本发明属于高分子材料的制造,涉及一种以高分子材料为主要原料的铁路机车部件,具体是一种铁路货车旁承磨耗板材料。该材料的原料组份及其重量份配比是:己内酰胺120-160份;十二内酰胺30-50份;丁苯橡胶粉20-40份;氢氧化钠1-1.2份;列克纳胶12-15份;硅灰石粉10-15份。本发明与传统的铁路货车旁承磨耗板材料相比,其摩擦系数可以从通常的0.1-0.15提高到0.3-0.4,而在此摩擦系数条件下又同时具有较高的耐磨性,因而使相应的车辆部件具有较高的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料的制造,涉及一种以高分子材料为主要原料的铁路机车部件,具体是一种铁路货车旁承磨耗板材料。
背景技术
铁路货车旁承磨耗板使用在铁路货车转向架的两簧上,是车厢与转向架连接的接触面。其使用性质要求它必须具有足够大的摩擦系数,不能使接触面的横向力变大,降低转向架的横向加速度,以保证车辆的行驶不会发生蛇行走动,保证行车安全。现有用于铁路货车旁承磨耗板的材料往往难以兼顾摩擦系数和耐磨性要求,在较高的摩擦系数下其耐磨性往往较低,从而缩短了产品的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够获得较高的摩擦系数,同时耐磨性好,能提高产品使用寿命的铁路货车旁承磨耗板材料。
本发明的铁路货车旁承磨耗板材料的原料组份及其重量份配比如下:
己内酰胺  120-160份;
十二内酰胺  30-50份;
丁苯橡胶粉  20-40份;
氢氧化钠  1-1.2份;
列克纳胶  12-15份;
硅灰石粉  10-15份。
本发明与传统的铁路货车旁承磨耗板材料相比,其摩擦系数可以从通常的0.1-0.15提高到0.3-0.4,而在此摩擦系数条件下又同时具有较高的耐磨性,因而使相应的车辆部件具有较高的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面列表给出本发明的三个实施例的原料配比组成及其制造成产品后的性能检测数据:

上述实施例的原料料制造耐磨产品的步骤是:首先熔融己内酰胺,再将各组份投入到温度为150℃±5℃的真空球中进行脱水15分钟,最后将脱完水的料浇铸到模具内聚合。

己内酰胺    120-160份;
十二内酰胺  30-50份;
丁苯橡胶粉  20-40份;
氢氧化钠    1-1.2份;
列克纳胶    12-15份;
硅灰石粉    10-15份。
