Abstract

本发明涉及一种防污垢的整理剂(A)例如聚硅氧烷的制剂,其用于抑污垢整理织物表面、特别是纺织品地表面,其任选作为地毯洗涤剂组分,其中该制剂含有润湿剂(N)和/或抗静电剂。为了在抑污垢整理剂例如洗涤剂中的聚硅氧烷比例与已知现有技术相同的情况下,改进防污垢作用,或者洗涤剂中整理剂比例低于现有技术时,仍能实现至少同样的防污垢作用,建议使用阳离子型表面活性剂作为润湿剂(N)及/或抗静电剂。

Description

含有防污垢整理剂的制剂
本发明涉及一种防污垢整理剂,例如用于织物表面的、尤其是用于纺织品地面的、任选作为地毯洗涤剂组分的、含聚硅氧烷的抑污垢整理剂,其中所述地毯洗涤剂还含有润湿剂及/或抗静电剂。
防污垢整理剂作为织物表面抑制污垢整理的制剂组成部分已为人知悉。这些整理剂大多是以氟代烃为基础。基于聚硅氧烷类或者聚丙烯酸酯类的无氟代烷基的产品也已为人知悉。EP 1 156 151 B1中记叙了一种用于织物表面的抑污垢整理剂,该整理剂含有一种载体材料和一种有效物质的溶液,该溶液含有用作污垢抑制物质的氟代烃树脂或聚硅氧烷衍生物或者其组合。这种制剂用于织物表面的防污垢整理,特别用于纺织品的地面铺层及其洗净。
考虑到前述现有技术,在这点上可看出本发明的技术难点是,对所论及的现有技术的整理剂进行改进,以使抑污垢整理剂如洗涤剂中的聚硅氧烷在比例上与已知现有技术相同时,防污垢作用得以改进,或者洗涤剂中整理剂比例较现有技术减少时,防污垢作用至少相同。
这个技术难点,首先而且根本上由权利要求1的主题加以解决,其中采用阳离子型表面活性剂作为润湿剂及/或抗静电剂。由于纺织面层的易沾污性,除了别的之外,还取决于纤维表面特性和易于带静电,所以建议添加起协同作用的润湿剂和抗静电剂。发现阳离子型表面活性剂可用作润湿剂和抗静电剂。人们把具有正电荷的官能团的物质称作阳离子型表面活性剂。正如任何表面活性剂那样,阳离子型表面活性剂也由一个极性部分和一个非极性部分构成。各种不同的烷基用作非极性部分。在通常情况下,极性基团是一种季铵单元。由于使用阳离子型表面活性剂形式的润湿剂,所以达到了相对含有聚硅氧烷或者其他抑制污垢的整理剂而不含这种所推荐起协同作用的润湿剂来说,至少获得相同的、甚至改进的防污垢作用。这本身意味着节约多达50%的防污垢整理所需量。因此,例如在以阳离子型表面活性剂形式添加一半整理所需量时,改进的防污垢作用达到了10%至30%的数量级。
下面参照权利要求1的主题来阐明其他各权利要求的主题,但在其独立的配制中,也可以是重要的。
在一个优选的实施方案中,阳离子型表面活性剂是季铵化合物,例如氯化十二烷基(Dodexyl)三甲铵或者氯化十六烷基三甲铵。关于整理剂,也可考虑用不含氟代烷基的聚丙烯酸酯类来代替聚硅氧烷。本发明一个优选的实施方案中规定,整理剂也即需涂到待整理纺织表面上的洗涤剂/抑污垢整理剂含有0.01%(重量)至10%(重量)润湿剂,所以还在一优选实施例中含有0.25%(重量)~1%(重量)。添加0.5%(重量)润湿剂或者抗静电剂时,更优选在添加原用量一半整理剂的条件下,再沾污特性试验得到良好的结果。另外还可规定,润湿剂以25~50%的固体含量存在,所以还例如30~40%,优选36%。在本发明主题的另一改进中,润湿剂的用量相当于整理剂用量的0.1倍至1倍。因此,例如在聚硅氧烷比例为3%时,规定润湿剂为0.5%,以此达到同整理剂含有两倍高比例聚硅氧烷而不含阳离子型表面活性剂形式的润湿剂时几乎相同的再沾污值。所以,当润湿剂的量相当于整理剂量的六分之一至三分之一时,这表明是相应有利的,因此,另外举例来说,含有约整理剂和润湿剂的涂覆剂总量的二十分之一至十分之一。这时,在润湿剂添加量为抑污垢整理所需量10%~20%左右的条件下,用整理所需的一半量,防污垢作用就可改进约10%~30%。
下面借助附图来详细阐明本发明的整理剂,附图仅反映整理剂的实施例。附图示出:
图1显示了防污垢整理剂比例不同的地毯洗涤剂与不含整理剂的标准地毯洗涤剂相比的再沾污抑制曲线图;
图2显示润湿剂和聚硅氧烷在抑制再沾污中与不含整理剂的标准地毯洗涤剂相比的协同作用条形图;
图3为另一幅条形图,其显示与未处理地毯相比使用不同的含有所推荐润湿剂的抑制污垢整理剂时与不含润湿剂的防污垢的整理剂的比较。
对新地毯、初次处理过的地毯或者净化后的地毯进行的沾污特性测定,提供了有关方面的信息,例如,与未处理地毯或者用其他洗涤剂处理过的地毯相比,洗涤剂对再沾污特性有影响。视洗涤剂的性质而定,沾污或者再沾污会提高、无变化或者延缓发生。
在此情况下,抑制再沾污指出,结合了整理剂的洗涤剂是否能将毯纤维保护,使其与未处理地毯相比,干污物较少地粘附在地毯绒毛上,并且明显有更少的沾污。
以校正因数对具有中性(neutralem)再沾污特性的不含抑污垢整理剂的标准配方进行比较,看配方是否比标准配方表现出较大的(负值)或者较小的(正值)再沾污。与此相应地,大的正差值说明防污垢作用强。如果差值为负,则发生较参照配方更强的再沾污。
用具有不同比例的聚硅氧烷(整理剂A)的地毯洗涤剂比照不含整理剂的标准地毯洗涤剂的再沾污抑制(参见图1),以便确定依赖性曲线。以视觉看到其差别从0.5ΔE起。
整理剂A比例为44%的一个配方,与不含整理剂的标准配方相比达到4.7ΔE的再沾污抑制。与此相应,获得了强的防污垢效果。在聚硅氧烷A的比例达到8%时,具有3.2ΔE的再沾污抑制的线性关系。
使用尽可能低量的整理剂A,证明是有利的。由于整理剂A和润湿剂N及抗静电剂的组合产生协合作用,所以再沾污抑制得以增强(参见图2)。如果配方中采用润湿剂N及抗静电剂而不含整理剂A,则在添加1%(N)或者4%(N′)时,再沾污抑制达到1.1ΔE或者1.6ΔE。这意味着,以系数4提高的浓度仅仅提高效率约0.5ΔE。
含有6%聚硅氧烷A比例的配方,再沾污抑制为2.3ΔE。然而,3%聚硅氧烷与0.5%润湿剂N及抗静电剂的组合AN″,却使再沾污抑制在近似相同的范围内,具体约2.4ΔE。如果润湿剂N及抗静电剂添加1%,则再沾污抑制进一步改进到2.7ΔE(组合AN)。与此相应,整理剂如聚硅氧烷对半时,添加1%润湿剂N,防污垢效果进一步改进。添加0.25%润湿剂N(组合AN′),再沾污抑制得不到改进。
作为选择,整理剂A也能基于聚丙烯酸全氟烷基酯悬浮液(A′)或者不含氟代烷基的阴离子型聚丙烯酸酯悬浮液(A″)而构成。凭藉这些配方,对含有润湿剂和抗静电剂(配方AN、A′N和A″N)以及不含有润湿剂和抗静电剂(配方A、A′、A″)的,测定各自再沾污特性(参见图3)。假定以未处理地毯片段的ΔE值为参照值100%,则其他试样的沾污度以其比例表示。
由图3中的条形图看出,各添加1%润湿剂N,明显增强所用整理剂A、A′、A″的效果,因此,所示配方实例AN、A′N和A″N增强了4%~6%。
用含有3%整理剂A(特别是聚硅氧烷)和0.5%~1%润湿剂N的所推荐配方,所用地毯基面的清洗周期数目降低了大约一半。
洗涤剂优选含有下列比例的组分:
-30~55%(重量)有机纤维(例如纤维素,水含量2.5%)
-0.01%~50%防污垢整理剂(固体含量例如15%)如聚硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸全氟烷基酯悬浮液或者无氟代烷基的聚丙烯酸酯
-0.01%(重量)~10%(重量)阴离子型、非离子型、阳离子型或两性表面活性剂或者混合表面活性剂(固体含量例如47%)、优选为两性表面活性剂
-0.01%(重量)~10%(重量)作为润湿剂和抗静电剂的阳离子型表面活性剂(固体含量例如36%),如季铵化合物
-0~0.5%(重量)其他添加剂(例如防腐剂、香料)
-水至100%
一个实施例配方具有如下组分:
42.00%(重量)纤维素
45.15%(重量)水
5.00%(重量)无机盐
0.50%(重量)润湿剂和抗静电剂
4.26%(重量)两性表面活性剂
0.10%(重量)香料
3.00%(重量)聚硅氧烷
该配方包括一种载体材料,借助该载体材料来涂覆整理剂A。在此情况下,通过添加必需量的润湿剂N和抗静电剂,可将整理剂A均匀转载到纤维上,并改进了防污垢效果,因为对此而言延续膜层是起决定作用的。最佳的效果通过互相调准整理剂A和润湿剂N及抗静电剂的量来实现。

Claims (4)

1.防污垢的地毯洗涤剂,其含有0.01-50%的聚硅氧烷作为抑污垢整理剂用于纺织品地面层的防污垢整理,其中所述地毯洗涤剂还含有
30-55%(重量)的纤维素,
0.01-10%(重量)的阴离子型、非离子型或两性表面活性剂或者混合表面活性剂,
0.01-10%(重量)的作为润湿剂和抗静电剂的阳离子型表面活性剂,
0-0.5%(重量)的其他添加剂,以及
水至100%,
其中所述润湿剂的固体含量是25-50%。
2.权利要求1所述的地毯洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述润湿剂的量相当于所述整理剂量的六分之一至三分之一。
3.权利要求1或2所述的地毯洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述阳离子型表面活性剂是季铵化合物。
4.权利要求1所述的地毯洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述其他添加剂是防腐剂或香料。
