As mentioned above, the exemplary embodiment of general plotting according to the present invention can utilize the heat of sending from thermal source that photographic fixing band and imprinting area are directly heated, thereby can realize that temperature raises and thermal stability apace, and can realize flying print.
In addition, embossed region forms member and can be made of the elastic body with predetermined elasticity, thereby scalable acts on the pressure on the backer roll.
And, the abutment pressure member can be when backer roll compressing embossed region forms the imprinting area of member, provide equal support along axis to the imprinting area that embossed region forms member, thereby can prevent that embossed region from forming the member bending, can stably keep the embossed region width, therefore, improved fixing performance.
In addition, fixing device can comprise the heat insulation member, is delivered to the abutment pressure member to prevent heat from embossed region formation member, thereby can increases the firing rate of the photographic fixing band in the imprinting area.
And heat transmission unit can be formed in the imprinting area of embossed region formation member, so that the heat of sending from thermal source is applied directly to the photographic fixing band by heat transmission unit, therefore can increase the firing rate of the photographic fixing band in the imprinting area.
Though shown and described several embodiment of general plotting of the present invention, but it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art, under the situation of principle that does not break away from general plotting of the present invention and spirit, can carry out various modifications to these embodiment, the scope of general plotting of the present invention is limited by claim and equivalent thereof.

Claims (30)

1. fixing device comprises:
Backer roll;
The photographic fixing band is used to receive the revolving force that transmits from backer roll, thus rotation;
Embossed region forms member, is installed in the photographic fixing band and forms imprinting area, and embossed region forms member and comprises formation heat transmission unit thereon;
Thermal source is installed in embossed region and forms in the member, is used for that heat is applied to embossed region and forms member and by heat transmission unit heat is applied to the photographic fixing band simultaneously, makes heat transmission unit heat imprinting area and other zone of photographic fixing band simultaneously.
2. fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein, described embossed region forms member and is fixed with the rotation of guiding photographic fixing band.
3. fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein, embossed region forms member and has the shape of substantially cylindrical.
4. fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein, described embossed region forms member and comprises the elastic body with predetermined elasticity.
5. fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the heat transmission unit that described embossed region forms member is formed in the imprinting area of embossed region formation member.
6. fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein, described heat transmission unit comprises a plurality of slits or hole.

8. fixing device as claimed in claim 7, wherein, described embossed region forms member and is formed the encirclement thermal source, and embossed region forms member and comprises: main unit comprises first heat transmission unit; Imprinting area is formed in the main unit, and the contact area place that is used between backer roll and photographic fixing band forms embossed region.
