Abstract

本发明为一种多个太阳灶联合采热装置,其在有序排列的多个太阳灶上方,设有水平主管,在主管对外的连接端部设有软管。在主管下方安设定间距垂直均布支管,各支管上端与主管相连并相通,下端与用聚热板作底板的水箱相连并相通,且水箱被搁置在带有护栏的灶圈上。另外,主管上设有压力表和减压器,在主管、软管、支管和水箱的外围,均设有保温隔热层。本发明可集中联合采热,还可替代锅炉,廉价地获得高温液体或汽体,将500~1000多度的液体或汽体远距离输送至所需目的地,既方便、又省钱,极大地扩大了太阳灶的使用范围。

技术领域
本发明为涉及利用太阳能的采热装置,尤其是一种多个太阳灶联合采热装置。
背景技术
太阳能是无污染的取之不尽,用之不竭的能源,但由于采集困难,目前利用最多的是太阳能热水器,其次是太阳能空调、太阳房、太阳灶等。太阳能热水器的水温较低,且玻璃管易碎,太阳能空调、太阳房等,其由于成本高、效益低而难以普及。太阳灶是利用太阳能较好的一种,技术成熟,造价低廉,但已有的太阳灶都是单独的,且采热效率不高,仅能用于烧水和做饭,不能远距离输送热水或热能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种将多个太阳灶有序排列,并用主管将各太阳灶联起来进行联合采热的一种多个太阳灶联合采热装置。
为解决以上技术问题,所采用的技术方案是这样的:本装置包括太阳灶、灶圈和太阳灶灶圈支架,其特征是在有序排列的多个太阳灶上方,设置一水平主管,在主管对外的连接端部设有软管,在主管下方安设定间距垂直均布支管,各支管上端与主管相连并相通,下端与用聚热板作底板的水箱相连并相通。
由于采用以上技术方案,效果是很明显的:
1、可以集中联合采热,还可替代锅炉,廉价地获得高温液体或汽体,将500~1000多度的液体或汽体远距离输送至所需目的地,既方便又省钱,极大地扩大了太阳灶的使用范围。
2、增强了太阳灶的抗风能力。

具体实施方式
参照图1和图2,本发明为一种多个太阳灶联合采热装置,其包括太阳灶8、灶圈9和太阳灶灶圈支架6。
实施例一,在有序排列的多个太阳灶上方,设置一水平主管7,为了连接灵便,在主管对外的连接端部设置软管1,在主管7下方,安设定间距垂直均布支管4,各支管上端与主管7相连并相通,下端与用聚热板11作底板的水箱5相连并相通,且水箱被搁置在带有护栏10的灶圈9上。
实施例二:在有序排列的多个太阳灶上方,设置一水平主管7,在主管对外的连接端部设有软管1,在主管7下方安设定间距垂直均布支管4,各支管上端与主管7相连并相通,下端与用聚热板11作底板的水箱5相连并相通,且在太阳灶灶圈支架6顶部设置一轴承(12),轴承的内圈紧固在水箱(5)上方的支管4外壁上,外圈与太阳灶灶圈支架6相连。
在实施例一和实施例二中,其中在设置的主管7上还设有压力表2和减压器3,并且在主管7、软管1、支管4和水箱5的外围,均设有保温隔热层。

1、一种多个太阳灶联合采热装置,其包括主管(7)、支管(4)、软管(1)。以及用聚热板(11)为底板的水箱(5)其特征是:在主管(7)下方安设定间距匀布支管(4),各支管(4)上端与主管(7)相连并相通,下端与用聚热板(11)作底板的水箱(5)相连并相通。主管的对外连接端部设有软管(1),并且主管(7)上还没有压力表(2)和减压器(3),在主管(7)、软管(1)、支管(4)和水箱(5)的外围均设有保温隔热层。
2、根据权利1要求所述:在有序排列的多个太阳灶上方,设置主管(7),在主管(7)对外的连接端部设有软管(1),在主管(7)下方安设定间距均布支管(4),各支管上端与主管(7)相连并相通,下端与用聚热板(11)作底板的水箱(5)相连并相通,且水箱被搁置在带有护栏(10)的灶圈(9)上。
