Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to a method and system for implementing a multi-party call in a multi-party call system.
Background
There are many techniques in the current multi-party conference call system that have been described how to utilize the application server and the media resource server to implement the holding, controlling, etc. of the conference. However, the current implementation method has the following problems that a caller who holds a conference through Interactive Voice Response (IVR) cannot hear a prompt Voice of a called party when inviting the called party to participate in the conference, the prompt Voice may be a color ring set by a user or a prompt Voice of a network (for example, a call called by the caller cannot be connected temporarily), and the caller feels that: the members are invited to the conference with a different feel than they would have to dial the called party directly without going through the conference system.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an improved method for realizing multi-party communication, which enables a calling party to sense the state of a called party in real time when inviting members to participate in a conference, and comprises the color ring of the called party and voice prompt (no service area, temporary connection failure, busy, no response and the like), so that the calling party has the same feeling of inviting the members in the conference and dialing the called party in a common call, and the satisfaction degree of the user using a multi-party communication system is improved.
The method for realizing the multi-party call, the terminals finish the multi-party call service through the core network, the application server and the media resource server, comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: the calling terminal triggers an application server through a multi-party call service access code, the application server establishes a conference, and a dual-frequency Dial Tone (DTMF) does not enter conference mixing, namely the dual-frequency dial tone is filtered;
step two: after the calling terminal inputs the called telephone number, the application server creates a sub-conference and moves the calling terminal into the sub-conference, and DTMF in the sub-conference is added into conference sound mixing, namely DTMF is not filtered;
step three: calling a called party in the sub-conference by a calling party, and adding a first response medium of the called party into conference sound mixing;
step four: after the called party joins the conference, the application server moves the called party into the conference from the sub-conference, and at the moment, the calling party selects to continue to stay in the sub-conference to dial the next telephone number according to the requirement or switches to the conference for conference communication.
In the first step, the application server uses the media resource server to set the conference monitoring for the calling party.
In the second step, the application server uses the media resource server to set the conference control monitoring for the calling party.
In the third step, if the called terminal has a color ring or a prompt voice, the application server puts the media before the called terminal is off-hook into conference mixing sound, and the calling party can hear the prompt voice of the called terminal; if the called party does not have the ring back tone, the color ring or other prompting voices before the called party goes off the phone, the application server can play the ring back tone to the calling party by using the media server according to the actual situation, for example, if the called party does not have the ring back tone, the application server plays the ring back tone to the calling party through the media server. After the called party answers the call, the media resource server needs to renegotiate the media.
In the invention, if the called telephone number is the switchboard number, the calling party can directly dial the extension number by the key after hearing the prompt tone of the switchboard.
The method for realizing the multi-party call, the terminals finish the multi-party call service through the core network, the application server and the media resource server, comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: the conference creating party triggers an application server through a multi-party call service access code, the application server creates a conference and sets a dial tone not to enter conference mixing;
step two: a conference creating party selects to invite conference members, the application server creates a sub-conference, the conference creating party is moved into the sub-conference, and dial tone in the sub-conference is set to be mixed with the conference;
step three: a conference creating party calls the invited conference members in the sub-conference and sets a first response media of the invited conference members to enter conference mixing;
step four: the conference creator listens to the response media of the invited conference members.
And after the invited conference member joins the conference, the application server moves the invited conference member into the conference from the sub-conference.
The system for realizing the multi-party call comprises a conference establishing party, conference members and an application server; wherein,
the conference creator is used for sending a call request carrying an access code of the multi-party call service to call a core network, triggering an application server through the core network, calling conference members in a second conference and listening to response media of the conference members;
