Abstract
The embodiment of the invention provides a method of personal identification and device, relating to the technical field of mobile communication, accurately providing a called value-added service to roaming mobile user according to identification of the roaming mobile user. The method includes: storing the corresponding relation of the mobile user roaming number of the roaming mobile user with the user mark information; when providing service to the roaming mobile user, user mark information corresponding to the roaming mobile user is acquired according to the mobile user roaming number of the roaming mobile user. The embodiment of the invention is mainly applied in providing the value-added service to the mobile roaming user.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of mobile communications technologies, and in particular, to an identity recognition method and device.
Background
When providing a called value-added service for a roaming user in mobile communication, the roaming user often needs to be authenticated, personalized, set and identified according to the number of the roaming user. Taking the value added service of the incoming screening service as an example, when a certain roaming user is taken as a called party, before establishing a call with a calling party, whether the roaming user applies for the incoming screening service in advance or not needs to be determined according to the number of the roaming user, and corresponding personalized setting information and the like are obtained.
Among the service triggering methods when providing the called value added service to the roaming user, there are various service triggering methods, such as a subscription information-based triggering method, a gateway-based triggering method, and the like.
Taking the triggering mode based on the gateway as an example, it adopts a mode of triggering the service by routing the speech path to the service platform based on the IVR technology based on the access code, or unconditional forwarding, or the called number segment, that is, a mode of triggering the intelligent service at the gateway. For example, in a service where the caller requests to pay for the called party, when the caller dials the access code + the called number, the network may route to the IVR system according to the access code, trigger the service, and then determine whether the caller can pay the call for the called party according to the caller and the called number. In this way, services are triggered without the need for special intelligent service protocols.
However, in the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that at least the following problems exist in the prior art:
since some called services are only provided after the user has roamed, the location of service triggering is set in the gateway in order to reduce unnecessary service triggering. However, if the user selects to trigger at the gateway, the identity information of the user cannot be obtained at this time, so that the identity of the user cannot be identified.

Detailed Description
In order to solve the problem that, in the prior art, when a gateway triggers a called value-added service for a mobile subscriber when the mobile subscriber roams, the identity of the mobile subscriber cannot be obtained, so that the corresponding service cannot be accurately provided for the mobile subscriber.

When the gateway office or STP triggers the service for the mobile roaming user, since the called information of the mobile roaming user only contains the MSRN, the IMSI and MSISDN of the mobile roaming user can be obtained by inquiring the corresponding relationship between the MSRN and the IMS I of the roaming mobile user and the relationship between the IMSI and the MSISDN, so that the user identification information of the mobile roaming user can be known. s210, HLR of the mobile roaming user sends SRI Ack message to MSC/VLR of user A, the message includes MSRN of the mobile roaming user;
s211, when providing the called value added service for the mobile roaming user, the call of the user A reaches a gateway exchange or STP, the gateway exchange or STP triggers the service and sends a service triggering request to the service providing system, wherein the request comprises the MSRN of the mobile roaming user;
s212, after receiving the request, the service providing system sends the MSRN to the identity recognition device, and inquires the IMSI and MSISDN of the mobile roaming user;
s213, the identity recognition equipment obtains the IMSI and the MSISDN of the mobile roaming user according to the MSRN and the corresponding relation between the MSRN and the IMSI, the IMSI and the MSISDN; and sends the corresponding IMSI and MSISDN to the service providing system. And providing corresponding service of incoming call screening for the mobile roaming user by a service providing system.
In the above process, the service triggering position is set at the gateway office or STP, and if the service triggering is selected near the gateway office, the detection points needed to be detected are few, so that the efficiency of identifying the identity of the mobile roaming user can be improved, and the cost of identifying the identity of the mobile user can be reduced.
It should be noted that, when querying the corresponding relationship between the IMSI and the MSRN and the corresponding relationship between the IMSI and the MSISDN through the MSRN, the querying manner is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention, as long as the corresponding MSISDN or IMSI can be obtained through the MSRN of the mobile roaming user. In addition, when service triggering is performed at the gateway office or STP, a method of performing service triggering on all roaming users may be adopted, and of course, other triggering methods may also be adopted.

When the called value-added service is triggered at the gateway office or STP, the corresponding relation between the MSRN and the user identification information can be inquired by acquiring the MSRN of the mobile roaming user, and the user identification information corresponding to the MSRN can be acquired, so that the service providing system can determine the identity of the user and accurately provide the corresponding service for the user. As in the method embodiment of the present invention, the subscriber identity information includes an ISMI and/or an MSISDN of the mobile roaming subscriber.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4, in order to provide accurate information for a mobile roaming user, the identity recognition apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes: an information sending unit 303, configured to send the user identification information to a service providing system.
In some applications, if a mobile roaming user needs to be accurately provided with services, only the IMSI of the mobile roaming user needs to be known; but some services, such as voice mail, etc., also need to know the MSISDN of the mobile roaming subscriber.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 5, the identifier obtaining unit 302 may include:
a first detecting module 3021, configured to detect a roaming number providing request sent by a home location register to a visitor location register, and obtain an international mobile subscriber identity of the roaming mobile subscriber;
a second detecting module 3022, configured to detect a roaming number providing confirmation message sent by the visitor location register to the home location register, and obtain a roaming number of the roaming mobile subscriber;
a first storage module 3023, configured to store a correspondence between a roaming number of the roaming mobile subscriber and an international mobile subscriber identity.
In this case, after the second detection module obtains the MSRN of the mobile roaming user, the user information of the mobile roaming user can be determined by querying the corresponding relationship between the MSRN and the IMS I stored in the first storage module.
As shown in fig. 6, the identifier obtaining unit 302 may further include:

In this case, after the fifth detection module obtains the MSRN of the mobile roaming user, the IMSI can be obtained according to the correspondence between the MSRN and the IMSI stored in the third storage module, and then the IMSI and the MSISDN corresponding to the MSRN are obtained according to the correspondence between the IMSI and the MSISDN stored in the second storage module, so as to determine the user information of the user.
In a specific application, the identification device according to the embodiment of the present invention may exist in various forms, for example, may exist in the Home-net network in the form of an application server, or the identification device may be integrated in a service providing system. In summary, the form in which the identification device exists is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
In summary, by using the method and the device according to the embodiment of the present invention, the MSRN of the mobile roaming user obtained at the gateway office or the STP queries the stored correspondence between the MSRN and the IMSI and between the IMSI and the MSISDN, so as to obtain the IMSI and the MSISDN of the mobile roaming user, thereby obtaining the user information of the mobile roaming user. 4. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of storing the mapping between the roaming number of the roaming mobile subscriber and the subscriber identity information comprises:
detecting an inserting user message sent to a visiting location register by a home location register to obtain an international mobile user identification code and an international mobile user number of the roaming mobile user;
storing the corresponding relation between the international mobile subscriber identification code and the international number of the mobile subscriber;
detecting a roaming number providing request sent to a visitor location register by a home location register to obtain an international mobile subscriber identity of the roaming mobile subscriber;
detecting a roaming number providing confirmation message sent to a home location register by a visitor location register to obtain a mobile user roaming number of the roaming mobile user;
and storing the corresponding relation between the mobile user roaming number of the roaming mobile user and the international mobile user identification code.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the step of obtaining the subscriber identity information corresponding to the roaming mobile subscriber according to the roaming number of the roaming mobile subscriber comprises:
and inquiring the corresponding relation between the mobile subscriber roaming number of the roaming mobile subscriber and the international mobile subscriber identity and the corresponding relation between the international mobile subscriber identity and the mobile subscriber international number according to the mobile subscriber roaming number to obtain the international mobile subscriber identity and the mobile subscriber international number of the mobile roaming subscriber.
