are defined for the hollow inside of containing and protecting the intraware (component) of generator 200 together.
With reference to Figure 4 and 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, an opening 204 is arranged on top surface 201, can see ring by described opening 204, and bubble is released by described opening.Replacedly, opening 204 can be positioned at the top section of side surface 202.In other the embodiment, opening 204 is positioned at the drift angle place of bubble generator 200 at some, promptly in the junction of top surface 201 and side surface 202, perhaps in the upper end of side surface 202.By this way, bubble will directly be blown from following air flue, and will be ordered about (propel) on basically away from the direction of horizontal surface.
Here, " basically away from horizontal surface " means bubble and is launched from such angle, is reference with described horizontal surface, and described angle is at least 10 degree. In preferred embodiments, bubble is ordered about with vertical mode (for example about 90 spend 45 degree that add deduct) from horizontal surface, because this is the direction of expecting most, and allows bubble to stop maximum duration aloft before it arrives ground. In the most preferred embodiment, (about 90 degree) order about bubble in essence by vertically.
Can expect easily as those skilled in the art, in bubble generator 200, can also use other variants of opening 204 positions. As long as bubble is from blowing out as the direction in the horizontal surface perpendicular as shown in the conventional bubble generator 100 of Fig. 1-3, then this bubble generator should be regarded as not departing from instruction of the present invention.
In some embodiments of the present invention, mouth (port) 206 who is used for bubble solution is joined the liquid reservoir (Fig. 4-6 is not shown) that is arranged in housing bottom arranged in side surface 202.In other embodiments, described liquid reservoir is independent, and is inserted into the housing from side opening, and described if desired side opening is closeable. In other embodiments of the present invention, described liquid reservoir limiting by basal surface 203 and side surface 202 than the lower part.In other embodiments more of the present invention, described housing also has air inlet 207 (as shown in Figure 7), and described air inlet forms the complete path of the air-flow that pusher drove in the housing together with open top 204.

In another embodiment of the invention, on housing, preferably on side surface 202 (as shown in Figure 8), be equipped with an on/off switch 208.This switch 208 operatively is coupled to the power supply that is used for to the motor power supply of housing together with other necessary circuit.Described necessary circuit is the common practise of association area, and has omitted the description to it herein for simplicity.
Fig. 9-11 diagram is according to the internal structure of the bubble generator 300 of embodiments more of the present invention.Specifically, Fig. 9 is the top view cutaway view according to the bubble generator 300 of the preferred embodiments of the invention.Figure 10 is the side view cutaway drawing of the bubble generator 300 of Fig. 9, and Figure 11 is its backsight cutaway view.
With reference to Fig. 9, bubble generator 300 comprises housing 301, rotor plate 302, pusher or fan 303, motor 304, gear-box 305 and flow channel 306.As shown in Figure 9, housing 301 holds the bubble solution (invisible in Fig. 9) in the liquid reservoir of other assemblies of bubble generator 300 and housing 301.
As shown in Figure 9, pusher 303 can have a plurality of blades (blade) that separate around a central shaft (hub).Pusher 303 operatively is coupled to motor 304.When driven motor 304, pusher 303 is driven by motor 304 and rotates, and produces the substantially horizontal air-flow of air flue 306.In one embodiment of the invention, pusher 303 is a fan.
In order to order about pusher 303 and rotor plate 302, in bubble generator 300, comprise motor.Preferably, only use a motor 304 in whole bubble generator, this will at length discuss below.Yet, one of skill in the art will appreciate that the motor that can use more than reaches same effect as described in this article.
In some embodiments, motor 304 an operatively side is coupled to pusher 303 and opposite side is coupled to gear-box 305, and described gear-box is operated described rotor plate 302 by structure to be discussed below again.Motor 304 work make the main source of the motion of pusher 303 and rotor plate 302 rotations as generation. In one embodiment, motor 304 also is electrically coupled to power supply and other necessary circuit by switch.By operating described switch, can conducting/described motor disconnected.
Preferably, gear-box 305 is used to make the gear of rotor plate 302 rotations to constitute by one group. In some embodiments, gear-box 305 is coupled to motor 304 and is coupled to rotor plate 302 at opposite side in a side. Can use main shaft 308 to connect motor 305 and gear-box.Gear train in the gear-box 305 can dispose by this way, and promptly when driven motor 304, gear-box 305 makes described rotor plate 302 to rotate than pusher 303 slow rotary speeies (rotating velocity). This specific structure can allow motor 304 to play two kinds of effects: 1) motor 304 rotates with higher speed and makes pusher 303 rotation, and produces enough air-flows thus and form bubble; 2) motor 304 rotates gear-box 305, and gear-box 305 makes rotor plate 302 with lower speed rotation, moves through described air-flow lentamente to allow described ring, allows to form when blows air over ring 309 bubble thus.In some embodiments, lower rotary speed is to realize by the gear ratio (gear ratio) that changes gear-box 305 inner different gears. Can easily expect as those skilled in the art, can use other structure/structures to realize identical functions, for simplicity, will repeat no more in this article.
In some embodiments, flow channel 306 is set at pusher 303 and towards between the ring 309 of opening 307 rotation. In other words, flow channel 306 just is positioned at (beyond) outside the pusher 303, and in rotating disk 302 inboards, accept air thus from pusher 303, and because the shape of flow channel and guide air for the air-flow that makes progress again and to be directed to open top (invisible among Fig. 9, but referring to the opening among Figure 12 407, wherein the opening 407 of flow channel 306/406 is overlapping to small part and opening 307, to guarantee that air is blown out from opening 307 efficiently).
Depend on opening 307 in the lip-deep position of bubble generator, flow channel 306 can have different shape. For example, when opening 307 was set at the top surface of bubble generator, flow channel can be L shaped passage, and the air-flow that described L shaped passage generates pusher 303 is directed to direction towards the perpendicular of opening 307 from horizontal direction. In other embodiments, when opening 307 is set at the another part on bubble generator surface, can use difform flow channel.Unique requirement is that this flow channel holds air-flow and the opening in the outside housing and guides described air-flow (so flow channel opening and shell nozzle major part overlapping) again.
Form contrast with the conventional bubble generator 100 as shown in Fig. 1-3, bubble generator 300 of the present invention has more compact structure.Shown in Fig. 9-10, in one embodiment of the invention, rotor plate 302 rotates in the plane of the common rotating shaft line I-I ' that is substantially perpendicular to motor 304.In other words, in preferred embodiments, motor 304, pusher 303 and rotor plate 302 are all shared a common rotating shaft line I-I '." common axis " structure like this makes bubble generator 300 compacter such as the conventional bubble generator shown in Fig. 1, because the thickness of the present receiving ring rotating disk 302 of the length of bubble generator but not the diameter of rotor plate 302.Therefore, the size of bubble generator 300 can be reduced greatly.
In order further to reduce the size of bubble generator 300, the some parts of rotating disk 302, pusher 303 and/or motor 304 can overlap each other on its locus. For example, as shown in Figure 9, pusher 303 partly is arranged in the circular space that rotor plate 302 limited.Other structures also are possible.
Should be noted that, can also use the variant of above-described common rotating shaft line I-I ', and not depart from instruction of the present invention. For example, motor 304 can have rotation I-I ' (not shown), and pusher 303 can have different rotation A-A ' (not shown), and rotor plate 302 can have another rotation B-B ' (not shown). These 3 axis can be offset mutually, and keep parallel to each other basically simultaneously. In certain other embodiments, between any two of these axis, can there be the angle of about 5 degree, 10 degree, 15 degree, 20 degree, 25 degree, 30 degree, 35 degree, 40 degree, 45 degree or the like. Can realize described one or more skew and angle by using different gear-box structures and/or one or more rotating shaft that connects motor 304, pusher 303 and rotor plate 302.As the skilled person will appreciate, the variant of top " substantially parallel " also falls in the restriction of " common axis " that limit as appended claims.
About the more detailed diagram of " common axis " structure of being described among Fig. 9-11, with reference to Figure 12.Figure 12 is the decomposition view according to the bubble generator 400 of the preferred embodiments of the invention.According to Figure 12, the flow channel 406 of Figure 12, pusher 403, motor 404, gear-box 405 and rotor plate 402 correspond respectively to flow channel 306, pusher 303, motor 304, gear-box 305 and the rotor plate 302 of Fig. 9-11.In a preferred embodiment of the invention, bubble generator 400 also comprises connecting piece (connecting junction) 4010 and rotating disk circulator 4011.
Connecting piece 4010 is arranged between flow channel 406 and the rotating disk circulator 4011, and comprises the housing 4012 that keeps motor 404.As shown in Fig. 9-12, according to one embodiment of the invention, motor 404 has the axle 308 that is connected to gear-box 405, and described gear-box 405 has the output gear of the axial gears (inline gear) (not shown in the accompanying drawing) that is connected to rotating disk circulator 4011.When driven motor 404, motor 404 will finally make 4011 rotations of rotating disk circulator by the output gear of gear-box 405 and the axial gears of rotating disk circulator 4011.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the connection between connecting piece 4010 and the flow channel 406 is fixed to flow channel 406 by screw or other modes with connecting piece 4010.On the other hand, connecting piece 4010 structurally is not connected to rotating disk circulator 4011.They are actually two separate parts adjacent each other.
In preferred embodiments, rotating disk circulator 4011 is not fixed to rotor plate 402.On the contrary, it is closely adjacent with rotor plate 402 that described rotating disk circulator is set to, thereby the rotation of rotating disk circulator 4011 forces and rotate the rotor plate 402 that is attached to circulator by frictional force.According to one embodiment of the invention as shown in Figure 13, rotating disk circulator 4011 comprises the connection edge 4013 of ring-type, and this edge 4013 is good fit with the inward flange 4014 of rotor plate 402, promptly mutually closely relatively. When motor 404 makes 4011 rotations of rotating disk circulator, the connection edge 4013 of rotating disk circulator 4011 will apply frictional force on the inward flange 4014 of rotor plate 402, and will cause rotor plate correspondingly to rotate.
Directly or by the traditional structure that gear-box/rotating disk circulator is fixed to rotor plate 406 compare with motor, " adhering to " structure of novelty of the present invention plays the effect of security mechanism (safety mechanism). For example, will point or pencil when reaching in the hole of machine for soap-bubble when people (for example child) accident, rotor plate 402 will stop the rotation. If rotating disk circulator 4011 is fixed to rotor plate 402, then rotor plate 402 will be not easy to be stopped, and this may cause the injury to these children. And if force rotor plate 402 to stop, rotor plate 402 will force gear-box 405 and motor 404 to stop again, and this may cause the overheated and/or gear of motor 404 to come off.In superincumbent " adhering to " design, such problem is avoided, because rotating disk circulator 4011 only is attached to rotor plate 402 by friction, if and therefore rotor plate 402 is unexpectedly stopped, rotating disk circulator 4011 can oneself rotation, and prevents overheated to operator's injury and/or motor 404 thus.
When each assembly among Figure 12 was assembled together, the part of gear-box 405, motor 404 and connecting piece 4010 was positioned at the cylindrical hollow part of rotating disk circulator 4011.Air flue 406 is formed for guiding the curved tube (winding drum) of the air-flow that pusher 403 produced with another part of connecting piece 4010.
The bubble generator of novelty of the present invention has several advantages that are better than conventional bubble generator as shown in Fig. 1-3.At first, as described above, have the size that reduces according to the bubble generator of one embodiment of the invention, because motor, pusher and rotor plate are shared a public or public basically rotation. The second, different with conventional bubble generator, the pusher of bubble generator of the present invention is set between rotor plate and the motor. Therefore the air-flow that pusher produced directly blows on the machine for soap-bubble rotating disk, and the motor of conventional bubble generator will stop that pusher produces some air-flows.To increase the productive rate of the bubble that is generated to utilizing more fully of air-flow among the present invention. In addition, might use less pusher, less curved tube and less motor to the high efficiency of air-flow with making, this further reduces the size of bubble generator.
In addition, the bubble generator of compact of the present invention (for example the bubble generator 300) can activate the rotation of flow generator (for example pusher 303) and bubble generator (for example rotor plate 302) simultaneously with different speed.Equally, use flow channel 306 or 406, bubble generator of the present invention can produce bubble on the direction of perpendicular, therefore gives the longer bubble hang time (airtime). In addition, according to one embodiment of the invention, such structure of bubble generator---be rotating disk circulator adhere to but be not fixed to rotor plate---provides to prevent the overheated security mechanism of motor when rotor plate is forced to stop.
Although particular of the present invention is mentioned in top description, should be appreciated that, can make a lot of modifications and do not depart from spirit of the present invention. For example, flow channel and connecting piece can be combined into single component together, and can be with self the liquid reservoir that holds the independent container setting of bubble solution or be attached to that housing that the bubble generator substitutes the bubble generator forms.Appended claims has been described scope of the present invention best.
